This is a updated McDonald's so the decor is new, the rest are f the restaurant is what you expect from this chain. I was disappointed in the food the fries were cold and both of our apple pies were over cooke. The service was polite and expedient. read more

Used the mobile app and ordered my regular meal that I have stored for reorder. After waiting 10 minutes they bring me a wrong flavored frappe and still no food. So I go park and take my wrong frappe inside and ask for a refund. Where I'm told they need my card? I said I pay through PayPal and there is no card. Just went there for breakfast. Listened to some machine alarm for five full minutes as I waited for my pancakes, which were delivered ice cold. I have never seen an adult working there so assume the teenagers running the place are responsible. read more

Do you like Vegas then you might enjoy this McDonalds location. Problem is odds are not in your favor. There's a house favor of 95% that they will screw up your order. Do you enjoy uncooked or cold fries, getting home and realizing you order is wrong, or partially thrown together meals. Well your in luck because this location is just waiting to give everything you didn't want! The staff at this McDonald's has the motivation of a idle rock on the ocean floor. They at disrespectful, uncaring, and not reflective of the McDonald's brand. Do not fear because Yelp is here to help voice your frustrations and we can only hope a manager at that location listens. Or we get enough followers to shut this place down. Going to a regular McDonald's you have 50/50 odds of getting those warm crisp fries you remember as a child. Here you mine as well boil your own oil at home. I don't get upset with high school kids making this mistake for this is likely the first job of many in their future careers. However, to the 30-40 college drop out with tattoos working at this place I say no pity. You mine as well stand on a street corner that would be more reflective of your motivation to earn an honest dollar. The staff here was really loud and obnoxious. They were screaming across the restaurant saying "I hate you" or attempting to throw a blizzard across the back part of the restaurant. Arguing/ yelling at eachother and just plain being unprofessional and inappropriate. read more

If I could give a negative review for the New Prague McDonalds I would!! The current assistant manager is way out of touch with what is going on around her. During the lunch rush moving at less than 1/2 speed and acted like she was on drugs or something. Every time I go there something gets forgotten or screwed up. One Sunday it was even closed because no showed up for work and I can't say blamed them if I had to work for her I wouldn't show up for work either!! read more

This is a wonderful place to eat. The workers are friendly and it's a perfect place for a child's first job. The food here I very delicious and made with care. The drive thru is great btw and the prices are really reasonable and fair. All around this is a great place to grab breakfast lunch or dinner. read more
