Arrived at Mcdonald's at 8:50Pm I waited in the drive thru line for 45 minutes for them to shut the store down 25 minutes early and to boot in the 45 minutes i was at the store they maybe finished 2 orders as the rest of us either got angry and drive away or waited as they took nobody's order. Stopped in at the drive thru at McDonalds in Natrona Heights for a McDouble before I went shopping. As I waited to pick up my order, I watched the cook fumbling with the buns to put them in the toaster. NO GLOVES!!! He kept missing the holes because he was too busy chatting with the kid behind him. He had brown hair with bleached tips on his bangs Then I saw the manager back there talking must have been regular stuff because the kid still never put on a glove. I'm in from Texas for the holidays and stopped here before visiting Grandma Sheryl for Yoga at 3PM at her house and on my way i stopped to McDonald's. I got chicken nuggets and fries and a McFlurry. The nuggets were cold, i asked for BBQ sauce and got ONE packet.. ONE!!! i drink one to clean my palate LOL! my McFlurry hardy had any oreos inside and the waitress in the drive through had me restate my order literally 3 times before getting it right. it was not worth my $11 and i am disappointed with the incompetence of this world!! read more

It's newly remodeled and looks really nice but doesn't have a really big parking lot. It has a covered patio area outside which is nice for the few months you can sit outside a year. On multiple occasions, by far the slowest drive thru I have ever experienced. If I stop at this location I always go inside to order.

We made a pit stop here on our way through, and we certainly won't be coming back to this particular McDonald's. First off, the Drive-Thru order takers were insanely slow. Not during the time I was giving my order, but in the seemingly five-minute long sit I had right at the speaker, while the cars in front had moved up and were gone. It wasn't just with me, either; the car in front had to wait just as long. Having a hungry three-year-old in the back seat wasn't fun. After we finally got our food, we noticed that they forgot the yogurt for my daughter's Happy Meal. Not a huge deal, but we were kind of on a time schedule and after waiting for as long as we did at the speaker, I wasn't about to sit there and check everything. The chicken in my wife's snack wrap was also very dark, either from over-cooking, frying oil that needed changed, or both. It certainly wasn't up to par as far as McDonald's food go, and I'm not saying this as a frequent patron, because I'm not, but I used to manage a McDonald's store when I was younger and I don't think fried chicken should look as dark as Barry Bonds (or his career). All that said, we'll go to Burger King or someplace else in that area if we ever find ourselves in that situation again, which is probably unlikely, so to say we'll never eat there again is very easy to stick to. read more

Ordered a quarter pounder with cheese only ketchup and extra onions...a small shake and small fries...seems easy right? Ate some fries on the way home...they weren't real hot but not terrible...the shake was good...get home sit down to watch football...take bite out of the burger and it's loaded with mustard and pickles...so I'm out over $10, McDonalds steals money off of me by giving my something I didn't want and I'm stuck...if I screw up at my job I get in trouble...they just get to keep my money and keep screwing people with no repercussions! Literally the worst place I've ever gotten food from, some employees there are so nice and genuine and I feel bad they have to suffer from such a shithole. The employees forget things and messed up our orders. They charged us whenever the food was already paid for. (We were told that our order was paid for by the car in front of us at the first window but when we got to the second window to pick up our food, we were told no that's not true, we still owed money. The worker then charged us $3 more than was quoted at the speaker.) I tried for almost a year (3/4 times per week) to understand and accept mistakes but this was the last straw. I always go to this McDonald's and almost never had a problem with it until today! I was eating my chicken nuggets and I bit into a hard sharp bone shaving!! I was scared because I gave my kitten 2 chicken nuggets before that and idk if she had any bones ... I hope not.. I thought to myself oh well it was probably just that one so I ate 1 more and nothing so I ate another one and I bit into another bone and I'm so mad!! Stuff happens but all I'm saying is you should make sure that there is no bones in your "boneless" chicken before serving it to the public! Idk if I'm just over thinking but my throat hurts too so idk if I swallowed something but I hope not!! read more
