This is my first time trying Raising Canes and the service was pretty fast (less than 5 minutes). I got the Box Combo and my friend got the three finger combo. There is seating both inside and outside but the dining area space was not well kept. I must say that the chicken tenders were crispy yet moist and flavorful. The Cole slaw was alright but my fries were not crispy although perfectly salted. I wish there were more no soda drink options such as lemonade instead of just tea or Hi-C. Overall, I will visit again because it is inexpensive and decent quality. read more

I love Canes and this location never disappoints. I live about 45 minutes away from it but it's the closest one and I always stop when I'm in the area. It was challenging to find anything wrong with this Raising Cane's location. I have visited a handful of times, using both the drive thru and ordering in the restaurant and have had phenomenal treatment. Just as every Raising Cane's location, as you pull up to the order machine in the drive thru you are greeted with a somewhat corny slogan along the lines of, "chicken chicken, what combo you pickin?" In a quick process, the person over the microphone will repeat the order back to confirm and next thing you know, you're pulling up to the pay window and have your food in less than two minutes. Inside the restaurant does not pale in comparison to the swiftness of the drive thru. The restaurant's interior is the same as any other location, but the restaurant is CLEAN. Bathrooms, floors, everything is very clean and kept tidy. The ordering process is simple inside as is it outside, minus the corny slogan. After ordering food, there is a decent sized waiting area to stand before receiving your food and sitting down or walking out. Love this location and their consistency! read more

Raising Cane's has always been my fave fast food experience. I am happy to report it took 3 minutes from ordering my 3 Finger Combo to receiving my meal. How incredible! The 3 Finger Combo is my favorite meal to order. You guessed it, you get 3 perfectly crisp, juicy, savory chicken fingers, golden crinkle fries, a slice of Texas toast toasted to perfection, with the famous Cane's sauce. I always order an extra sauce because as a Cane's loyalist...it's necessary. You will be glad you ordered the extra sauce! Mmmmm. Do it. Order the extra sauce. The Heath location opened yesterday, February 8th. You can wait 30 minutes or so in the drive thru...or you can get your order to go by ordering inside under 5 minutes. Raising Canes is best when eaten fresh. Getting it to go only makes everything really soggy. The chicken; fries, and Texas toast have good flavor and are seasoned well. The disappointing part about them are how non-crispy they are when getting take out. The sauce is honestly the best part of the meal. You cannot go wrong with getting extra sauce because the savoriness does not disappoint. As for drinks, the lemonade is seriously amazing. It's advertised as being freshly squeezed and it definitely tastes like it. However, the coleslaw is nothing to rave about. It is in all honesty, mediocre. The restaurant is not bad for late night meals. But, if you like Texas toast, fries, and fried chicken tenders to be closer to a crispy texture, you need to eat it inside and right away. read more

I have never had a bad experience at this Raising Cane's. The service is always fast and friendly, and except on 1 occasion, my order is always exactly right. 1 time the drive thru forgot my extra sauce :( Like other Yelpers state- always get the extra sauce- it's totally worth it. If I could change anything, I would put another Cane's just a few miles away in Newark. I also wish the fries didn't end up so soggy. I was just there and the girl handing us our food was just rude in her voice. I have never had a bad experience at this canes I always got told have a good day. This girl just handing us our stuff and turned around and starting talking about us. It was very rude and unnecessary, she was a tall girl and just rude. Compared to every other canes I've been to, this one was the worst experience. Waited 20 minutes for two combos - and the chicken fingers were pitiful. They were about half the size of the ones we've had at other canes. Staff was pleasant, lemonade was on point, but the wait and the chicken were not up to par. I had to see what all the hype was about. When they opened I heard of lines two hours long from so many going there. I figured, surely it must be good. The first time I ordered I was shocked at how terrible the food was. I was trying to figure out why this was so hyped up. The chicken had no seasoning and was bland. The batter was just a basic batter with no seasoning again. Overall it tasted like chewy grease. I decided to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Same result. Same horrible bland, non seasoned,dry chicken. Had that terrible grease taste as the only flavor. The dipping sauce is decent and their toast. Fries were so so. I'll certainly never waste any money there again. Lesson learned. If I wanted fast food chicken i'd do popeyes or KFC. At least they season their food. read more

Great fried chicken. Not so great fries, they are similar to the ruffled fried you get from the grocery store freezer and taste like it too. The chicken is sometimes fresh, but their sauce is delicious. They charge you for extra sauce unfortunately. The dining room is clean and the staff is friendly. You almost have to go their with a friend and split a Caniac meal if you want to eat there for $5 or less. We return often. read more

Canes is my favorite restaurant, with that being said it's hard to say this. We have been a few time the last 3 weeks to eat in there for dinner and have received terrible customer service. The evening shift crew needs some work. My boyfriend, and I ran to this Canes location last night (Saturday) around 11:40-11:45pm. We'd just finished seeing a late movie, after a very long date day, and series of outings for our 1 year anniversary. I'm pregnant, was craving some some chicken to end the night. It said online that they were open until 12am. As we pull up to the drive through, we sit there until 11:50 waiting for someone to say anything. When they finally do, they tell us that they are closed, and would be open the following morning at 10:30am. My boyfriend said he thought they were open until 12, and he thought being there 20-15 minutes before would be enough time to have a chance to get something. They paused for awhile before saying that their system goes down a few minutes early every evening. Boyfriend proceeds to question the fact that 10-15 minutes seem a bit unreasonable for that. Then tells them he'll be calling the AM manager the following morning to confirm that. As we pull around to the windows to exit, we can literally see them looking out at us and laughing. As we get completely around the building, some of them are peeling out of the parking lot. We ended up going to Buffalo Wild Wings down the street (which was a very pleasant experience). On our way home from B-Dubs, as we pass Canes we can see that there are several people still inside. At no earlier than 12:45am. It even looked like they were just standing around eating. I must add that I have a friend that use to work at Canes, that I picked up from his shift every evening. Never have I heard of their system going down early. Very disappointed. Do yourself a favor, and just go to B-Dubs in the evenings instead. read more

This is a new restaurant for our area and for me and I am so happy they are here! I had dinner at Cane's for the first time tonight and it was so good!! I went through the drive through and the service was extremely friendly and fast! I ordered a Cane's box combo which has 4 tenders, fries, cole slaw, texas toast, and a drink. The tenders are huge! They are so juicy and tender! These are some of the best chicken tenders I have ever had! The food was hot and tasted completely fresh, made to order, which seems very rare at other drive through restaurants. The cole slaw is perfectly delicious and goes great with the Texas toast! They have several sauces for the tenders, but I would highly recommend the original Cane's sauce! It is so good, and something you can't get anywhere else!
