Drive up: -order with everything It's called the works: onion, mustard, ketchup, pickles. -Order deluxe: onion, mayo, pickles, tomato, lettuce. So I usually get deluxe because when I order inside, the cashier will clarify the ingredients But drive up, it's interrupted differently. We ordered a malt and a turtle sundae in the drive thru. Apparently the kids bringing out the food didn't see the number on our truck, so they went back inside. Totally underwhelming again. Whatever happened to freshly prepared burgers? Our single burger combo and grilled chicken sandwich were delivered quickly but only lukewarm. Unfortunately, this has become the norm for this location. The staff is the bright spot for this restaurant. With deteriorating quality, it is time to find a better alternative. Culvers is one of my absolute favorite fast food joints. They make their food fresh (which is why it takes a little while), which is awesome. Their butterburgers are as good as a drive thru burger can be, and that's not in the slightest an insult. Their frozen custard is literally TO-DIE-FOR and they have just about any flavor/topping you can think of to make exactly what you want. Delicious, fresh, crunchy and hot crinkle cut fries...check. So I've gone in here for dessert the past two nights in a row. One with my kids and tonight alone. Last night we got 3 concretes. My kids were made well, mine well, was completely wrong and when asked too have the corrected, the young girl gave me a nasty look and took the wrong one back. I then received the newly made one only to have NO toppings mixed in. I asked for my money back and a manager came over and completed that for me and gave me a free sundae (to use at a later time). Customers beware. Broken pieces of hard plastic or some type of element was in my food. I returned to the restaurant to advise the manager that I found myself chewing on foreign objects. My concern was not only for myself, but for my family and others who may have also been served contaminated food. The manager refused to give me the owner's contact information. There has been no follow up with me in the last week, despite two calls I placed to the location. The manager was not apologetic and was dismissive. Our local Culver's always have some kind of event going on for the local schools. Parts of the sale goes to the local schools, they get a lot of sale in the process too. I don't mind spending money when part of the money going to help my community. I like the staff over here, they are very friendly and courteous. They are always willing to help and opens the door for you as needed. They store is very clean and there are always adequate staff behind the counter to take your order. I am not too big on fast food, but this place do have quality employees and a clean store. The restroom was clean and well stocked. I like their ice cream, they are pretty good. Typical lack of attention to details. Drove through, placed the order and then was asked to do it all over again, no problem. I ordered two single butter-burgers with cheese, mustard and pickles only. Initially the young man taking the order put down ketchup instead, but I caught it and he corrected it. When I got home both burgers had ketchup and no mustard. One of the burgers was red when I bit into it. I am not talking pink, clearly red. I threw it away. Hello all. Hope everything has been well with you in my absence, I had to tie up some lose ends and was out of commish due to the Covid viral infection, thank goodness that's over! Jamison shouldn't be an issue anymore so now I can get back to my munching Anywhom, I stumbled abon this little restrant trying to take the Great Hound to visit my G-ma in Florida, Epic fail ROFLMAO!! ;-) onto the review LOL! This place was so unexpected but reminded me of simpler, cheesier times. Their ice cream or "custard" as they called it was so creamy and made my toes tingle.....you know how Randy be! This toe tingling didn't stop as I asked what they recommended because I didn't think a burger with just butter sounded good. They came back with the fried cheese curds which left me panting and begging for more!!! I couldn't stop popping those little snakies in my mouth until a kind worker (thanks Nate!) told me I should probably stop! Overall a pretty authentic joint, thought the curds could be cheesier as they didn't taste much like the Kraft Singles I'm used to, but I didn't mind because they made my fingies nice and greasy nontheless. Culver's has the best hamburgers. You can't go wrong with their snack pack meals. The fish dinners are really good, but overpriced a bit compared to the rest of the menu. The bathrooms are always clean, but a bit small for the number of people that can be inside during the busy times. Overall, this is my favorite place to eat lunch. read more

Everyone here is so friendly and chill. The food here are great! Though sometimes the lines get hold up and waiting can take a while but I'd say it's worth it. When we approached the counter two employees walked away and 4 stood at the end chit chatting away as we stood there waiting and waiting and waiting. It was a Thursday night and they were not busy. One employee finally came back to take our order just as we were about to leave. When we went to get our drinks it was so messy in that area. Wrappers, soda, water etc all over the place. Straws that were in the holder were even all wet (they are wrapped in paper) so we had to dig into the dispensers to find a dry one Food took quite awhile to get being they were not very busy The food itself was fine.
