Today at approximately 4:00 PM, I a customer overheard a manager named Kaylee make a long rant against Republic Party and in one of her statements were some really vulgar words. The manager Kaylee stated "Republicans are all f***ing stupid, a Piece of Sh*t and should all f***ing die," while speaking in front of employees and customers. Regardless of political affiliation, I found this comment extremely inappropriate, unprofessional, and offensive. Managers are expected to create a respectful environment for both employees and customers. Hearing someone in a leadership position make a statement wishing death on people because of their political beliefs was disturbing and unacceptable. I hope higher management investigates this incident and takes appropriate action to ensure all customers and employees are treated with respect, regardless of their political views. I know the Garcia Family, (Franchise Owners) and McDonalds Headquarter's would not be pleased to hear about the conduct of their managers who represents them acting in this manner and wanting to keep them in that position. read more

My families food order was wrong and cold at that. I tried to call and nobody answered. A voicemail picked up then I received an auto text from the "manager" which he never responded. The next week we went in for breakfast. Sat in the drive through lane 1. Three cars in lane 2 came and went while we were still sitting there. So we went in to order and I tried to tell the "manager" on duty making sure they knew and nothing was wrong with that lane. She was extremely rude and short. All I have to say is the manager at the time I went, went above and beyond. I was having a really really rough day at work to the point the littlest mistakes made me want to cry. So went through the drive thru thinking I had enough to cover the $23. I didn't only had $14...so I sliced my order down to $11. I felt so bad because the man in the window had to call the manager to redo my order. I kept apologizing because now I'm starting to feel like I screwed up and became one of those customers that nobody wants to deal with anymore. That everything was more trouble than what it should've been. The manager seeing me crying and seeing how I'm upset, no fault to anyone. He then took care of everything. Checked my phone and there was no charge on my card. I wept on the way home because of his kindness and what a huge difference he made in that small little gesture. read more

Ordered just a beverage and a Steak, Egg snd Cheese bagel cut in half. Pulled up to the window and noticed they accept Apple Pay...that's awesome because I don't like handing my credit/debit card to people to buy things. Unfortunately, the cashier had no idea what that was or how to accept it. So to avoid holding up the line so he could get trained, I just handed him my debit card. I called up their to get the store managers name and and the girl that was working the drive thru name. Spoke to a girl named Miranda and she wanted to play games and pretend like she couldn't hear me and then hung up on me! Asked for Quarter pounder combo with no cheese and hot fries. The fries were hot, but when I opened the sandwich box, (that had a grill slip that said no cheese), there was cheese. How hard can it be to leave something off when there is a slip! Disappointed! read more
