i really enjoy the mobile app, and being able to drive thru and have your order ready right away. i just really wish they would let you use as many points to claim as many items as you please. they only let you either use one 'deal' or one item using your rewards point. i want to order a whole meal using as many reward points as i can, that would be great. lastly, again and always thank you to the kind, nice lady at the first window, greatest customer service ever !!! read more

Service is horrible. Service is slow. The managers have no problem with their staff having attitudes. It's almost like they forgot how the store makes money. They Got my order completely wrong and when I went up to the counter to ask them to fix it, I was completely ignored, the workers would just walk past me and not even acknowledge me. How hard is it to get a drink and how hard is it to do a fish sandwich NO tartar sauce. These instructions are so simple a PreK student could follow them. You're not that busy so there's no way to be like that. I don't care if you're having a bad day because everyone has a bad day and you don't see them being rude. I don't know what's worse service wise... This place or Taco Bell. You really need to be modeling your service like Chic-fil-a. Not that bad owner you have here. You could also have the play open and just clean it every 30 minutes (it's NOT that hard to do it). Until you change you WILL NOT be getting anymore of our money. I do not recommend this place they need new management. Went through the drive through, ordered a 20 piece nugget and fries when they handed me the bag all of the condiments and fries were covered in syrup. Went back in to get a new basket of fries, 2 other people were inside complaining. The manager came up and asked what I needed I told her the fries and condiments had syrup on them she asked if I just wanted new condiments. I said I also need new fries I wait 10 mins and she only brought me fries no condiments. Didn't say sorry or anything. For this being in Mont Belvieu they have really bad customer service and management. Hopefully this makes it to the right person so that things can get fixed at this location. read more

The food is decent enough but the staff is rude. The kiosks don't print out receipts so there's no way to know when your food is ready since you don't know what your number is. The kid's playground looks nice at first glance but it's really hard to see the kids inside the play area. read more

I arrived home after ordering in the drive through and discovered a missing hamburger from a kids meal. I called to the location and stated to the manager that I didn't want to come back and get the hamburger at this time that I wanted a refund instead. He kept saying he didn't understand what I was asking after repeating it very slowly and clearly three more times with the same response. He kept saying they don't deliver.
