~Service My service today was absolutely awful. I was extremely upset with the McDonals employee who went crazy because i asked to speak to the manager. I went through the drive thru & I was using my points to get my grandson a Happy Meal. So I gave the code to them. When I pulled around the girl said my order was already charged out which I had told her I would pull around so she can look at the code and fix the issue. I was at a diff McDonald's the other day and they were having issues with the codes but the manager came and took care of it before it was charged out so there wouldn't be any problem and that employee told me to becareful whenever I use those codes if I have issues to talk to a manager and they would be able to fix the issue so needless to say, I asked to speak to the manager so the employee slammed the window in my face so hard that it came back open and then she was saying the F word and I had my three-year-old grandson in the car with me. That was totally uncalled for. I was so upset & shocked by her actions when the manager came to the window I handed her the receipt & I just left. It really upset me big time needless to say my grandson didn't understand why we didn't get our order. So I called the corporate number after I calmed down but when I was telling the customer service representative what had happened it upset me again. So I am waiting to hear back from the owners of the McDonald's. When checking my bank account I was charged twice at that McDonald's for nothing. I didn't get any thing there so why did they charge my card another time that really bothers me so I went on my account and shut that off so They can't charge my card for more stuff. When people need to grab a quick bite before work late at night or whatever the reason they either can serve at all or cash only. EVERY time I go there later at night it's always some thing. I could be wrong but they seem to never want to serve anyone later at night and make it easier on themselves. read more

I never use Yelp but this Mcdonald's really deserves a good review. The first mcdonald's to ACTUALLY put extra pickles on my mcchicken, gave us as many sauces as we asked for, and were super friendly. We just came from LOST LANDS so we appreciate the easy and good service. :) read more

First off, the service at the drive through was phenomenal! Also the happy meal I got was nice and hot when they gave it to me it was pretty much steaming! And I love how the McFlurry was packed to the brim with m'ms! The staff there was extremely friendly making me wanting to come back! Some nights drive thru moves exceptionally slow- other nights they keep cars moving. Orders have always been correct. Dining area is clean-ish. Have only visited the bathrooms twice and they were clean on both occasions. Not much to complain about here read more

We ate in tonight, a Tuesday evening. There were two adults, a teenager and two 5 year old children. We ordered 2 Happy Meals and three value meals with fries and drinks from the Kiosk. It took nearly 10 minutes to get our food. When it came, we were shorted one medium fry from a value meal. They demanded to see a receipt before providing the missing fries. My spouse ate her fries first then opened her Big Mac and took two bites. She put it down upside down and said look at this. The top half of the sandwich was made correctly. There was nothing on the bottom half. It was the center bun right against the bottom bun. When she went up and complained at the counter, the worker she first spoke to showed it to a manager within my wife's line of vision and earshot. The manager did not see the problem until the worker pointed it out. They told my wife they would make it right. She came back to the table. The manager appeared moments later with a Big Mac box. She put a patty and a piece of cold cheese on the original sandwich and that was all. We'll never go back. read more

So Chloe happened to post a review about how her oreo was not mixed into her mcflurry and the same thing just happened to me. They didn't even fill up my mcflurry all the way and the sweet tea we asked for with NO ICE came with ice and was watered down. Then the drive through lady gave me attitude when I asked for straws that she forgot. I came back today and guess what the fuck happened. I ordered two double hamburgers which should come with no cheese! But they put cheese on my burger and I tried to call in multiple times and they never answered. This is extremely harmful as a person who has a severe dairy allergy. If I would have taken a bite of this HORRIBLE burger, I could've died. read more

By far, the worst run McDonalds, period. I actually drive out of my way in the mornings, even for coffee, in order to avoid this place. In the last 30 days, I have stopped at McDonald's on Union street 12 times. 9 times the order was incorrect, 5 of those times I had to "pull forward" to wait. I actually just stopped there today (9/19/13) and aksed (3 times) for a Quarter punder with cheese NO ONIONS. Guess what? Onions all over the burger. That entire crew (supervisors included) need to be fired. It is as if the Managers do not care that customers are always getting their orders wrong, long waits, and dirty team members. I walked out one morning when I ordered a coffee and saw the girl who served me the coffe touch the fryer. then pick a napkin off the floor, then without washing or sanitiing her hands, she just picked up my coffee cup (by the rim) with her fingers that were all over the fryer, floor, and money. This is disgusting and this store needs to be shut down. This is what happens when 16 year olds are in charge. read more

Everytime I go there always waiting a long time when I go though the drive-thru . Most of the time my order is wrong. I try to give them a chance because I love McDonald's lol. I probably will go back but hopefully for better services. They always fix my order sometimes give me extra because of the mix up. I never have any other trouble with any other Mcdonalds but this one. I only go to this one because it is close to my house. I will not be going after the horrible food I had last few time I visited. When I was pregnant with my daughter last year I received a uncooked quarter pounder I spoke to a manager and showed her the picture I had taken of the burger she was supposed to reimburse me and never did. A couple days ago I went and had a McChicken with Cheese. I was about finished it with it when there was something crunchy in it. I originally thought it was a piece of fat until I pulled it out of my mouth it was an uncooked piece of chicken with what looked like a blood clot. Worst. McDonald's. Ever. Always have eggshells in their eggs. NEVER get the orders right. Food is always old. Today my mom who is 63 and disabled went through the drive thru for a coffee. They didnt put the lid on right so the EXTREMELY HOT coffee spilled all over her legs and car. When she went to tell them about it, they didn't apologize, didn't offer her another coffee, didn't ask if she was okay. Nothing. The manager asked if she wanted to fill out an incident report and she said no, just put the lids on right. Then she had to ASK THEM if they were going to replace her coffee, which they did but only 3/4 of the way full. Absolutely ridiculous. I will be contacting the corporate office. read more

Went thru the drive thru between 7-8u am. Ordered a Carmel mocha and was given a regular coffee. Now that was an expensive and not very good coffee. read more
