We probably eat there at least twice a month. We have a family of seven. We came through drive-through a couple days ago and everyone was wonderful. The girl taking our order was super sweet and they brought our order out to us in a timely fashion. Everything was hot and fresh. We love the waffle fries and sometimes they can not be as hot when you get home but they were still good when I got home. We got a fillet, a couple of sandwiches, a couple grilled sandwiches and the fries. The kids love sitting inside to eat. Itinerary a peaceful and quiet atmosphere and we still don't have trouble finding a seat. We are coming back next week as our daughter has requested Chick-fil-A for her eighth birthday. I am a customer at this location often. My 11 month old and 2 1/2 year old often have lunch and utilize the play yard before running errands. My toddler was very tired and very hungry today. The lines were a little long and the service was a little on the slower side. He was having trouble waiting. As toddlers do, he had begun crying quite loudly. We waited in line. After ordering, the cashier/manager comped our kids meal. I was shocked! It was such a nice gesture of kindness during a difficult situation. I cannot say enough nice things about the service we have had at this location on multiple occasions. The staff has always been friendly to myself and my children. we are in town from MI and stopped for dinner. The place was very clean and the food was hot and delicious. I just wanted to say they had a lot of help, yet certain people were doing everything and some were doing nothing. There were 2 people that were constantly playing with their hair in the cooking area and they didn't seem to care that I seen them or that they were even around food. I am not sure when hair nets went out in the food industry or at least in the fast food chains, but just giving you a heads up for future and people will be seeing hairs regularly in their food. Very disappointed in our food we got tonight. After spending $53 for 2, get home and the Mac n cheese was very old, cold, and hard. And the waffle fries were a box of waffle fry crumbs, again hard as a rock and cold. Looks like the last of the fries that were sitting there were just put in a box. I used the drive thru at this visit and was extremely dissatisfied. they had two lines running and they were in normal fashion full. typically they do move at a decent pace. I ended up sitting in the drive through for 38 minutes. my big issue is once you get into the line and can tell it's moving slow there is no way to exit this line. there is not room to pull aside to go into the store or to drive around the lanes to leave. I was actually 20 minutes late for work. the food was warm and fine per usual but 38 minutes in a drive thru that you cannot exit is a bit much. read more

(Reference Order Number: 8689908 dated 9/14/2020 12:4156 PM) I ordered two chicken sandwiches, two large kale salads, one brownie and two small unsweetened ice teas. The Delivery Team Member said the about 7-minute (2 minutes waiting at the delivery window line and 5 minutes waiting at the adjacent CFA parking lot facing the delivery window) the delay was due to my unusual "large" bowl Kale salad order. I bought two of them and they were both delicious. However, I currently do not recommend buying the large kale salad, if you are in a hurry. Buy the small kale salad because the team is prepared to deliver those quicker than the larger salads. I love this location, their employees, and the CFA business model. every time I order here-it's pretty much always perfect..I think my order might have been inaccurate ..once? We were in the restaurant , placed our order. The staff was quick and efficient in taking our order. I noticed another female member of staff in the area where food was getting packed. Long nails about 2 inches. To my horror she started eating what looked like fries in the area where food was being packed. It appeared she was packing food also. I watched until I was sure she had not handled our food. I would have returned it if she had despite me being very hungry. There was a supervisor in the area I did not notice if she was there when this staff member was eating around food being packed for customers. This girl was wearing a black uniform unsure what her status was. Whatever it was I don't think the food safety standards were met. Nobody wants nail debris and saliva in their food. Don't the workers have breaks or designated areas to go eat? Or are they ok with them snacking in the meal prep and packing zones? Are they not trained Re food hygiene? Especially with COVID/ strep/ flu/ RSV? Food is standard Chik fil A food. Hygiene? Not so much. Its a shame, because it used to be our go to spot for a quick chicken sandwich. Some additional comments, which apply to all the Chick-fil-As I have been to. Chick-fil-A every where you go has the same great food and high standards in their staff and their service. Oh, yes, the best Chicken Sandwich without any doubt in my opinion. I like others but Chick-fil-A is the best Chicken Sandwich of all. I always get the Waffle Potato Fries with the Deluxe sandwich, but my wife likes to swap out the fries for the Fruit cup. I also really like the Chicken Nuggets with the Chick-fil-A sauce. The Chicken salad is delicious with lots of added components like nuts and berries. I don't know if you like milkshakes, but I love the Cookies & Cream Shake. Number one in the business. Service is at the highest level in the industry. Chick-fil-A wins the 'best customer service' award over the last two years straight. The lines can be long sometimes, but the service is so efficient it moves you along much faster than you could imagine. If anyone leaves because they see a line, be advised if they would have stayed, they would be eating before they could have traveled to their next choice restaurant. Restrooms are always very clean. Tables are always hand wiped with disinfecting cleansing wipes by hand after every customer. No spray bottles and slap dash wipe. The accessories and condiment stations are always clean and stocked. Plus something I have never seen anywhere else, they stock Purell wipes packets; great for before you eat and after. What a fine touch to match the other unequaled service, food and performance. Confession time. When I lived in Buffalo, a friend and I actually drove to Erie just to visit a Chick-Fil-A. So I am probably a bit biased towards loving the place. That being said, there are places I love that have disappointed me and warranted negative reviews. The Miracle Mile location did not disappoint. Every time I have visited (even when there are long lines), things move quickly and efficiently. Food is always fresh and extremely tasty. My favorites are the spicy chicken sandwich and the waffle fries. The chicken is moist and features just the right amount of spice. I also enjoy that there are options other than fries for your sides. The carrot and raisin salad is very tasty and you can also get fruit or a regular salad. Try their seasonal shakes. In the winter, there is a candy cane chip shake that is out of this world. When you dine in, there is actually some degree of table service (asking if you need a refill on pop, bringing napkins, etc). Impressive touch for a fast food joint. Overall, Chick-Fil-A is my favorite place to go for a quick meal. read more

