I hate McDonald's food, however my kids and wife like it so I tolerate it sometimes this McDonald's staff are pretty nice most the time they mess up our order 85% of the time but they do make it right when the wife calls Since they fix their mistakes I would say the have decent service if they focused more the first time they wouldn't need to fix anything tho. We stopped by this McDonald's to get some quick food and there was certainly nothing quick about it. The person at the drive thru was very slow and did not seem to understand the menu but they could definitely be new. I ordered the hotcakes and two sausage McMuffins and it took 20ish minutes. They also gave us the wrong order, they gave the wrong orders to the person in front of us and behind us. The vibe was hectic while being very slow with only a couple cars in a 20 minute time span. read more

If there were negative stars on this app I would rate this McDonald's as such. I called a little late , maybe around 20 minutes before closing. Asked the worker that picked up the phone if it would be too much or a hassle to come pick up an order if we were to get there at closing time. We took our 2 grandsons to eat supper at McDonald's and was waited on by a young man in a yellow vest at the cash register who was very rude treated us like we were bothering him! There is no means to contact to submit this concern privately, so I'm posting it here, publicly (believe me, I searched for a private means to share the photos). I was not paying attention to what I was eating, as I trust McDonald's to cook their hamburger meat, and I hope that I will not get sick from eating raw meat a few minutes ago. My dad and I stopped at this McDonald's on our way back to CB. We went in and ordered our food. We got our receipt and we thought the price was a little high so we looked at the receipt and noticed they charged us for an extra large fry. Not a huge deal since we were both hungry and fully capable of downing a large fry on our own so we didn't let them know. The food was hot, fresh, and as good as any other McDonald's food tastes. All in all, this McDonald's was fine and I would go back if I am in the Nebraska City area and jonsing for some McD's. read more

I am a huge McDonalds fan. However, this location is nothing but a disappointment. I asked for the ketchup to be refilled five times before finally leaving. The kicker is that there were four teenage employees just standing around on their phones while one older employee was doing everything to keep the restaurant running. Another time, I had to wait half an hour before I realized that my order wasn't coming. There were a handful of people trying to order at the same time. It seems this was too much for one employee, because he started ripping tickets off the machine with such force as they came out that several tickets ripped and he threw them away. Nothing was done to compensate for this act. The employee was simply told to stop doing that, and no one who had to wait and then reorder was given a discount or coupon of any kind. read more

When this store first redecorated, it was very good, but now the lobby area is back to being less than clean. We went there yesterday; it was reasonably busy, but there were 5 empty tables and none had been cleaned from the previous customer. This happens on a daily basis. I would put it less than 1 Star if I could, but I went through the drive threw and didn't have the most best experience. The female that waited on me was rude her name was Rebecca and then when I approached the last window I believe his name was Sullivan? Maybe a manager was very inappropriate and rude to me plus gave me a wrong cheeseburger, half a large French fry, and messed up McGriddle. Went to the drive-thru to order the Big Mac sack attack and was told that We ( Nebraska) didn't have a sack. This place is terrible. From cold food, unfriendly staff, every table in the place dirty, long wait times on food, and soggy fries! I have been there many times and the last 3 times I went I was so upset when I left I decided this will no longer be so where I eat! If you ask the staff to clean the tables, they will hand you a rag! If they forgot something on your order they act like its a chore to make it! If you complain about a rock hard bun on.
