The parking lot was dicey with a drive through line, big trucks pulling in & out and small children running. Service is usually quick, food is tasty and it's shockingly inexpensive. However, this time we waited 15 minutes for our order. The onion rings came out cold and were like cardboard. Our burgers were all wrong, we had to go up and correct the order. The staff here needs better direction and supervision.

The lady who took our order (we assume she was the night manager because she was the one to override the transaction) had problems hearing our order and instead of asking us what we wanted she tried to rush our order through without making sure if we had more to order. The fry that was given to us was the wrong size, and the burgers were not made correctly. Spend your money elsewhere people, this Wendy's does not care in the slightest if you were satisfied with your order.

I wasn't super impressed with the quantity of the filling. The Del still wins this category by a mile! Nacho Cheese Wrap Thing - This was pretty good with chicken. It had a lot of cheese, but too much sauce which overpowered everything. Steak Soft Taco (I think) - This could have definitely used more steak, but the flavors were good. Fiesta Chicken Burrito - This was my favorite item with fresh white meat chicken, rice, guacamole, and everything else which makes a burrito great. It was an LTO item but I'd get this again for sure. The food is good for fast food and I'm sure I'll be back if I'm ever in Racine/Mt. Pleasant again.

Around noon, the line was crazy so I was glad I got there early to beat the rush. I was still on east coast time so my stomach was rumbling. It was a greasy box of food for sure, but all was good. Service was good as I sat at the bar and it wasn't too busy on a rainy Monday night. I had a few beers that helped cut the grease a little and was in and out fairly quickly. I'd go back again if I wanted bar bites and beer!
