Disappointing Experience. The food was good, but the service was not. The restaurant wasn't busy, yet I waited a long time just to place my order and then waited even longer for my food. I also noticed several pickup customers experiencing delays. Chick-fil-A is usually known for friendly, smiling staff and excellent service, but this location felt quite the opposite. This is the worst Chick-fil-a I have ever been to. We just moved from Suffolk to Virginia Beach. We have been here twice and both times the order was incorrect. I went to the Suffolk location for 10 years and they got the order correct every time. When I called I literally got told "sorry that your experience wasn't up to the Chick-fil-a standard. We will not be back. The only reason this place is busy is the name on the sign. read more

You can't go wrong with a Chick-fil-A. Always a solid choice. I ordered ahead of time and picked it up in store. When ordering they said they would start the order once I told them I was there. I was thinking I would have to wait but nope. No wait. I ordered the classic chicken sandwich and a wrap. I walked in and the order was ready. The lines were long in the drive thru. It was clean and bright inside and even though I was in and out, I was still greeted and acknowledged. Food was good and correct. My 92 year old mom liked her sandwich and that is all that matters. :) read more

The fries are so greasy they are not edible! This was all 3 meals! If we were eating there we would have taken them back. But they know when you drive thru you arent bringing anything back. In case you were wondering if we drove a distance we are less than 5 minutes. read more

This location is conveniently located (at least for where I was), and is well run and efficient. The drive-thru line is a little difficult to navigate, but once you're in it it will run smoothly and efficiently. The staff are all friendly and helpful and the food is the quality you would expect. It's a really nice Chik-fil-a location. The only reason it gets four stars instead of five, is the same reason for all Chik-fil-A's, it's a little too expensive for what you get. Especially compared to other fast food locations. read more

Came here today to redeem my birthday reward and try the new jalapeño pimento sandwich. I came around 11am and the drive thru line was already completely wrapped around the building. I redeemed my reward as well as points, so I got everything for free. I did the spicy filet instead of the regular and then for my treat, I got the caramel crumble milkshake. The line was quick and the employees were friendly. I hope both of these items stick around because they're amazing. This sandwich is the best. read more

This chic-fil-a is always very prompt. They get you in and out. It seems the evening crew is usually more friendly. Today I ordered an egg white grill in an attempt to do as healthy at a fast food restaurant as I could. As you can see by the photo it was pretty darn greasy!!! Thankfully they gave me a handful of napkins so I could blot the grease. Overall, I recommend this Chic-Fil-A no red flags here! Enjoy! read more

I love Chick-fil-A. Their waffle fries are the best. They do not make them all day. They start making them at 10:30am. I know because I tried to get them a couple of times in the morning and they are not available until later. Chicken wraps- are super good. fresh veggies and that delicious Chick-fil-A chicken. This Chick-Fil-A is located along General Booth Blvd. It is just north of the intersection with Dam Neck Rd. This location is easily accessible from either direction on General Booth Blvd. My most recent visit to this location was on October 1, 2022. I don't come to this location too often, as it is farther away from me than the location I go to normally (Parkway Plaza location). I had come to this one several times in the past year as the Parkway Plaza location was closed for renovations for several months. Just like I normally do, I had ordered ahead through the app each time I had come here. The one thing I have always noticed here though is that the lines can get very long quickly. It's not as big a location for drive through to handle the volume that comes in at times. There was a time where the traffic to get in was backed up onto the main road. Anyways, on this most recent visit, it was still busy, but I would call it more of a normal busy. Once you get into the drive through lanes, a staff member will be there to greet you and take your order, or confirm your order if you did it as a mobile order. After that process is complete, it's essentially a waiting game through the slow trek through the line to the where the order is delivered. Once I got up to the drive through window area, within a minute or so, the order was ready and headed home to eat. After getting home, everything turned out well and as expected for any Chick-Fil-A I have been to. The food was great and the service overall was great while going through the app and then the drive through. If you are in the area and looking for a Chick-Fil-A, this place is worth checking out. read more

