I walked into this McDonald's location early in the morning, as there are no options for early morning coffee in Newport. I stood at the counter for a few minutes, and no staff came to the counter. I used the order Screen to order my two coffees. It took about ten minutes, and finally someone appeared with my order. The coffee was made exactly how I asked. The restaurant must have had a recent renovation, as it looks newer than the last time I was there a few years ago. read more

Not happy. No straws, and NO FRIES! I ordered a 6 meals and I have not ONE fry in my bag. We still have not gotten a refund.

This is a brand new McDonalds. With that said, they can not seem to keep a full staff and their computer system is down a lot. I just wasted 15 min in the drive thru just to find out that ALL of the above was happening! Get your stuff together people! What a gigantic Cluster. 7/18/19 Again! I order bagels a lot and the last two I've purchased for a total of around $8 with a drink have been stale and half the time they are missing the sauce! Today I decided to purchase an egg McMuffin which wasn't toasted and the egg wasn't cooked all the way and was just a handful of mush! I really wish the cooks would be consistently better but I really don't think that's possible. Because they are consistently bad. Very very sad. I'm done with this place. read more

The line of cars took over 30 mins and the service was rude and didn't apologize for being slow. This is the third time this has happened. The food was also cold and it wasted so much gas and time. Completely awful. read more

We were on a road trip and starving so we pulled through as a last resort. The Fries tasted like they were made 2 days ago and microwaved. We opened up a pack of chicken nuggets and the packaging was dirty. More specifically, it had an odd green substance which had made contact with the food. Long story short... The service is horrible. The food is really bad. Chicken nuggets make even my grandson sick every time he ate them so he refuses to eat there. The last burger I got was raw. The last fries weren't even cooked. read more

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. The service is terrible and you would be better off by handing them $10 dollars and saying surprise me because I never get what I order anyways. The previous reviews were as bad as I have seen but I really needed to get online on my laptop for a few so I thought I would come in and get something lighter to eat and drink while taking care of business. I got my computer going and walked up to one of the three registers. A guy who appeared to be the manager walked in front of me to the register at the other end of the three. He stood there and looked straight ahead. No communication with me at all. I stood there for awhile and never was acknowledged. Unreal. Took care of my business and left. It is 6:45 at night and there are two other customers in here. At least 8 employees. Stunning incompetence. read more

The lobby was nasty had food all over tables and chairs, the drink station was a mess and had trash everywhere, the bathrooms had toliet paper all in the floors in the stalls and one toliet was stopped up. The staff were very rude, They look at you and just look away when there just standing there doing nothing, and one lady was very rude to the guest had a attitude and was rolling her eyes at the customer over there mistake. The food was cold , the staff in the back was not wearing hair nets or wearing gloves while messing with the food. And the food made me sick I got diarrhea, heart burn, and done threw up 3 times after eating my food. I do not recommend anyone to eat there . read more

This McDonald's is not it! When I ordered, the lady was really rude and rolled eyes. I wanted to get my hot and spicy's but they said I was lying that I didn't get it yet. So I had to starve.. they gave me my Frap but I waited an hour to get it. My friends got a McFlurry and all of their cups were messy. WATCH OUT THERE ARE THIEVES TOO! They stole my frap before I got it! Also they gave me the wrong size! This McDonald's is really horrible! Don't go to it. read more

If you're wanting fast service, do not come here during lunch or dinner hours. You have to watch to make sure you're given the RIGHT food and drink. I have experienced several times where I have went through the drive-thru and was given the wrong order. I have also been served cold food. Once in a blue moon will your order be completly correct. read more

Normal McDonald's food and service. Ice cream machine works about half the time. Service in the evenings can be long and crappy

The person taking the order was rude and unprofessional. I almost canceled my order and left but was traveling and extremely hungry. The window, they hand your order to, ya, was complete opposite. He was courteous and very professional. read more

They throw your order, well not your order but what they want to give you, they throw it out the window at you no high bye kiss my ass or anything. They are always rude, and by chance your order is correct, it's going to either be thrown together or it will have so much mustard and ketchup it falls down the front of your church. read more

The workers here have no idea how customer service, and fast food are supposed to work. The fries they give taste like they make a ton of them at the beginning of the day and give them out all day. The managers are screaming at their workers and not doing any type of work. Also they will ask you to pull up if your order is large and you can forget about them bringing you the food.
