But I'm glad they didn't. The batter was nice and crispy and had some heat to it and the gravy also had a bit of a kick to it. The coleslaw was very good too it was the mayo I think. Don't quote me on that. I always get the mayo and vinegar coleslaws mixed up. Always. The biscuits were good too. THEY ARE SLOW - last night we stood inside and waited 21 minutes for 2 wraps and fries, while we could clearly see in the kitchen three young men who weren't hustling at all, and one was doing nothing and goofing around. Also, there was a manager and 4 people in the front. Really? And we waited 21 minutes for just a handful of cold food? THEY DON'T UNDERSTAND CUSTOMER SERVICE - the people just stand there with a blank face and take your order after you initiate it. Never do they say hello, welcome, hi, glad to have you, what can I get you... NEVER. THE RESTAURANT FEELS LIKE A FREEZER - Take a jacket and wear long pants and closed-toe shoes. I'm not kidding. People come in there and move around trying to find a warmer place or get away from a vent, but they can't. We've learned to dress warmly.