I recently ordered a tray to take to an event. I went to the area in the store marked pick up catering and trays. Even though there were at least 10 employees working feverishly, not one made eye contact with me until I had waited 20 minutes. I told an employee what I had ordered and was told it would be out. Another 20 minutes later another employee finally ask me what I was waiting for. I got my tray 45 minutes after I was told it could be picked up with no apology for the service or lack of service. I love using the app so my order is in and ready for me which makes life so much easier! What I found through the app which I feel is like my own little secret loophole is that if you're looking to just smash on some chicken they have available Breakfast Chicken Fillets for only a $1.54!!!! Like yo! That's a deal I can get behind! Big pieces of chicken cheap! I guess they are slightly smaller than the lunch chicken fillets but the lunch are also available at the time of $3+ each. This place seriously gets packed and will wrap around the whole building with the drive through line. It's a gold mine if you ask me. Then again it's sooooooo worth it! We don't have Chick Fil A up in New York, so we decided to give it a try while down here in Pennsylvania. We stopped in for an early lunch (around 11am). There was actually a really large group of school girls and their moms in there. I think they were on a cheerleading trip or something. They let us go ahead of them, but I felt pressured to order, so I just told my husband to pick something for me while I went to use the restroom (which was clean!) I ended up having a spicy chicken sandwich. It was pretty good - I like the pepper cheese that came on it. I also really enjoyed the waffle fries. My husband did say that the staff was very friendly when he ordered. An attendant was constantly moving around the dining room to make sure things were clean... though I had to look at three tables before finding a clean one. For all of the hype Chick Fil A gets from my friends down south, I wasn't overly impressed, but it was a decent fast-food meal nonetheless. read more

Staff is super friendly! Everyone who works here is warm, helpful and have big smiles. I like the location a lot as it's in Miracle Mile. Food is great but perhaps not quite as crispy as the ones in the airport for some reason. Flavors are still good and sauce is the same. The condiment section is generous! There are even individually wrapped after dinner mints! Every time I've visited this location it's just been PACKED. Maybe it's just a Pittsburgh thing where traffic is bad everywhere and people love fast food. I dunno. I rarely get fast food and when I do, I have to wait in a line of 40 people on a Tuesday afternoon...such is life, though. Phewww....prepare for very long waits. They recently reopened after closing for nearly 3 months for remodeling. I wanted to get my jaws on the new mac n cheese and knew that it would be busy no matter the time of day. I was car no. 16 in queue and the average wait time was 5/mpc. I ordered a large Mac n cheese and 8 pc chicken nuggets. The Mac n cheese comes in 3 sizes. Once I finally arrived at the window, service was pleasant and fast. The price wasn't bad either for a lunch. The Mac n cheese was delicious, not too runny and just enough cheese. It was definitely a baked style Mac n cheese and very creamy. The large is enough portion for a meal and was a bit too much when eating it with another item. Overall I give their Mac n cheese a 9/10. There are no other places to compare it to and it is very good. I prefer it over Panera's version as it had the homemade cheeses and texture. Unfortunately, the lines and wait are huge turnoff. Went to this Chick Fil a with my father-in-law after shopping for a bicycle at Pro Bike next door. It was around 12:30pm and the line was the whole way across the restaurant! The drive-thru was packed and staff members were taking orders prior to the guests reaching the windows. The staff was nice and the food was good as usual. It appears that each Chick Fil a has their sauces and silverware in different locations - such as behind the counter where you have to ask for it or out where guests can serve themselves. I wish that was consistent among restaurants but whatever works! This was my first experience trying the superfood side and it was delicious! There was the right amount of dressing with a mix of dry fruit, nuts, and kale. My only gripe would be that I wish the smaller size was a little bigger as it seemed really small. I give this Chik Fila and every Chik Fila 5 stars. Why? Because they have taken something very common with a mediocre at best, AT BEST, reputation - fast food - and have redefined it. Quality of service and design and taste has come to the fast food industry by Chik Fila. I'm a big fan of their chicken strips and their Chik Fila sandwhich (but I remove the bottom bun and eat the pickles first). Their honey BBQ sauce is my favorite sauce for the chicken, and sometimes you need to ask for it because it's not out with your more common condiments. I also like their regular BBQ sauce with their waffle fries. If you like an amazing combination of sweetness and tartness - get a frosted lemonade. Actually, in general, their lemonade is good. Real good. I get that every time instead of a soda. Iced coffee is very good but extremely sweet. Almost too sweet. But I like it as a treat in the summer. Milkshakes, incredible. The service at this restaurant is amazing. Great employees with great attitudes. Chik Fila lifehack: say "thank you" and they have to respond "my pleasure." I take advantage of that lifehack more than I should. I'm just so amused by it. There's a playplace in this Chik Fila if you have kids! I also like how there's fresh flowers on the tables.
