I asked about using a coupon- most McDonalds don't take the surveys- She said she did rang the order up Manager said no we don't take that. Ok no problem cancel the order. Re-order with one less sandwich Two hash browns- WOW the price on a hash brown up to $1.59 here. Manger called my number tossed me the bag :) Hash Browns were Really under cooked The egg McMuffin was So overcooked the egg yolk was green! If I could have given you a zero I would Happily because every team member at this location needs to be giving a Customer Service/ Edicts training class. My Mother in law frequent your restaurant and on this past Monday June 30th, 2025 around 5p Mama went to order two meal with two apple pies . Once Mama made it to the cashier she asked her to pull up to the front and park at the area marked #1 . Mama said why do I need to pull up the cashier stated that the pies were cooking and it would be about 10 minutes and she would bring them out . Well Mama didn't have ten minutes so she asked for a refund . Then a man walked up and offered her two cookies or strawberry pies. Mama explained to him she doesn't like strawberry pies and didn't want cookies. Although Mama didn't want the cookies she didn't want to spend days looking for her refund so she the offer of receiving two cookies but then she was told by the Manager he had to go to the back to get the cookies so still waiting for them to give her the cookies after 10 minutes of waiting she went on and left with nothing and your restaurant kept my Mama's $5. Now we are totally confused about what took them so long to get the cookies or why didn't they just give her the pies after having to wait so long. This is not acceptable.. Super long wait on food which can be understandable if busy but they werent. Drinks didnt come out with our food and was wrong sizes and had to wait 10min on 2 frappes along with 2 other people waiting on thier drinks as well. No sympathy from the staff just there to do thier job at the least i guess. Our drinks were cracked and spilled all over our car. When asked to remake.. just poured into another cup and topped off with whip cream. As you can see from the photo my sandwich is missing half its bun! Over all If you are passing through and want mcdonalds this is not the place, go to the next exit and enjoy cause you will be supremely disappointed here. read more

Pretty much what you would expect at an easy on easy off interchange for McDonald's What makes this location stand out is that they have dual drive-through lanes that are very fast and efficient The order was processed extremely fast at the first window and the food order was ready to go by the time we got to the second On and off it Interstate 64 in about five minutes read more

Horrible service. I went to get my mom a tea and she wanted it unsweetened so she could add Splenda. They put wayyyy too much sweetener in it, got mad when we said it was too sweet and then replaced it with a sweet tea and handed her Splenda packets. They don't even answer the phone when you call. Made a quick stop on our drive to OBX. The place is updated and has good service. The bathrooms are clean and brand new. Convenient to get in and off the freeway. Food is same as any Mc Donalds, the 5 stars is for convenience, service and cleanliness. Good place for a pitstop! read more

Best McDonald's I've been to in a while! I'm normally a drive thru person, but needed to stretch on a long drive so we went inside. Ordering was quick and easy. They have the self service ordering stations, but there was no line and I still prefer ordering with a person. Food was quick and prepared correctly. Bathrooms were pretty clean, just a sticky floor. The booths could have used a wipe down, so we sat at a table instead. Overall a nice fast food dining experience. read more

We make numerous trips from the NC coast to the triangle and beyond throughout the year. Of ~all~ the McDonald's we have ever visited, this one is BY FAR the best McDonald's we've visited. Seriously, if we're heading west and know we're going to pass this particular McDonald's, we make a point of stopping there for something, be it a shake, a 1/4 Pounder & some fries, you name it - it's all perfectly prepared and served quickly by a friendly staff. It's almost as if this McDonald's was conceived and carved from one of their TV commercials. It's surreal how good it is. PS - the napkins in a sandwich baggie is a great touch and just cements the notion that they care about their product & reputation. And...now I want some fries. read more

I couldn't do no stars or I would. The customer service was horrible they got my order wrong twice and the first and second time they gave me my food they handed me the bag didn't say anything and slammed the window in my face. Their Ice cream mach is never working and they should be able to afford to fix it since they are a billion dollar corporation. they don't repeat back what I had ordered to make sure they got it right and they don't tell me the price until I get to the window which they should tell you how much it is before you get to the window I think. This used to be the best McDonald's in the area, apparently when the management changed so did their standards. Food is always overcooked. Orders are rarely right. Strongly recommend you take your family elsewhere. Apparently the management at this location just doesn't care. They just want your money. read more

This is a sorry excuse for a McDonalds. Manger on duty was yelling at workers over simple stuff( staff worker asked what car was getting what bag and she was acting like they were in the wrong for trying to make sure the right order went to the right car waiting) this use to be one of the better McDonald's around. Management needs to get their s**t together here. Half the sodas were out and when asked about it you get a eye roll and your cup snatched from you. Order was no where near right. Only thing going for this store is they are close to the highway. Worth a drive to rocky mount to get better service and food. read more

I don't stop at McDoanld's much and I remember why - we were on our way to Virginia and I had to pee so we grabbed a few deserts and drinks for the van. My coffee was lukewarm and when asked for hot the shift manager or at least was in a different type shirt than everyone else was inconvenienced - meanwhile the place was fairly empty at 10:30 pm. Also The McFlurry had all this gunk at the bottom. Not tasty. Staff were fooling around and I get that near closing time. I enjoy my team but You have a job to do. Sorry to disturb you. read more

Came here for the first time for breakfast and this place was happening. But one thing I would say they were all smiling and very friendly Saturday group of employees. One in particular was amazing I wish I got her name. The restaurant was very clean and inviting. Met everyone including patrons all with a smile. Passed through Nashville a couple weeks ago while traveling across the state. This was one of a couple options where I could grab a quick bite to eat and not lose too much time. Compared to the McD's near my home and office in Raleigh, I wasn't too impressed with this one. They're dollar menu selection was pretty low. The staff seemed confused and distracted. The area didn't seem like one I'd like to hang out too long in. In and out since the drive-thru line seemed a little long for my road rush. Got my food and was gone. read more

Hey everyone. If are looking for crappy service and the coldest food then come to this McDonald's. It was about 1:30 in the morning me and my nana were hungry so we wanted to go to McDonald's. We waited in the Drive through for 15 minutes. We got our food at 2:00 in the morning . We tasted the food. The burger was cold same for 3 fries the nuggets & the tea was spoiled . We then waited 15 minutes. They heated everything up in a microwave . Same food & same crappy tea . We tasted everything again except this time my nana fussed the cook & window worker out . They did it again . Then we pulled away and we could see and hear him saying bye bye don't come back . Worst McDonald's ever read more

I've eaten in this restaurant many times over the past 15 years and I can honestly say that of the dozens of McDonald's that I've eaten at in 8 states and 3 countries, this one is the worst one that I've ever seen. In the past, I've been ignored completely at this one and had to endure the ignorance of the staff on most visits. My most recent visit (and my last) saw the staff work frantically at keeping the drive-through line moving and ignoring the people inside the restaurant. After a 30-minute wait, I was finally offered a refund and many of the people waiting in line left with me because the line at the only open register in the restaurant was not moving. I took my refund and went to the Hardee's down the street. My advice to everyone is that If you find yourself in Nashville and want to eat, choose any of the other restaurants that are at this exit. read more

Biscuits are not sliced. Very slow on my last visit but at other times fast drive through. Biscuits were rubbery and I felt sick after eating two jelly biscuits. Convenient from highway. read more
