If you want to be treated fairly, do not go to this McDonalds. In the space of a week, they raised prices in some items so high that I won't be back except for the dollar menu. A few months ago, the sausage McGriddle was $1.00. Then it went up 79% to $1.79. Now, it is another 55% higher, at $2.79! This makes for a total increase of over 134% in the space of a couple of months! Absolutely outrageous, considering that the cost of living has not increased (according to the government). Update 3/2/16 The price was apparently an erroneous posting, as today, it was $1.99. Still. But high, but far better than $2.79. read more

Higher Competent People I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through; afterwards, received an order that was incorrect, and lukewarm. Tried explaining the situation to the employee at the window, but she was to busy trying to obtain witnesses because everyone is always arguing with her. This was her comment. I was trying to figure out, when did Mcdonald's start allowing employees to have their friends hang out in the store once the front doors are locked to customers. It is sad that some of these young people are so disrespectful! I called to make a complaint, and the store manager has not thought enough to call me and apologize; i see why the employees are so out of touch, because they only model after what they see! read more

I have never had such a great experience at a McDonald's location as I do when I come here. This crew, especially the night shift, is a super star team. Orders are always correct and employees are very polite. read more

I have been standing in line for 30 minutes for a chicken biscuit. Everyone else asked for a refund and left.

HORRIBLE!!! Staff is rude and acts like they could care less. Went today with my friend whose college is not near a McDonalds and was missing the Big Mac. She was sick, so we went through the drive thru. Told the woman taking the order that we had two separate orders. Gave both orders, she only gave us the total for the first. Got to the first window to pay and as she read our orders back she had some incorrect information. We got to the second window to get our food and the man there Bryan was extremely rude. Opened the window to give us a bag and didn't acknowledge us at all, was looking and talking to someone in the complete opposite direction. When he opened the window again I told him we had the double order. He shut the window, opened it a moment later and asked us what the order was and we told him the Big Mac meal with the cone. He asked us what size fry and I told him we had a meal (I didn't want him to think we only ordered a fry with it) and he seemed to get very frustrated and asked us again what size fry and we told him large. He gave us another bag and said we were all set and closed the window. After seeing we didn't leave I told him it was a meal and we needed the drink and the ice cream cone. He turned around and seemingly yelled at someone and a minute later gave us the drink, I again had to ask for the ice cream. He came back with the cone and I asked for some sweet and sour sauce. When he gave it to me he seemed very mad and asked if there was "anything else?" in a rude tone. Now I'm home eating and my order was made wrong and tastes horrible. My McDouble that was supposed to have extra pickle and onion has none. The fries taste like the fryer oil hasn't been changed. Overall, a horrible experience and horrible let down for my friend and I. If this location wasn't 2 minutes from my house I would never go again. read more

Went here on our way home and took advantage of the buy a grand mac and get a large fry for free and also got a large iced coffee with extra creamer and sugar. Get to the food window and a young lady hands me the coffee and it's extremely dark and there's only about 3 ice cubes in it. I tell her it's supposed to be extra cream and sugar and she gives me a nasty look and then takes it back. Comes back a couple minutes later and hands me the same coffee and nothing had changed. If I could give negative stars I would. Slowest McDonald's I have ever been to. I ordered a meal for myself and requested a medium size. I also ordered a happy meal for my daughter. I received 1 item for me, when I asked what happened the cashier said she didn't charge me for a meal, then she tried to make me pay full price for the drink and fries as if I ordered them separately. I asked for the meal price and she called over another cashier. The original cashier didn't convey that she is the one that made the mistake so now the second cashier is just staring at the register puffing her cheeks out..... After awkward silence I said never mind.... They then looked at me like I'm an idiot. Immediately following the remodel the place was great. The staff still seem to be very nice but the cleanliness has dropped drastically. Disgusting! They also have a couple folks that sit there all day taking up space utilizing the free wifi. Sad to see this place return to crap. read more

Asked for Southwest Grilled Chicken Salad at the drive through and was told they did not have any salads. So I ordered a grilled Chicken Sandwich. Pulled up to the pay window and waited about 5 minutes while several employees were doing something but ignoring that I was waiting to pay. So I moved to the next window and they tried to give me someone else's meal but finally got it straight. I handed them my card and they were surprised and said, you haven't paid? I said no and she took my card and disappeared. Finally came back with card and receipt. When I got home both the sandwich bun and chicken were burnt. Waiting 17 minutes and counting with one person in front of me. On a positive note, the nice new electronic kiosk worked great, so I DID get to let them take my money and then wait faster... Seriously, nice facade out front, and there's wifi so I can leave this crappy review, but that's about it. Excited to see if I get mugged while I'm working (yeah, I know, McDonald's isn't going to be the best place to do computer work, but deal with what you've got). Wish me luck! read more

This mcdonalds is probably the dirtiest mcdonalds I have ever been to. They must never clean their lobby because I came in for lunch at 2 pm and there was still breakfast wrappers just sitting on tables and the drink area was atrocious. Thought I'd give it another shot and came in again. Same thing, just absolutely dirty. I lost my appetite coming into this mcdonalds. Very disappointed. read more

This location has been recently renovated and is under new management. The food is still McDonalds but the service is much better now.

The manager who had an attitude, placed my order and didnt put my receipt on the counter during breakfast rush. Then when i showed receipt no apology just more attitude. Glad i dont frequent this location. read more

This was something right out of twilight Zone I walked in got in line when one of the people on line said we all already ordered so I gave my order Quarter Pounder meal and fish meal I was given a number and stepped to the side it was then I realized there were about ten people in the restaurant and not one not even one had any food the drive thru had cars all the way around the building that is why I chose to go inside in the first place inside the workers were moving slow as can be except the manager who was running around trying to do everything himself but wasn't accomplishing any thing an off duty employee came in and asked if he could have something from the back the cashier (the only one mind you) stopped and went into the back people started asking for their money back and was leaving after I kid you not 25 minutes and only two people had been Served I asked for my money back and was told she didn't know how because I had paid with a credit card and she would get the manager he said to the girl(I heard this) I can't do it now I'm to busy. When the girl came back I asked her what in the world was happening there that night She said they were busy and under staffed. Busy? there were ten people in the store and nobody had any food. She said I'm going to go and get you your order myself After a few minutes she came back to me and said what did you order again? So I told her and after about 5 minutes she came back with my order I said I need the cups for my drinks Well the soda machine in the customer section wasn't working so she had to get it from the drive thru she came back a few minutes later and said what was your drinks again? I started looking around the store for the hidden camera I thought I must be on the TV show pranked. So now I leave with my order the whole thing took a half an hour!! I drove to my Grandsons little league game a block an a half away the french fries were ice cold my Quarter pounder was luke warm (fish sandwich was good) the unsweet tea was sweet the coke was a doctor pepper. Of course I know this is not the norm I been going to McDonalds for over 40 years and of course will continue to do so because well your McDonalds (of course I never go to that one again)The saddest part about this I didn't exaggerate not even once I know you would want to hear about this experience read more
