Not actually sure what the bad reviews are about but McDonald's is McDonald's! Taste the same everywhere you go, comforting. This time they have poutine! It was gravy and cheesy! The extra lettuce and sauce on the spicy mcchicken was great too. We had to door dash this order so obviously the food is not the hottest it can be but the food arrived timely and a microwave can solve all cold food problems. It is pricy though. Ordered double quarter pounds and they made it with care. Took them 3 mins to get me my whole meal and gave it to me with a smile. Honestly out of all locations I tried I think they got the fastest worker and well trained staff. read more

I try not to eat McDonald's a lot as it's not the healthiest but I opted in for this location as it's very convenient and close to the airport. I also really liked that they do all day breakfast and have food options that are different from the states. read more

I have obviously tried McDonald's several times before this but I wanted to write a review this time because I ordered the Multigrain egg BLT bagel extra value meal for the first time from their breakfast menu. The meal included a hash brown, a coffee, and a bagel sandwich. The sandwich was sufficient for a single person but it was a one-time sandwich for me - I wouldn't order it again. This McDonald's is the closest one by my workplace. Yesterday, I was briefly at work to do a bit of quiet work and check out a couple of new computer monitors plopped on my desk. I got hungry and decided to grab a bite to eat. I hit this McDonald's and went through the drive-thru. The woman taking my order apologized that I had to wait. The wait wasn't long, but I appreciated how polite she was. I ordered the bacon and egg McMuffin with a Diet Coke. Yep, I still love the all-day breakfast. Service was friendly and fast. My food was decent for what you'd expect from McDonald's. I'd come back here again. Next time, I'll go in and check the restaurant out. (82) read more

It used to be closer many years ago before when it was at Eringate Mall at Renforth and Eringate but that doesn't really exist anymore either. There is sort of a new iteration of that mall but since the original site is bulldozed and they are ready to make houses there. This is the new closest McD's to where I live and it's not even in my city. What is the best thing about this particular McD's? Well it's open late closes at 11pm I believe and I was just there after 9pm yesterday for the drive through. Book the fact that this McDonald's is going to get crazy busier after the new Mississauga bus terminal is put in across the street. Ya that's right the express bus that goes across Eglinton, Eastgate and other streets towards Winston Churchill will start running sometime in the near future and this already active McD's is going to get a nice influx of foot traffic. I usually come to this McD's for breakfast and my wife and I have a usual table already. We've been coming to this McD's for about 20 years or so. That's how long it's been here, longer I guess. The TV I recall they have is near the front by the front facing window in the 2nd row of seating kind of behind where the fountain is. Besides that the food is is what you would expect out of a Canadian McD's. No more biscuits in the morning though, that has been gone a short while now and I'm sorry to say it didn't last longer. McCafe is still good and the other usual food items are what they should be. Sometimes I find the service kind of slow at times but besides the staff are decently trained and friendly. read more

Yeah its McDonalds so you know what to expect. The thing that impresses me about this location is that when I stop by on my way in to work they are always fast. I'm never in the drive-thru for more than a minute. The longest part of the transaction is me doing the debit thing. When I drive up to the second window they're handing me my food and I'm on my way. read more

Great service here. They are super busy but the staff is fast and efficient. They are located in a large commercial area. So that means lots of blue collar workers coming over for a quick bite or a snack or a yummy coffee. They have quite a bit of seating space including full tables, benches high bars etc but I can imagine during the lunch hour rush it is quite busy. I noticed they also have a drive thru but I was also quite busy during the day. The good thing is there is lots of parking available so you an park and walk in to order. I agree with previous review by Dave about it not being necessary to rate the food. Let's keep it simple. I ordered a Jr chicken combo with no salt on the fries and an apple juice as my drink. They order came quickly and it was correct. The Jr chicken was hot and the fries were really good as well. This McDonalds but the little extra happy in my day. read more

I Don't think there are is any point to review the food. Generic and unhealthy but so damn good. This review is strictly my experience at the food chain restaurant and my opinion of it. The service was fast and polite. Place was clean and and didn't have any odor. And the staff was quite friendly and willing to assist me for what I need. Being my favorite restaurant for fries, this location will be my most common since it's across my work. read more

I am extremely shocked how the manager took care of me, I believe his name is Sohail. I was facing an issue with the touch technology with food orders they have now instead of waiting in line to do so. I used a coupon to purchase my meal and in the end, it said "No Connection" so I asked one of the staff to help me and she said "One moment" whatever happened to the word, please? Anyways I went to another one and did the same thing only this time it said coupon invalid. So I waited in line to order my meal...I explained what happened and even tried to use the coupon code it didn't work because their technology screwed it up for me. The manager Sohail's solution was to call the app customer service - Does it look like I will do that during lunch! I told him I would like a better service which he did not seem to care. All he could have done is waived the $1 off instead he said was call the customer service I guess I have unlimited hours for lunch somehow...and that's he could/want to do. This has truly shocked me on how the manager took customer service as I have always heard that McDonald's caters to customer service as their number one priority. read more

I asked for a glass of water with my sandwich and was told that they don't give out such cups any more. I don't drink sugar pop and don't like bottled water, esp dissani or we they sell. Shame on this McDonalds. Otherwise, this is a pretty standard mcdonalds, save that cleanliness on tables/washrooms is sometimes lacking and they tend to unload their bread/ etc onto the ground outside before bringing it in. McD's just had a free small coffee promo on. My sister wanted a coffee and, like my husband, decided to upgrade to a large and pay the difference. Having done this at several locations around Toronto and the GTA, they both knew that $0.43 was what they were paying. This location said "it's $1.05". I asked why and was told "this location is franchised". I stated that it was highway robbery. More than double what other locations where charging? Disgusting. I called McD's head office and spoke to Diane. She listened to my story but quickly dismissed it with "That's your opinion" and "ultimately,what it comes down to is that the franchise owner is a business owner." I said - and had to repeat it twice to get my point across, that "ULTIMATELY, this franchise owner is an ambassador for McD's." I also informed her that it's not like he is at the Skydome aka Rogers Stadium, where everyone expects to be gauged. If you can go to another McD's go...don't stop at this location. You will be legally robbed. I would think that McD's would set better or at least fair pricing standard across the board. I'm glad I no longer live in the area or eat fried food. People, if you are being gauged for coffee, you may as well get a good coffee and go to Second Cup or Tim Hortons (Tim Horton's is just west of the McD's but on the South side of Eglinton closer to Explorer Drive). I'm fuming that McD's obviously didn't care that this owner is charging more than double (he can do that to make a profit). WOW. My eyes are open even wider now. read more