Mobile order 30 min before breakfast closed. Arrived at 10:05 am. App made me wait in drive thru and by the time I got to the person taking the order, it was just passed 10:30. They cancelled my order and said too bad. And the $ has not been refunded. I wven said I was at the location long before 10:30. Then I was stuck in the drive thru line till the end because there is no exit. Terrible. Just another reason to never eat at chick fil an again...... read more

Had a mobile order that was for drive thru pickup. When we arrived, we were made aware that the ice cream machine wasn't working so they couldn't give us our milkshake and frosted cofffee - understandable. We pulled up to the drive thru window and a polite young man handed us 2 bags of food. I didn't know what my husband ordered so I was like wow that's a lot, and we started to drive off. The same young man ran after our car and said that he made a mistake and it's the wrong order-no big deal, we were like yeah we thought that was a lot. He took the bags from us and asked us to pull back around to the VIP spot and brought out our order. I believe he apologized, however, we noticed after driving off (the second time now) that they did not give us utensils or any of our sauces.. extremely disappointed that after we already took the time to wait for the wrong order, our order was then not even correct. Probably won't be going back to this location again. I love Chick-fil-A! You can never go wrong with choosing Chick-fil-A! Like ever! I love the location has a dual drive through and everyone is nice, courteous and professional! I also love that this location is very close to the park and gym I frequently visit which makes it even better to grab a bite and head to the park and walk it off afterwards. My top favorite things to order here is the chicken strips combo, the phenomenal chicken sandwich & the strawberry milkshake. Omg they are so good! I also love the salads but I definitely prefer the strips or sandwiches over the salad. The breakfast is good too! Dipping the Polynesian & Chick-fil-A sauce together makes me fall in love every single time lol! I even dip my fries, if you never tried it you should! This is my third, or fourth time visiting the General Booth location in the past few months. Each time food, service and cleanliness have been consistently above even Chick-Fil-A high standards. The location off General Booth and Dam Neck is a busy one. If traveling from the East to West a U-Turn will be necessary on Dam Neck. If traveling from South to North their is a back way in that meanders around the back of IHOP and its a time saver. I have found the lot to be in superb condition with regards to cleanliness. The store offers a double drive thru. I know it's fast food...well kinda. I always put Chick-Fil-A on a pedestal expecting a higher standard. This store has not disappointed me. Nice gray colors, beautiful lighting and large booths in the dining room. They have a corner table beside the counter that is a cozy score if you can get it. I love the large wood table in the front that seats eight which is perfect for keeping a group together. The store offers the traditional kids play area in front. It was a must when my kids were younger. Today it's hard to stomach the rubber odor when opening the door. Don't get me wrong it's clean! They all have that stinky smell, no judgement. Today's morning vanilla ice coffee stop has become a favorite drink. Karen offered an immediate smile on approach to the counter and efficiently handled my order. At the end a thank you and reply...their signature "my pleasure". Before heading out a quick trip to the men's room found them in perfect condition with all necessary supplies around 7 AM. Since I now have a child that attends school in the area I will be a regular. Thank you to the staff at this store for exceeding my expectations. read more

Yes, drive thru at lunch is quick. I would rather wait a few minutes longer and have cooked fries. PROBLEM 80 % of the time over half of the waffle fries are undercooked to RAW. Today as an added bonus there was a hair on one of the chicken nuggets. This is a cheap lunch place, so it is OUTRAGEOUS when you cant eat 2 out of the 3 waffle fry orders. read more

