My iced vanilla latte was excellent and tasted as strong as I usually like it. Our baristas were very nice and friendly and answered all my questions about their coffee. I love the faith-based ministries that they are involved in, and they also have a room on the side with devotionals and books to read for kids and adults, which seems like a nice place to hang out for awhile. I don't play with donuts. I'm a donut-eating fool. Donuts are my thing. I have glaze running through my bloodstream. I've never eaten better donuts than the ones I got from Concannon's in Muncie. In fact, I'm planning another trip to Muncie JUST to visit Concannon's and get some donuts. What's a two-hour round-trip drive when you can be rewarded with amazing donuts during your journey? I visited Concannon's by myself, and although I wanted one of each of the donuts they had in the bakery case, I limited myself to three donuts: a glazed pretzel-shaped yeasted donut, a blueberry cake donut and an old fashioned donut. My go-to at any donut shop is usually a glazed twist, but they don't have glazed twists here! Instead, they have a glazed pretzel-shaped donut, which turned out to have all of the elements of a glazed twist, but it was just bigger and more twisty. It was amazing, pillowy, slightly sweet and even more delicious when you pull it apart with your fingers and eat it bit by bit. The blueberry cake and old-fashioned donuts were my favorites, though. These melted in my mouth, especially the old-fashioned. It was so tender and fresh. The old-fashioned is one of those kinds of donuts that I wish I enjoyed with some coffee, but instead, I ate it solo while dancing around delightedly in my hotel room. Concannon's has lots of other sweets, desserts and baked goods, like cakes (including mini cakes and individual cake slices), cookies, whoopie pies, chocolates, popcorn, candies and all sorts of other goodies. There is also a cafe with coffee and other beverages available. This is a must-visit if, like me, you love donuts, but also a must-visit in general because it's such a Muncie institution.

This is the type of service that they perform here is not acceptable. But one thing they do is ask you if you want to leave a tip for service. Getting a tip means you've done something right. In my opinion this whole thing was not correct. You pay for a meal you spend your money you ask for what you want you should get what you request. Not a real big fan of sunshine cafe. And I definitely do not recommend anyone coming here for meals. Even though the meals when they are properly repaired are pretty good it is completely offsetted by the horrible service provided.
