Rating the restaurant as 2 stars and the person who waited on us Saturday 7/12/25 about 9:30pm 5 stars. Didn't get a chance to ask her but we have a feeling she was literally in the restaurant alone and handling everything. We just stopped for an ice cream cone. Waited in the drive thru line for about 20 minutes. worst customer service I've ever been given. I was rung up incorrectly and when I had talked to the manager she began to raise her voice at me and tell me I was wrong when my brother was also in the car saying we were missing something. she looked at the receipt and I showed the deal I had given them and she was saying I gave them the wrong one but how could that be possible at lunch time when the rest of my deals were breakfast. stop hiring managers that are disrespectful when all we want is help or clarification on our order when it was there fault in the first place by not taking my order correctly. read more

Food is terrible. Fries were cold, stale, lacked salt and flavor. I asked one of the employees for new fries and they threw them back in the fryer and sent them back out. This is probably the worst McDonald's location in Michigan. The wait is always long, and the food is inconsistent.

More expensive than other McDonald's in the area. Food is always subpar at best. Fries are undercooked, burgers/chicken is usually cold and obviously been sitting for a long time. Always busy. Employees are great though. read more

We just spent almost $30 here at the drive-thru. Our food came in four different bags because they kept forgetting things. First they forgot the fries. Then they wanted to argue that fries did not come with a combo meal. And then they forgot the apple pie. The manager seemed like she just wanted to argue. The girl at the window just closed the window and turned her back to me while I was still speaking. The behavior the manager and window person showed was totally unacceptable. We were there December 13th at 3:19 p.m. on the receipt. The manager was a heavy set black woman and the window person was a young white girl. Ordered my food thru the mobile app to pick up inside, went to go pick the food up inside AS I ORDERED- all the doors were locked inside. So we had to go thru the drive thru which took 30 mins. 30 fucking minutes. And our food was ice cold. Drive thru worker stated our food didn't sit long. Wrong. Sat for at least 30 mins. Went here yesterday and waited 20 minutes in the drive thru then another 20 in a parking spot to get my food. They then gave my food to someone else and I got theirs. Most of these reviews are based on one bad experience. I've been to this location over two dozen times (all drive thru). Unlike other McDonald locations, I have never had an incorrect order or have been asked to pull over to wait for ordinary orders. This location has always been friendly and fast. I went through the drive through for breakfast, and although there was quite a bit of a line, we moved through it very well. The staff was helpful and understanding, especially a young woman named Amanda. We had placed our order and when we got tot the window, Amanda realized that there was a less expensive way to structure our order, saving us a couple bucks! Drive thru. I was on my way to work, and needed to grab a bite quick. I got a sausage and egg and cheese mcgriddle, and a small caramel frap (to wake me up). I have never gone to a McDonalds and had to stand at the front waiting for someone to take my order as long as I did. My boyfriend and I stood there for 5 minutes while the person helping drive thru kept looking at us and then says I will be with you in one moment. This is after a co worker asked if they needed help taking orders up front since the co worker could see that we were waiting. The guy who kept staring at us said no and had us wait longer. Then we placed our order and waited for a couple minutes and got our food. Now my boyfriend ordered a large Carmel macchiato and they told us it will be a minute stood there for another three to four minutes until we left. I was late for work and was upset. This place don't even deserve the one star I gave it. Sat at speaker for five minutes while other customer's took their order in the other lane. I pulled up to ask woman taking orders. She seemed if I was bugging her because she didn't hear me pull to the speaker. She had the worst attitude only to say what do u want. I used to love this McDonald's, now I do everything in my power to avoid it. It has to be the rudest, most inaccurate fast food place I've ever entered. Plan on pulling ahead and waiting an extra 5 minutes if you use the drive thru, they almost never have your food waiting at the window. When I got angry about it once because I was asked to pull up to the rail to wait for a coffee I was patronized by the employee who brought it out to me. Seriously, how does it take 5 minutes to make a cup of coffee? Check your bags because they seem to forget at least one item every time and don't order anything special because it will come out to you as if you never ordered it that way.
