As far as Mc Donalds go, the Minooka location is just okay. We stopped by here while visiting the town for the weekend and thought the play area might be fun for our kid. The food was as to be expected and I can't complain. Having said this, it took a long time for the crew to give us our order. I ordered a Chicken sandwich with no mayo.They messed that order up and put the mayonnaise on it anyway. Cold Mc Nuggets! Don't get me wrong, I would go back here. ive been going to this mcdonalds for a while now but service has become horrible. lately whenever i order i am directed to pull up and wait. completely negates the purpose of a drive thru. most times im waiting for like 20 minutes. today we physically had to go in because it was ridiculous. our bag of food was sitting on the counter forgot about. there was also a long line of people not being taken care of to order. ive noticed this happens whenever the high schoolers are working, from what i can see they stand around in the kitchen on their phones talking as if it was school. very irresponsible and annoying. i go to mcdonalds when i want something quick and easy, not to sit in my car for half an hour waiting on my food as if it was a sit down place. food is good, horrible teen workers. service is a lot better when it is an adult handling the drive thru read more

Went here with my niece for a Happy Meal and for the indoor playground. First, I've got to say that the restaurant was filthy. I'm talking dirty tables that didn't look like they had been wiped down in ages. The Happy Meal was ok but the burger and fries were cold. I was disappointed with the play area itself because like the tables, it was dirty. I saw one baby smearing stuff from her nose on the play equipment that other children played on. I hate giving a bad review, but I would not recommend this place because the service was bad. None of the employees wore name tags. The manager was unprofessional. There was a complaint from drive thru where the lady complained of waiting too long. The manager complained about the customers complaint to the other employees, instead of solving the issue. My complaint was that when we first arrived, we had to wait about seven minutes before we were acknowledged that we were there. I was just about ready to walk out and spend my money somewhere else, but my daughter wanted McDonalds. The employees just stand around and talk. No cleaning is being done. The tables are dirty. The counter is covered with empty cups that need to be put away. The only reason I gave it a one star was because the food was pretty good. Ordered 2 double cheeseburgers ketchup only, easiest order in my opinion. Hand me my bag while waiting for my milkshake, take a bite and it's ice cold, cheese is cold bread is stale. Despite supposedly being open till midnight, they have closed every day for the past week at 11pm. This is a huge bummer for people that work night shifts like myself as there are not many places that are open so late near me. Almost every tome i go here, which is fairly often, it takes Drive thru waaaay to long to even say, hello. Sometimes i get, we will be with you in a moment. Sometimes i sit there and say hello for X amount of time before they even answer. This is a pretty decent location, I've only been through the drive thru. But they are very speedy and they do without you feeling rushed, you feel like you've gotten a full and friendly experience.
