I split the original Jersey Mike's Philly Cheesesteak with my husband. Absolutely delicious! The bread and toppings were fresh, hot and tasty. We tried the rosemary parmesan bread and it was baked just right. It was light and tender on the inside and crusty on the outside. The team was friendly and the new bathroom and restaurant was spotless. The location is ideal if you want to take a sub to Kensington Park for a picnic. Food and employees are always great! Obviously they are big on training because no matter what employee or location I have always been very pleased. But, Novi location is definitely my favorite!! Associate a bit short with me but we were hungry a d on our way toward home in need of groceries... I was told 15 min. Walked in store at 15 min. Stood for 11 min. Guy working was polite, two other females working. They kept referring to my order as 'the one called in'. Sandwiches were great. I was elated when the new Jersey Mikes opened up near my home. In my humble opinion, Jersey Mike makes the best sub hands down. I went to school in the Northeast and developed a liking for Italian Grinders at places like Jacky's in Boston. Jersey Mikes comes closest to the original. Always freshly sliced meat and lots of it. Bread is always fresh with a nice tug to the tooth. My favorite is the Original Italian done Mike's way. But the Philly Steak is also worth a try. Hot and gooey with plenty of meat. During the pandemic, this place has been cranking out the sandwiches which I order for quick pickup on my app. They also do Grub Hub and Door Dash. Interesting to note that some of the Jersey Mikes franchises also make fresh East Coast style pizza: think thin crust dripping with molten cheese. I sure would love to see such an addition at my local Jersey Mikes. That would make my visits there twice as frequent! Mikes' subs are a little more expensive than the assembly line subs you get at the other place but definitely worth it for freshness and generous portions of meat. If you get their app and get on their email, you will even be rewarded with a coupon every so often. Plenty of parking here but get the app and your feast will await. read more

I have a medical condition that prohibits me from tolerating a mask. I was asked to place my order and wait outside as a result. I decided to pass on the sub. Under the exemptions in the mask orders, it clearly states being medically incapable of tolerating a mask as an exemption. As a result, I will NEVER spend a dime at a Jersey Mike's as I was discriminated against. If you can't wear a mask, don't patronize this store. read more

I'm a big supporter of Jersey Mikes Subs and I'd even put it above places like Jimmy Johns on my list. In terms of the subs provided at this location there isn't much to complain about apart from the fact that they consistently forget to add the pepper relish when asked. However, the customer service has been horrible every time I come to this location. The women here will treat you like an inconvenience and try to rush you out the door before you're even done with your order. Then I told them I wasn't done with my order - which they never asked and should have - and the older lady rolled her eyes at me and tried to lecture me about how I need to tell her what I want from the get go. How about you just do your job? What restaurant doesn't ask you if you're all set before moving on? I even stood my place in the line because I wasn't done. Pricey but real good steak sub.

To my surprise I saw this JM's on my way back to my apt in New Hudson. only 10 mins away and I thought lets do this. Well lets just say, I did a 100$ order online on a Sunday afternoon and went to pick up at 336 order time- I walk in at 335 and the lady looks at me and then walks away to the back, she then comes back and says what can I do for you? I say I have a mobile order and placed it 30 mins ago for 336- she says have a seat it will be ready shortly. Now if shortly means 25 mins later, then she was correct, but that was not the expectation. after 2 people come and go with their online orders, I get my food with just a "here"! now this isn't terrible and if know my reviews I have a special needs son, and at least he wasn't with me- or would have been 1 star. Food was just okay, some burnt philly meat and my buffalo chicken was greasy - but was more about the experience than food, (it would have got 3 stars). Just offer guests a drink or chips or pickle to show you are running behind and care about them. My recommendation is not to ignore this place completely, but just keep this in mind if go here.. read more

My daughter turned me on to Jersey Mike's and I must agree, they're the best! I had Mike's Famous Philly and it was scrumptious! All meats are freshly sliced and veggies are sauteed on the hot sandwiches. If you have their APP they offer double points for FREE subs in the future. I had a great review the other day, but I had to go out of my way to find a way to leave another one for the poor service I received Saturday 8/20/22. The guy leading the shift around 11am was horrible. Has he been who I met when I first came in then I would have just never come back. I went in today not knowing if he was going to be there, but if he was when I walked in then I would have just went somewhere else. This guy rolls his eyes at me like I'm an inconvenience. Really rude when speaking with me. Then he starts barking at these poor employees. As a former store manager I would have never thought to act in such a manner, nor would I tolerate it from my subordinates. The employees did great regardless, but he clearly doesn't want his position. Also with plenty of competition in the area, it amazes me he would dare treat people such a way. There's a lefty's cheesesteak right across the street. As long as he's not there I'll go in but otherwise another restaurant Can have my business. read more

This location is new to the Milford area. They have been phenomenal since they opened and continue to do so during this pandemic. The employees are professional, friendly and clean. You won't be disappointed!! Unlike other local sub shops, where I get a big sub, then I order again and there are hardly any toppings. Had a BOGO coupon! Ordered two subs, then when I show the clerk my coupon, which was not expired, she said that they couldn't take the coupon! No reason why!
