Had about 12 workers around 5 pm Thursday night with brisk drive-through business. They appeared to be paired off, so likely training. I waited 5 min as only person at counter inside before I was able to catch anybody's eye. The sundaes include only one topping, and the sauce counts as the topping. Don't order a sundae as they have little if any knowledge of how to make one: see my photo. Hopefully this place will improve once training happens. Perhaps I am simply old school for not ordering a blizzard. There are two picnic tables outside in a grassy area. These are pretty old but it had potential as a nice spot to sit outside. This is honestly the Dairy Queen standard that all other Dairy Queens should be measured against. 1. The location is great- right across the street from a lake with outdoor tables for some scenic ice cream eating! 2. They are open year-round! 3. There is a drive-thru! 4. They are the ONLY location within a good 20 minutes (possibly even more?) that lets you order on the app, which is important because DQ almost always has some coupons in the app that can ONLY be used in an online order. 5. They never have any issues accepting coupons from the app, whether you're ordering in person or online. 6. They have a full DQ menu, including foods and not just ice cream. 7. Service is always great and so is the food! read more

An overall bad experience. I had taken my family out to this location for ice cream. Ordered our treats inside, figured she heard everything correctly. She didn't read back our order. When she brought out our ice cream one was wrong. We'll we tried to ask her about it and she basically said no. That that's what I said, she won't remake it. my husband stated I couldn't have the Oreos, be she still said no. No manager came forward, nor could we get ahold of one on the phone. I suggest if you visit this location that you double check your order, otherwise your stuck with food you didn't order. read more

omG this rotisserie chicken salad is the best!! I don't normally like any DQ foods..nor do I really like chicken (because it's always dry)..or salad for that matter lol. We went today. Walked in and the place smelled dirty and stuffy. Most of the tables had not been cleaned, although employees (I think management) were just standing around. Fry carton filled at best half way. Cheese curds were so thick and gross I finally gave up and spit it out. I took my grandson and wanted us to have a nice time together so I didn't complain. We've been there many times in the past and it was always ok. But this year it seemed different owners? Won't be going back!!! I think they get business only because of their location. read more

We came through the drive thru at 9:22 on Sunday, April 15th. They closed in 8 minutes. I am in the service industry and felt so badly about it, but we were already here. The lady was so friendly, and never once made it seem like an inconvenience. My mom always use to order this banana blizzard that they didn't have anymore so the lady made a speciality one for her and offered suggestions. My mom was very happy. I appreciate this service, the food is always great here as well as the ice cream. It is a frequent stop for my family especially in the summer. I love Dairy Queen and being the closest fastfood to my house it's convenient. However, this location puts less toppings in the blizzard than any Dairy Queen ever Every single time, I can order extra toppings and it still is less than you would get anywhere else. I've started only getting sundaes and they're great, so I'm still happy. But work on your blizzard game! read more

Coming home last night from the grocery store I knew I didn't feel like cooking, but I wasn't really feeling any of the usual fast food options. We have always driven past this Dairy Queen with little to no thought . So on a whim I turned in the parking lot and headed to the drive thru. I think this might h e been the best choice I made all day! Let me tell you about it... I'm alway a bit overwhelmed by a new drive thru menu, especially if there are cars behind me, which ended up being what happened l, so I just went for it and ordered #1s one minus tomato. This one little request is always that thing that seems to confuse the hell out of most places that we order our burgers from, but DQ got it right ! This immediately won them major brownie points, but the major winner was the fact that this was close to a home made , fresh off the grill tasty AF burger! I'm not sure if my sweetie feels the same way, but I for sure am having a love fest and will be going back to try more of their food... see ya there! read more
