We stopped here on our way to Milwaukee, and honestly, it was one of the nicest McDonald's we've visited in a long time. The dining area was extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately stood out. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our French fries came out piping hot and fresh. I'm actually surprised this location has such a low rating on Yelp, because our experience was great. If I could have given this place a zero star I would. Walking in the tables and chairs looked nasty. The bathroom was the same they didn't even have trash bags in the trash cans and there was toilet paper scatter all over the floor. I ordered and waited over 20 minutes to get my food and there was only 1 other person that was waiting on food. As I was waiting I watch 1 employee picking her nose and scrolling on her phone while 3 others stood around each other talking (not about work because I could hear there whole conversation on account of them yelling it) I got my food looked at it and threw it right in the trash. My nuggets were dry they looked like they sat in a warmer for hours and so did the fries. I consider myself a patient and understand person I have never written a bad review for anything because I know everyone has bad days but this whole restaurant was down right unprofessional and nasty. I have had bad experiences with other McDonald's locations before but never this bad. Do not waste your time going here it's not worth it at all. read more

After driving 11hours from Alabama we stopped in for coffee and late night snacks to push us two more hours north. I have to say the staff was great! The food was fresh. The young man jumped up from his break to help on the register. So very polite! He was intrigued by my husbands British accent haha. Thank you for making our day. Stop here for lunch often. Today I ordered a double hamburger plain and get a double cheeseburger plain. I go to the counter to get it corrected, and I can see them making another double cheeseburger plain. They give it to me and I put it straight into the trash. I gave up trying to get the right order. Very long in the drive through. Could be improved majorly. It's very slow and will take you very long to get your order if it's late at night, they have no one working. Expect at least 35 minutes to get anything after 10pm. Just reality of it unfortunately. Go to Wendy's Washington instead. read more

I rarely write reviews for fast food restaurants but this one needs it! This is the worst McDonald's. Always rude service. The food quality is cheap, like they use a different product. The deluxe chicken sandwich had two quarter size tomatoes (not exaggerating) and a few shreds of lettuce. And it doesn't have the same chicken quality as other McDonald's. There are so many other McDonald's along the expressway to stop at. Don't bother with this one! read more

Granted, this review is purely for the night shift workers. This is the location closest to my house and they recently started staying open 24 hours on Friday and Saturday. The service is always as top quality as possible with great conversation. Nope. A little over a week ago, I had gotten so close to home after traveling back from California. I'm gonna go with a rarely used word nowadays to describe the lady at the drive thru: brusque. It's McDonald's . Quality is pretty consistent and by in large in this environment the service has been good. Better than expected to me It's pretty much filler food which at times is what we do. This is the third time I have been here. The food is ok, even for McDonald's. But the service is just horrible. Especially in the drive thru. First time I was in the inside lane. Sat there while they took 3 orders from the outside lane. The lady in front of me, myself, and the car behind me left after they just ignored us. Same thing on the second visit. The third visit, I was at the drive thru with 4 cars in front of me which already ordered. The lady asked if I could wait a minute please. Then 2 more cars pulled up. Hey this is a McDonalds. I arrived on a Thursday evening around 7:30 pm. The drive-thru was insanely busy. The dining room was nearly empty so I decided to eat inside. The dining room was clean. The crew was a little slow to take my order, but, once taken it didn't take long to get my food. My order was right and the food was......well it's a McDonalds for crying out loud. The crew was a gaggle of giggling teenagers with no one to lead them. The manager or assistant manager on duty obvious lacks in the leadership department.