Food took about 10 minutes to be brought out. Fortunately the food tasted good as always. Then I went up to the counter to get a cup of water and about three or four employees looked at me and didn't ask how they can help or what I needed. The number of days that I wake up past my alarm are increasing in number. No time to make breakfast at home. Good thing CFA is close to work! I've stopped in once or twice a week for the past few weeks and usually get the same thing: oatmeal and yogurt. It's always good (they offer steel cut oats - far surpassing the instant stuff at Starbucks), I know the staff will be welcoming and friendly and it's quick! On only 1 occasion did I need to skip the drive thru. The guest in front of me had a list a mile long hanging out the window and there was no one inside so I got in and out much quicker. Literally one of the best chick-fil-as I've been to in the 757. Ive never had a problem here (unless it's because it's so busy- but people can't stay away from this place!) the service is great, the staff is always pleasant and welcoming, and the employees tending outside in the to go lanes are always smiling and efficient. I've ordered in the app as well and as soon as I tap "I'm here" my food comes out a minute after! It's so quick and friendly to those who are on the go and need to stop and get a quick bite to eat. The accuracy of my order never fails, which speaks volumes compared to other fast food chains in the area. I hadn't eaten there in over five years, so I was hoping the food was still as good as I remembered. My visit was on a Friday evening, around 6:00 or 6:30 PM. The dining room was relatively quiet, with only two other customers present, and I was immediately greeted upon walking in. I asked the cashier about the new menu item, the "Lamb Chops." He described them as pan-fried, noting that an order includes two to three nice-sized chops and comes with two sides. I decided to order the lamb chops to go, selecting the arroz chaufa (fried rice) which was a $1 upcharge and plantains as my sides. I was extremely disappointed when I opened my order and found that I had been served lamb shoulder for $18 and not the lamb chops I expected (typically rib or loin chops). To add to my disappointment the quality of the Lamb was very poor; it was tough, contained an excessive amount of connective tissue and fat, and was ultimately inedible. I ended up having to throw the entire portion away. The arroz chaufa also had inconsistent quality. While the flavor was good, the texture varied significantly, with parts being mushy and overcooked, and others remaining hard and undercooked. The Plantains were cut too thick and were also undercooked. Given the cost and the expectation associated with "Lamb Chops," I was extremely unhappy with my meal. I believe the cut of meat served was misrepresented, falsely advertised and the quality was unacceptable. I certainly cannot recommend this item to others and regret not ordering the chicken, which I know your restaurant prepares well.

The chicken is flavorful and moist paired with the sauces is chefs kiss. The prices are really good too. We got the whole chicken special for $35 and it comes with the sides an a 2ltr soda. It was plenty for my family and we even had leftovers. The staff is friendly and the restaurant had plenty of tables so you can sit down and enjoy your food but we opted for take out and ate at home. We will be back and I want to try the other items on their menu too. Be sure to give this place a try, you won't be disappointed!

Since they were out of the malasadas, I decided to order the banana latte instead. I'd give it about a 7/10. For context, I'm always searching for a great banana latte because I love flavored coffee. One thing that frustrates me is when coffee shops advertise flavors like cookie butter, lemon pound cake, or red velvet, but the drink just ends up tasting like sweet coffee with no real trace of the advertised flavor. I was pleasantly surprised because this latte actually tasted like banana. It wasn't the best banana latte I've ever had that title still belongs to one I had in Las Vegas but it was definitely one of the better ones I've tried. The only reason it wasn't rated higher is because I noticed a sugary base flavor that overpowered the coffee a little for me. I personally prefer flavored lattes where I mainly taste the coffee cut with milk and the featured flavor heavily, not just sweetness. That's purely my preference. The fact that I finished the entire drink says a lot. I've had plenty of flavored coffees that I couldn't even finish because I disliked them so much. This wasn't one of those. I enjoyed it, and I definitely didn't regret ordering it. Now...the real star of the visit was the lumpia. It was AMAZING. Crispy, flavorful, and easily some of the best lumpia I've had. I actually tried another lumpia spot recently, and while it was decent, Ohana & Co.'s lumpia completely won me over. It's honestly the reason I'll be back. I have an eye appointment in the area next week, and I'm already planning another stop. I'll definitely be ordering the lumpia again, and this time I'm hoping they have the banana malasadas because that's what I originally came for. I also want to try one of their platters. Overall, I'd absolutely recommend giving Ohana & Co. a try. The customer service was wonderful, the café was clean, the banana latte was one of the better ones I've had, and the lumpia alone is worth the drive.

We both enjoyed them and the key lime pie drink really did taste like the dessert. For food we started with the crab dip which was good. My husband got the Crabby Smash which is a smash burger with a crab cake and he said it had good flavor. I had the fried shrimp which was delicious and I got broccoli and mashed potatoes as the sides. The sides were ok but the shrimp were wonderful with a light breading and great cocktail sauce.
