My food was cold they yell at you and only give you one ranch! I like the sweet tea yum

I ordered 2 triple cheeseburgers with no bun, add bacon, large fries, and a large Coke. I received only one burger, and it had no cheese or condiments. The Coke was flat and the fries had no salt. The entire interaction was strange and awkward--the employee taking the order said maybe three words, and no one spoke to us while we paid or received our food. We went back to have the order corrected, and they got it wrong AGAIN--the burgers still had no cheese or condiments. When I finally ate them, they tasted terrible, like the beef or cheese may have been expired. I immediately felt sick and couldn't finish either burger. Even worse, an employee behind the counter had an uncovered large sweet tea, cell phone, car keys, and a HALF-SMOKED CIGARETTE sitting on the counter where my food was handed to me. The counter itself was filthy with food and condiments. This was easily the dirtiest, most incompetent restaurant experience I've ever had. Worst fast-food experience of my life. I've given this McDonald's three chances and they've messed up my order every single time. At this point, it's starting to feel like a skill. Before I even got my cheeseburger, I got front-row seats to all the workplace gossip. I know more about who's dating who than I do about what's actually in my bag. Honestly, they deserve two awards One for being the worst McDonald's I've ever been to, And another for being the reason I'm writing my first review ever. I don't even where to begin. This experience was the worst thing to happen to me since the death of my grandfather. The fry's tasted like words that to inappropriate and violent to even say. I am so disappointed in McDonald's as a franchise. I put my trust in McDonald I was excited for my happy meal and for all of my hopes and dreams to be let down by these nasty sewage fries is just too much for me to handle right now. I hope McDonald's does better not just for me but for the future of this planet. Waited 4 minutes on a busy day usually I do not like mickydeez but it was not a bad day for it. Service was nice.

Went through the drivethru, got my order my boxes of fries were less than half full so i pulled around and went inside to ask for my fries. I went all the way home just to find i got a 10 piece nugget instead of a sandwich. I drove all the way back and went inside. After waiting and being ignored for several minutes i finally just asked for a manager. The manager didnt seem to really want to hear out my situation but made my sandwich for me. He gave me no receipt or told me an order number or anything so i figured he would give me my food personally. so i stood there waiting for my sandwich for quite a while just to discover it was order 151 that was sitting on the counter for over 5 minutes. How am i supposed to know that was mine? So i finally got my sandwich and drove all the way home AGAIN. Got home and my sandwich was wrong. I seriously couldn't even believe it. I visited last night at 11:30 pm. The parking lot was empty except for 2 cars and there was 1 car in the drive through. I was in the mood for some hot, tasty McDonald's fries.! Just to be sure they were nice and hot I ordered them well done meaning drop into the fryer fresh and cook about an extra minute. I also ordered 2 cheeseburgers. The employees were really rude. I got the food she closed the window. I waved my hand in the window to get her attention again so I could get ketchup. The fries were ice cold and the cheeseburger was cold. Worst McDonald's I've ever been too, I asked for a 4D (chicken sandwich with lettuce and tomato) and when it came with nothing on it except for the chicken, We also asked for Buffalo sauce at the window and she said she put some in the bag (we never asked for Buffalo sauce before so we knew there was none in there) and when we asked for more she said no and shut the window. 0/10 worst McDonald's I've ever been too. read more

Mount Orab McDonalds is terrible. A lot of times get the wrong order. Ice cream machine down frequently down...

the workers they got there or rude don't hVe common manners and dont want to take your orders right at all and the oen was no better

We wanted in line for 20 minutes with only two cars in front of us, one car left after about 5 minutes because the workers did not take their order, we then pull up to the order area and we wait for about 8 min before they decided to tell us that their systems were down. Also, their was a line around the building and the employees didn't think it was important to tell incoming customers. worst experience with McDonald's read more

This is your typical fast food chain, if you get there early your food is fresh and hot but god help you if your later...For some odd reason, living here most of my life, I don't remember them serving guacamole but maybe I'm not ordering the right thing! read more

Great McDonald's it is right off the freeway and has really good pop at 1$ I like this McDonald's location. This location is really fast. The staff is especially nice. The Wi-Fi is always fast and the guacamole is really good at this location. This is good location. read more

i have been to this location multiple times within the last year and a half and have witnessed one of the staff picking his nose while sitting next to a manager I physically had to tell him to go wash his hands, and they can never get the order right.. by far disgusted with the service and quality! today was the last straw no receipt was offered nor handed to me they gave me the wrong order for the last time.. read more

I have come through several mornings since the bagel promotion came back and every time its a different excuse as to why they don't have them, so I gave it one more shot this morning and they finally had them so I got the steak egg and cheese bagel, well this bagel is supposed to have breakfast sauce on it and of course mine didn't, my sandwich was not even put together well and it may not seem like a big deal however I waited for almost a month to get it and yet it wasn't even made correctly, also the lady that takes the orders comes off incredibly rude everytime I go thru she always says " what do you want" , the staff there are so unprofessional after I got past her window I go to the second window to get my food the window was half way open and the girl at the window and the tall manager with the glasses were bashing the poor guy that came through before me making fun of how he looked and then when they realized I was sitting there waiting to get my food she slams the window right in my face doesnt say a word to me so when she finally opens the window I ask for some ketchup as she is handing me the bag at this point I already had ahold of the bag and she rips it out of my hand and throws one packet of ketchup in it and she gave a nasty look as she handed me back the bag and this is only one of the many terrible experiences I've had at this McDonald's and when you complain they offer you to remake it for you but it will literally look the same way as it did the first time....like I'd rather have better quality the first time vs having to turn around because you cant ever get the orders right read more

I've came here a few times and they're ALWAYS ridiculously slow, however the last time I came to this location I was appaled. The drive through wouldn't move for 10 minutes at a time. So I went inside, wait for about 5 mins to order, at this time I was still very patient. We waited for about 15 minutes until our number was next.... But our number was not called. They started giving out orders to people that didn't even order until I was already waiting for 15 minutes. About 5 orders after we where skipped we reached out politely to the cashier that said she would handle it for us. About 5 more orders where served before we approached the cashier again and again politely explained to her we've been here for approximately 30 minutes so far. While she had her hand on her face with a stressed look and wouldn't even look at us. Continued to roll her eyes and ignored us. By this time I was getting anxious and wanted to leave. Our order was finally given to us by the manger about 45 minutes after arrival and we politely asked for a medium fry for our troubles... The manger laughed and turned around, however did give us a fry but was very rude and not understanding. Do yourself a favor and please don't waist your time here. read more
