The best Tudor's I've been to. Thundering Herd is my favorite biscuit sandwich they make. Hands down my favorite biscuit concoction I've ever eaten. Recommend, especially if you're not familiar with this chain and driving through. Peppi is kind of a flavor attempt at a pepperoni roll, which is a staple food in this state. It's simple but good. The Honey Chicken Biscuit surprised me. It's pretty great. It's not too subtle and not too rich. Again, this is the one to eat at over any other restaurants in this chain, if you're gonna try their food.

After seeing Tudor's commercials, I was curious how this regional chain measured up. It is usually paired with a Gino's Pizzaria. My flight was delayed so I stopped in to try it before going through security. Tudor's is the only food option in Yeager Airport. Unfortch, the biscuit just wasn't tasty. It had a dense texture, as if the bread was microwaved. The sausage patty was clearly frozen and dessicated, but had a nice spicy kick. But overall, it just wasn't good, even going by my Yankee knowledge of biscuits. The saleswoman also took forever and a day to count my change. Pros: the food is cheap and has large portions. There are about 50 seats and they're homey feeling. Its a little bit better than sitting in the airport gate.

Cheese fries. Crispy even with mounds of cheese.

This place even had me drooling! Local chain serving up all the cholesterol booming, artery clogging, cheesy, buttery goodness one can handle. What they're known for is obviously their biscuits which came out piping hot, glistening in butter and perfectly flaky. You can have it filled with many typical breakfast sammy fillings, or in the kiddo's case, get this...with a perfectly fried golden hash-brown and gooey dripping cheese. Hash brown cheese biscuit. Insane. Grilled cheese and cheese fries too?! The girls were in absolute carb-loading, calorie splurging heaven! The grilled cheese, while looked burnt to me was still super soft when I ripped it in half for the littles. It was comprised of two pieces of Texas Toast (and fought over despite everything ordered for two wee ones). The fries were golden and even with the mounds of melted cheese, still held their own. No forks were asked for. Prices were super fair and drive thru service was fast and friendly. Perhaps if you're in the area, stop by and splurge. I've never seen fast food like this. Their offerings were insane! Good or bad...unsure. Vegans, not a single thing for us, but vegetarians... rejoice! Although I personally didn't feel great about serving my kiddos this, they certainly did not care! I guess they deserved it after an afternoon of hiking Gauley Bridge about 45 minutes away. Gobbled every bite! I'm just glad there's not one in these parts!

First time at a biscuit world. Eggs cooked how we wanted , crispy bacon, potatoes and of course a buttery biscuit. The service was so friendly and they were so courteous

Wish there was a zero star option. Received a microwaved biscuit after waiting at the front for service while employees talked in the back. I understand this is an airport location and they may not anticipate repeat customers but it is important that they conduct their business with integrity and a passion for what they do. Should just close it down.

Dear Powers That Be at Tudor's Biscuit World, PleasePleasePleasePleasePleasePleasePleasePleasePLEASE open up a Tudor's Biscuit World in all 50 states and all US territories. Why would ISIS or other terrorists blow themselves up for inexperienced bedfellows when they can have all the non-Halal sausage, egg, and cheese biscuits for less than $4 a pop? They would not, I say! 72 virgins in heaven do not possibly compare to your flaky buttery piggy goodness! So please open everywhere Tudor's. Give peace a chance. 'Merica. Hopefully, Alma C. ps. For real, I told the cashier that this was my first visit and what do they recommend, and 3 workers and all the customers behind me stopped to puzzle with me over the menu board. Cuz it's all just TOO GOOD.

    Busy counter!!

Excellent, large biscuits, flakey and perfectly cooked. I also tried their gravy... Thick and sausage-rich. Was there at the height of the morning rush, just after 8 AM on a Friday. The drive through had cars lined up to the street, and there was a constant rush of people in and out lot. The inside line was also packed, but the service was fast and friendly. The manager behind the counter was doing a great job watching over the kitchen and the counter staff... Obviously she really cared about the level of service. By the time I went back outside the drive through line was gone and the lot was almost empty... Amazing how quickly they were turning out the biscuits!

Ok people...it's just a biscuit...nothing special. It was even tough. Coffee was ok, apples were ok...not much above the Huddle House.

Just okay if you are in a hurry. Not as good as Bojangles by comparison. They have a pretty busy crowd in the morning so be patient.

My boyfriend and I were passing through Charleston, WV during our roadtrip and looking for dinner…read moreduring the work week. I wanted to try something new and interesting and through my Yelp research I found this spot. It's located in downtown with metered street parking free Monday-Saturday nights after 6pm and all of Sunday. Luckily, we were able to find a spot easily. Inside was modern and relatively clean. We had to wait a little bit to be seated as they were pretty busy; however, this place had a decent amount of seating and space. Service was good overall, but it wasn't as consistent as I would've liked for actions such as water refills, asking for extra napkins, etc. This was partly because they were very busy that night. They have a variety of food options - apps, salads, sandwiches, pies (pizzas), and dessert. We ended up ordering a large pizza (thin crust) to split - half Thai and half Chicken Gouda. Both were yummy although the crust was a tad burnt - nothing bad to the extent that taking bites were an effort. Overall, I preferred the Thai since I've never come across a Thai style pizza and I could really taste the curry sauce. The only downside of the Thai was that the shrimp were slightly overcooked, which could be potentially explained by us ordering a pizza split in two styles with them cooking the entire pizza evenly versus what is needed for each ingredient. We finished the entire pizza between the two of us, but I could see someone having some leftovers. If possible, they might want to do some minor pest management. The entire time of our visit a fruit fly or gnat was hovering around us and the food. We tried to catch it and protect the food, only for it to ultimately take a permanent dip in my water. My overall assessment was that it was a good place to try in the city. It's not something I would crave, but I wouldn't mind coming back again if I was in the area.

Pros: Excellent, fast service…read moreDelicious pizzas with lots of options to choose from. We got a margherita pizzat and another with half Peppadew and half steak and mushroom. All were gobbled up quickly! Adult beverages available Love the decor Cons: Limited seating, especially for large parties Parking can be tough in the area Pro tip: Try the pizza skins appetizer - like potato skins but on a pizza!
