We moved from Texas to Florida five years ago and I have been missing good catfish. This is some of the best catfish I've had in my life. Super fresh, not fishy at all. Cooked to perfection and came with some garlic bread that was the perfect compliment to it. Every time I come to town, I will be coming to Bellemont to get my catfish fix!
