I've always wanted to stop at a Donut Connection just never had the chance until now. Let me tell you - I do-nut regret it!! This location was bustling and hustling Sunday morning. They were serving customers quickly and with a smile. Several cars in the drive thru but they were keeping things moving steadily. They have bar type seating as well as some other tables to sit at. We sat at the high top seating and I'm so glad we did. I got a glimpse of them making all the donuts homemade in the back. WOW! I could taste the freshness. I got a pumpkin donut with cinnamon frosting, as recommended by the friendly gal that took our order. It was amazing. The cinnamon was the perfect spice to balance out the sweetness of the donut. Way better than Dunkin' in my opinion, and seemingly more options. I didn't realize they also had breakfast sandwiches and bagels. Coffee is obviously also served, and it seemed they had plenty of flavor syrups to choose from. They have a menu for all their combo deals. Perfect for any breakfast lover. We had a fantastic experience. I will 100% be back to Donut Connection (and try out the Donut Connection closer to me) and I hope our next visit is just as good! read more

I used to love coming here, but my most recent visit changed that. The woman behind the counter was constantly wiping at her nose with her bare hands, not bothering to wash her hands afterward, and then handling customers' food immediately after. She honestly reminded me of a kindergartener who hadn't yet mastered the art of Kleenex. She then attempted to charge me for two coffees, even though only one was ordered. If you want snot-covered donuts and being double-charged, this is the spot for you. As for me, I'll never be back. read more

Was passing by and suddenly had a craving for donuts. I decided to give Donut Connection a try. I got 2 chocolate frosted with sprinkles. The staff where very friendly and helpful. The donuts where very fresh and tasted good. If I where in the area I would go again. I do prefer Dunkin Donuts better the frosting tastes better. Bugs in the men's room, tables are filthy, potholes in the drive-through, workers are on their cell phones texting, while people are at the window to be waited on???? management is nonchalant about policy. This place is going down the crap hole fast, nothing like when Sue used to own it, not a tight ship at all. Lots of the vehicles in front of the donut shop belong to the owner with Florida plates on them? You've been here a couple years why haven't you become a Pennsylvania resident? Something stinks and where are the customers gonna park? Sue made sure employees parked in the parking lot behind the donut shop. Your money is made upfront were your personal cars are parked, where customers would like to park! At night time, the place is filled with smoke from them cooking donuts for the next day with dirty ovens. Some of the workers there don't even speak English! How did they get in America? This was the best place to go while growing up. I come home from college and now their business is Indian owned. The business is rapidly declining and I will never go again. Prior to the Indian owners, my drinks were consistently delicious. Now the prices are 3x higher with the new owners, quality has declined my food and drinks are gross every time. Good donuts is the obvious draw here, but don't forget about the coffee! They have EXCELLENT coffee, made with care and it shows. On a personal note, I was having a really rough week and one of the employees working at Donut Connection went out of their way to be kind, not because they knew, but just because they could. It's a human connection that feels like it's missing from businesses these days. It's also what changes someone like me from a casual customer into a regular. i've been by there several times including today. Many of these times, as right now, employees are coughing without covering their mouth around the donuts and while they're picking donuts up. If you get sick after eating things from here, you'll know that more than likely it was the employees coughing on the food, not covering their mouth. read more

What happened to this place. The muffins used to be the best around. Ordered my usual cranberry orange muffins. Couldn't get the wrapper off and when I squeezed the muffin out of the wrap there was a huge glob of cranberry that filled the entire wrapper. I have been coming here for years and it is consistently great service in quality food! It's a great hang out spot as well especially for seniors. Well done local donut shop. Unfortunately I was not the one to pick up, pay, interact with the staff, or see their current selections. Which is why I can't give them the fifth star, yet. However, a family member raves about them and commented they are better than a well known chain donut place with pink and orange colors (I'm talking about Dunkin Donuts). I agree. Their donuts are fresh, the perfect light texture but not like Krispy Kreme where you have to eat three to feel like you ate one regular donut. It was not dense and sticky in your mouth but a great consistency. I wish I'd taken a photo and will step up my Yelp game in 2022... New Year New Yelp Me! Went for the first time with my coworker while we were out shopping because we had a buy 6, get 6 free coupon. I've only tried the blueberry donut so far and it was pretty good! Nothing super special, but still tasty. We also got drinks to go. She got the iced coffee with peppermint in it and she really liked it! I was a little wild and got a frappe with cheesecake flavoring. I didn't like it very much, but probably had to do more so with my odd flavoring choice. I used to go to Dunkin, but one day I had to get bloodwork at the nearby Quest, so after I was finished I stopped here to grab a coffee. Best choice I had ever made. The coffee is really really good. Reminds me of the old Dunkin' Donuts coffee before they switched to whatever it is now that they have, but even better than that. It's always fresh too. Their iced coffees are even better. I also tried a few donuts, and my tongue danced. They were that good. They are actually fresh homemade donuts. Not those garbage frozen ones that Dunkin sells. And the prices are super cheap! My large iced coffee is like only $1.79 or something like that when I go before 4 pm. And even if you miss happy hour, the prices are still half of what other places charge. Service is always great too. Especially when the man is working the drive thru. I don't know his name, but he is so friendly. The one time, I drove away without getting my debit card back. I belive a few years back this used to be dunkin donuts (which now moved not too far from here). Honestly I can't tell the difference in quality from here and dunkin donuts. But none the less, they all taste good! Everything is fresh. The variety is plentiful, and they change seasonal donuts time to time. They offer coffee and breakfast begals in the morning and they are to die for. Way better than McDonald's or Starbucks. My favorite donuts here are the Boston cream and sprinkled icing of vanilla or chocolate. Yummy. The prices are reasonable. They have a fridge of drinks to choose from too.
