Update 7/26/26...came for breakfast this morning and was appalled at the service or should I say lack of. Checked in for a table for 3 and was told it would be about 25 minutes. People were coming out quickly but no one was ever taken in. 45 minutes later our table was called only to find the table hadn't been cleaned or set. Enter server, who had never seen a smile before apparently. We got drinks taken but needed time to decide. That was the last time we saw her until I asked another server to finally order. We did order but the food was not good at all; swimming in grease. Getting a drink refill was near impossible with yet another different server having to do that. After the meal a fourth person had to bring boxes and a to go bag. Our original server, who did nothing, finally brought the check. I understand weekends are busy, however, there was ZERO interest in us or our patronage. Couple it with the blessing out the cook was getting from a "manager" in the kitchen I'll be giving this place a hard pass for a while. It definitely did not live up to my previous experience. As for ambiance I can honestly say there was none. If you want alcohol for breakfast it might be the right spot because all the service happened at the bar. read more

The service was super fast. When we arrived it was a packed house but we were seated within 10 minutes. The menu is your traditional American breakfast selections. Easy to find something you will like and enjoy. The food was tasty. Our server was very attentive. I'm glad Middleburg is developing, this is a great addition to the area. read more

From the moment you walk in, the service is so friendly and welcoming. And the food? Fresh, flavorful, and everything we tried was on point! Order the hot coffee because it comes with these mini honey butter biscuits that literally melt in your mouth and they now offer them in have regular size. They really put the brunch in Brunchville You've got your classics like eggs benedict, but get it with the chicken... sooo good and full of flavor. And the portions are great! Stopping in on our way home. Place is busy like others have said. Put our name on the list and sat outside. 20-25 mins. We sat at the bar looking out to the parking lot. Not as bad as it sounds actually. Lots to see out there! Vibe is a local feel but I heard lots of folks here for the first time like us. So many good sounding things on the menu. I got the Reuben. So good! Saucy and briny. Upgraded to onion rings. Very good as well. Deb got the grilled cheese. Tasty but nothing spectacular until she dipped it in the soup of day, a chorizo stew. Really good. Our March Red Hat lunch/brunch was at Brunchville. I think the ten of us each ordered a different entree but we all liked what we got! The food was fresh and fun--lots of different combinations. Our waitperson, Diane, was kept busy with all our requests but she handled them well. She even found me fruity peach iced tea! We were served some honeyed biscuit bites--yummy! With the new highway opening up, I was excited to try a new spot. Green Cove, and Clay in general, is lacking in some higher end brunch spots, and Brunchville easily filled the niche on a slow-moving monday morning. While I was slow to start not, Brunchville was not. I arrived around 11am to find a line outside of the establishment for individuals waiting to be seated. Luckily for me, I was flying solo and was able to sneak a spot at the bar. From the start of the day, I knew I wanted a burger. Brunchville has a large selection of tasty options, but their Smashburger is what I ultimately settled on served alongside crispy yet fluffy fries. In little time at all, the kitchen had the meal out. I loved the fresh toppings (particularly the onion and pickle), and the beef had plenty of flavor. Service was superb. At most places I've been, service at the bar lacks, but that was not the case here. I was able to get in, eat, and get out within 45 minutes. The place itself is a little smaller on the inside, and as crowded as it was, it was quite loud too. With that being said, it was well worth the trip. The only recommendation I'd have to improve the experience would be to remove a chair at the bar to give a little more room to patrons sitting there. I was nearly elbow to elbow with a bigger guy, and no one could move at all to make room either. If you plan to come with a large party it would probably be worth a call to see if they can accommodate you in a timely fashion. read more

Had about an hour to kill on my way to an appointment and found myself a bit hungry but I had no interest in the predictable fast food choices. So I popped onto Yelp and searched the area around the office and found this cute little spot that screamed of potential breakfast bliss. Food - 10/10. Their menu was all of the breakfast staples you expect and a few less common dishes. I decided to jump right into the Chilaquiles. My standard egg order is a bit past over easy but not quite over medium and they hit that spot on. The chicken was ample and was nicely flavored. Of course they had the requisite Cholula hot sauce on hand to add that extra kick. My only regret is my appetite is nearly bird like and this food was so good I pushed myself too far. Atmosphere - 10/10. For the fact this restaurant is tucked into an older strip mall, the restaurant is bright and cheery and fresh. Stepping inside is like being teleported to a tasty oasis that just beckons me to bring the girlfriends for brunch because this place offers mimosas and craft beers! Service - 10/10. I love finding small places with welcoming owners and staff. It makes me feel as if I'm grabbing a meal at a friends home rather than a restaurant that rushes you through your meal so they can get more customers in or clear out customers for some quiet time. The restaurant is clean, fresh and super cute. Cannot wait to go back. I can agree it's a little pricey, but it's about supporting local. We've been here a few times for breakfast and it never disappoints. The service is great. We don't have to wait to be seated and the food is delicious. Megan was our server! She was amazing! She was friendly the moment we walked in (and throughout), and she checked on us regularly. Food was very good. Two of us did the "Two Egger" with hash browns, bacon, and eggs over easy, and it was all well cooked. The bacon was very meaty. The eggs seemed extra large. (I usually throw the whole yoke down in a single bite, and this time, my mouth felt overflowing when I threw it in and popped the yoke! Two of us also got a "Half" helping of the "Stuffed French Toast." It was also well cooked. Crispy on the edges, and the citrus cream cheese filling was very cream cheesy! I had the berry compote put on the side to not make the French toast soggy. This helped especially when I had to take half of it home (because I got too full and couldn't finish it). One of us also got a "Half" helping of the "Belgian Waffle," and he said it was very good. It was not overcooked (as can happen sometimes, where it ends up too dry). This one was nice and moist on the inside. Indoors was very cute. Cozy atmosphere and decorations. Loved the wall length painting of the swamp with the bridge going over it and the old fashioned cars on the bridge. All in all, a great first visit to a new breakfast place for us :) read more

Been meaning to try this place and if that's you, go ahead and get in the car. The food is very unique, in a good way. I have the chicken and waffle fries with a mimosa. Now if you follow them on social media and see pictures of their food, it's real. It actually looks that good in person. The chicken was moist and spicy breaded. The fries and syrup were the BEST part. The fries had a maple syrup taste cooked into them. It's crazy I know. It was like eating fries that tasted like French toast and you can dip this all a spicy syrup that pairs well with the sweetness of the fry. Someone took a lot of effort to create this dish. I went with an order of the chilaquiles after seeing it on their social media, figuring it would be decent since it's in the menu. I was in a for disappointment. It tasted like plain tortilla chips with a scoop of shredded chicken on top. It didn't have any flavor and no deep Rojo color, no red onions, no Cotija. For a small place, the staff was there but was not really attentive. Talking with another table, they made a comment of having to wait 10 minutes for drinks.
