We had a great drive-through and food experience, we stopped in to grab a breakfast sandwich while driving to Memorial Hospital to see my mom and dad. There were a few customers in front of us but the line moved quickly. We ordered sausage egg mcmuffins and they were delivered hot and fresh as were the hashbrowns. The customer service was above board and our orders were correct along with plenty of napkins. If there is anything that frustrates me not only here but at all locations is the prepared recording asking me if I want to use their mobile app to place my order and then a hesitation before getting a live person - I'm at the drive through so no I don't want to use the app I want to order at the drive though that's why I got in line... read more

If you like pulling up and waiting on your food for 15 minutes just to have to go inside because your order is wrong, then have them remake it TWO more times then this is the place for you! Everything you could really ask from a standard fast food place, service is good depending on who u get, but mostly good. Wait is usually pretty fast, kind of medium timing sometimes, but nice, the only thing i can say is they forgot my fries once but it was a long time ago so i dont care. I ordered on the mobile app, and went to pick food up. Their internet was down and wouldn't let me check in. I called AND went through the drive through, showed them my email which showed my order. They said I would have to come into the lobby 3 times. I told them I was handicapped and couldn't do that. They wouldn't help me, they said charge should fall off my bank account. 3 days later it cleared my bank. I emailed McDonalds and they are giving me the run around, and never gave me a refund. I came to this McDonald's to get ONLY a cookie tote. There wasn't anyone in front of me, but they had me pull up and said they would bring them out to me. Totally understandable as they had to bake the cookies. After 10 minutes passed they told us it would be out in about 30 seconds. Five minutes later we finally went in to find the tote just sitting there on the counter. I've never had to sit for 20 minutes to wait for cookies at any location. This is definitely one of the cleaner McDonald's in our area, they process a lot of people throughout the day especially during the breakfast lunch and dinner rush hours and seem to do it flawlessly for the most part. Don't get me wrong there will still be the occasional mess up but is usually easily corrected. Workers appear to be nice and respectable and they're always polite with a willingness to serve you. Whoever manages this particular site is doing an excellent job and probably doesn't get enough recognition but I'm here to say I've been in many McDonald's and this one seems to be running like a well oiled machine. There is one nagging thing that kept it from a 5-star review and that's the fact that the coke bar where the napkins and what not goes always seems to be out of something whether it be Lids, ketchup, napkins or sometimes both. My family and I will usually pass other locations and go out of our way to go to this one particularly because of the play area provided for the kids and the cleanliness of the facility.
