Not sure why there are so many poor reviews for this location. I have stopped at this McD's almost weekly for the past six months and the drive-thru line moves very quickly, the workers are very friendly and polite and the food is hot. Never received a wrong order. Personally, I believe that the service at this location (drive-thru) is as good as any McD's that I have visited. Kudos to them. read more

Yes, this is a reactionary review over a bad experience. I've stopped by this store before and it was OK, but today's experience was unforgivable. There is this whole debate about what to pay McDonald's employees. They want $15/hr. The company is retaliating by putting in kiosks for customers to by-pass counter people and reduce cost. My experience with the kiosk sucked. It was a simple order - a drink and a 6 piece McNugget with mustard sauce. I ordered, got my drink and visited the restroom. No food was delivered. We are talking a box with 6 nuggets. I played two simple video games waiting. No food yet. So I approached the counter and asked for my order. They never checked the order board, but immediately scooped up 6 nuggets and hand them to me. They never cleared the order off the screen. My interpretation was that there was not any attempt to serve me. Never going back. Ever. read more

You go to this place and someone greets you and asks what you want and then once you tell them they pretend like they didn't hear and they make you sit there for 10 min until you leave. I stopped by to get a morning coffee before the day. I ordered a decaf coffee of course they didn't have it ready, so I had to wait. The staff was very busy but they still made a way to talk to me, making the time I waited seem shorter. Great customer service, it was very clean too. read more

Before any trip that involves leaving before the sun goes up, this is my stop. Breakfast here, gas next door, interstate a block away. I'm not a fan of McDonalds and will actively avoid it, however this one is clean (at 5am) fast and the employees seem on their toes. I've had a couple of bouts with the morning food seeming a tad tasteless, but I think that's McDonald's, and not the fault of this one. Having lived on the street next to this place, I'll sort of disagree with the other review that this is a shady area. It's next to a gas station and in 3 and a half months, according to the metro police website, the block has had 3 incidents. Most likely all at the gas station next door, and that's actually pretty darn pale in comparison to the crime hole of a mapco up the street in the nicer area. I hate this location with a passion no order can be smooth drive through or walk in they will mess something up its inevitable and don't even think about getting ice cream because the machine won't work. This is the one true McDonald's that's there for me at 3AM when I have the drunchies. I can't tell you the number of times I've stopped here after a night on the town. One year later and still so very slow drive through and still can't make a cheeseburger minus the meat for the right price. Why have two windows if you can't use the first to pay at and second to pick up at 4:30 in the afternoon with 20 cars in line. It shouldn't take 5+ minutes to check one order out. As long as I can remember, I've heard of McDonald's. That is why I decided to stop in and give it a shot. I can say that I was definitely not buh-duh-duh-duh-duh loving it. For starters, the menu is lacking. I went in craving a nice bowl of soup, but when I ordered that, the teenage girl at the cash register acted like i was crazy. The menu APPARENTLY, consists of only hamburgers, chicken, and french fries. There are a few odds and ends, but for the most part, that is it. In my mind, that is no way to run a business. I mean, what sort of restaurant doesn't serve a nice bowl of French onion?! Sure, I've heard of fast food, but this was ridiculous. I barely had any time to sit down before my food was ready. It's a good thing I didn't order an appetizer because I certainly would not have been able to finish it before my main course (reluctantly not soup related) arrived. While we're on the subject, can we talk about the name? "McDonald's" is possessive, but it does not say what McDonald has. Are we talking about McDonald's restaurant or McDonald's burgers? I've hard of a McDonald that was the owner of some farmland outside of town, so maybe that's it. Perhaps the owners should be a little more specific as far as the name goes. I recommend "McDonald's Soup-Free Burger Emporium." Overall, I found myself very underwhelmed by the experience. Hands down the worst McDonald's I've had the misfortune patronizing and living near. This location has hands down the worst nighttime service of location in any state. Several times I've been there and there's been excuse after excuse as to why items or services are unavailable. (They once somehow "ran out" of beef on a weekday night) or my order is beyond wrong and im treated like its my fault. Tonight was the cherry on top of the "never again going to this location" ice cream fucking sundae. We get there around 245vin the morning and are told that the drive thru is no longer accepting orders. (This location is 24 hours a day) when I asked why I was spoken to hostilely by the female wearing the headset to which she responded "I've got to take my break, so unless someone else's in here speaks English, I'm not taking any orders. So I pull my phone out to look up the next open location because I really fucking wanted an apple pie and a chocolate shake, and during the course of my googling, she tells me again she's not taking orders, to which I reply "I heard you the first time" not even 20 seconds later she threatens me with metro because I can't be on the property. Mind you it's been maybe 1.5 - 2 mins. As I drive around, I CLEARLY see and hear a male employee in the 2nd window speaking ENGLISH as he gave the orders out. Long story short, this location is stealing from people and you. They told me they were "only accepting cash," so I drove to the ATM to get $20 and came back. I paid for my food, and the man at the window gave me back the wrong change and realized it. He then proceeded to take a dollar out of his wallet to correct his mistake... OUT OF HIS WALLET. I felt very weird about it, so I asked for a receipt, and he said he couldn't give me one. So, I asked for the manager. Her name was Anna, and she told me his name was "Wayne," but I don't believe it. I told her what had just happened and said I needed a receipt for my purchase. She told me she couldn't give me one because "the computers shut down at 3AM, and they can't keep track of anything that happens during that time." Finally, I complained enough that she printed off a receipt for me, which has the word "PROMO" written at the top, the #1 combo I ordered is listed as "$0.00," and it says I paid for the rest of my meal in exact change. I told her I was contacting corporate, and she wouldn't give me a number to do so. THEY ARE POCKETING THIS MONEY, VERY LIKELY EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. PLEASE REMEDY THIS ISSUE. read more

We made the terrible decision to stop here for a late night snack... It took about 5 minutes for them to get the order correct from the drive thru, then it took four... FOUR times for them to give us the correct order that was on the receipt. First they handed us a bag and after looking in we realized it contained none of our items... It was for the car behind us. Then they handed us another bag, which only contained one of the five items we asked for. Then the manager came up and apologized and gave us a third bag, which had half of the rest of our order... I just visited this McDonald's. The service was fast but the lady in the 2nd window was rude. She handed me my food, I checked the bags to make sure everything was in there. I ordered 20 nuggets which I ask for 3 sauce that was not it there. She did not want to give me any and said that she had already put it in there. I checked again and they're not in there. I am highly upset. I just ordered through Uber Eats 2 orders of 40 piece Chicken McNuggets along with other items and they didn't even give the driver the nuggets at all, how do you miss 80 chicken nuggets McDonald's???. We spent nearly $50 and the main part of the order is missing! On top of which they aren't answering their phone at the store either and Uber Eats won't even get back to us for 24 hours. This is beyond wrong. Taking peoples money and not giving them their goods is stealing. Pure and simple. Not to mention we had asked them to please drop fresh fries and the fries sent were cold, hard and stale and the extra onions we asked for on the sandwich's that were also ordered were not put on at all. I have never in my life had such horrible service from any place as I have from the 2212 Nolensville Pike branch. This is not even the first time they have messed up orders we have made.
