I arrived this morning and pulled right up at the drive through to order. There were 2 cars in…read morefront of me so it took 5 minutes for me to get to the window. I sat there for 15 more minutes and nobody came to the window to even acknowledge I was there. Cars were lined around the building behind me. There was a man making food but never looked my way. One woman walked by the window multiple times but never acknowledged I was even there. Food was piling up at the window, but I guess nobody was there to hand it out. Mind you, I only ordered a wake up wrap and hash browns... no crazy drinks. I had plenty of time to get to work when I arrived but at this point, I am 10 minutes late and I haven't even paid for the food I ordered. I don't need a smile and conversation, but it shouldn't 15 minutes or apparently longer to be acknowledged at least to say hey, somebody will be right with you. This is not the first time I have had bad service here... but this was the worst.

I would call it more of a local bar than a Café, that said the staff was friendly dining room and facilities clean. We sat at the bar for lunch and Michele the bartender took good care of us. I had the Philly cheesesteak and onion rings and Kathy had the special of the day which was fish and chips with hush puppies, slaw and homemade tartar sauce. All was good, reasonably priced. If you're ever driving down Route 35 and go through Nitro West Virginia it's worth a stop!
