    Update : I decided to take pictures as "evidence" towards what's going on first I'm going to start off by saying today it took everything I could to go to mc donalds this morning cause everytime I do as I mentioned in my other review the REPEATED HARRASMENT TOWARDS ME IS BOTHERSOME!! It would be different if it was happening once in awhile .....BUT EVERY SINGLE TIME I COME IN AND ORDER THIS IS WHAT THEY DO TO ME ....By the way as I pulled into mc donalds this morning I was shocked at what I saw as I parked my car I noticed the same manager from harrington is also working at milford mc donalds I didn't say anything just walked in and order my food like respectful customer. (in the back of my mind I said watch they are going to do it again on purpose) So this all started because one day I decided to complain to one of the managers there about repeatedly giving me cold food and then also would let me pay for my order but wouldn't tell me something they didnt have so they would just throw something else in the bag without telling me then the NEXT DAY IT WAS LIKE EVERYTHING CHANGED! They started harassing me every single time I would come in and order they would on purpose NOT give me what I pay for at first I thought how in the world can mc donalds allow mangers to basically attempt to "STEAL" MONEY From me by purposely NOT giving me what I ordered eventho it's clearly on my receipt!! My Husband said to me you need to do something about that cause NOW CLEARLY I SEE what they are doing to you and you are DEAF! Also whenever I order food thru the app and park in the numbers they will NOT BRING ME MY FOOD EITHER IT SHOULD ALL BE ON CAMERA TOO! I sat in my car for nearly 45 minutes I kept track of the time too and then I got out and walked inside my bag of food was sitting on the counter as if no one wanted to bring it out 2 me!!! I am soo shocked at how managers are allowed to run this place and even when I asked for the number to human resources she gave me a FAKE NUMBER!!!! I'm not giving up I'm going to fight this tooth and nail! I have to too much evidence and witness!! So here is the photo I took this morning with the time and date on recept! If you see my recept shows I order 3 pies but every single time they put 2 then hand me the bag then of course I check it and have to keep telling em them why is one missing every single time ???? CLEARLY HARRASMENT!!! Once they saw me take a photo of the receipt and bag and then after I notified them they try to give me 2 more ?!??! Like is this some kind of JOKE???? I SERIOUSLY HAVE HAD ENOUGH!!

    No Cinnamon Melts Apparently the management said that this McDonald's was a born store that doesn't serve certain items sound like BS to me!

    Yesterday, we placed an online order around 9pm. Upon returning home, we found pico, corn salsa,…read moresour cream, and guacamole (which we were charged for) missing. We drove back and spoke with an employee, that told us they had run out of the items and there was nothing that could be done. I fully understand that the restaurant may get busy, and they could have run out of multiple ingredients, but a courtesy call or notification informing us that the 3 bowls, 1 burrito, and quesadilla would be missing several ingredients would have been greatly appreciated. Maybe we could have requested alternatives like veggies. When we asked to speak with a manager, the employee shouted for Allen, but a young-looking kid came to the window and identified himself as the night manager, named Soto. The kid looked about 16/17 years old, but I wasn't going to ask for ID. After speaking with Soto the way he presented himself made it clear to me that he didn't hold a manager title. He was unable to offer any immediate resolution and told us to return the following day. Suspicious of the boy at the window, I requested to speak with Allen, but was informed that he was too busy to come to the window. At this point, we were left feeling as though our concerns weren't being taken seriously. This wasn't a small order--it was for five meals, $92 in total, and each meal was missing items. The lack of proper communication, as well as the absence of a concrete solution, has left us very dissatisfied with our experience. I understand that the team may be new and still getting the hang of things, but I expected better customer service or a genuine effort to resolve the issue. The following day, I returned to speak with Henry, the manager on duty, he informed me that there was no one there named Soto and that he was not, in fact, a manager. As I conversed with Henry, an employee overheard the part about "Soto" impersonating a manager and laughed while nodding his head, saying, Oh yeah, yeah, as he recalled the incident. Soto had told me to come in the following day to speak with the day manager and assured me he would pass along the information, which ultimately wasn't done. Had Allen for a moment spoke with me, he could have informed me that a refund can't be processed in person, as the order was placed online. This would have saved me the 3rd trip to Chipotle. I avoid posting, as I prefer not to make a bigger deal of things, but this situation felt particularly disrespectful. The only positive in this whole ordeal is Henry, the GM. He seemed to display some embarrassment for his staff and apologized multiple times. He also provided me with the number of whom I should contact to handle the refund.
