I placed a mobile order with a McDouble and 6 piece nuggets. Easy enough, right? Wrong. After waiting for over an hour and being asked what was on my mobile order, I was handed the complete wrong order. When it was given to me, I told the lady at the window who then shut the window and didn't say another word. After then pulling back around to the order station I was not greeted for over 5 minutes. When I called, I was told that I told them the wrong order (I've had the same McDonald's order for 5+ years) and that I'd just have to wait. I've worked in the food industry for years, and always have a soft spot for food workers, however this is absolutely absurd. Do better read more

If you want clean service, don't come to this location. I witnessed an employee taking a break eating and going into drink prep without washing her hands. The manager was busy running register with cash & bagging peoples bags of food with no gloves. The only employees with gloves were those making the sandwiches. The staff gave us the wrong food when we tried to tell the lady it was wrong she walked off. I went inside to get our actual meal we paid for and she had an attitude and told me that it was my fault that we didnt get the right food. She also said she gave our food to the person in front of us. She was incredibly rude. I understand that right now its not easy for anyone but if Im being nice and respectful to you I expect the same in return and I was not getting that. When I got my order I asked if I could have some bbq sauce and the lady scoffed loud enough the whole restaurant could hear. This McDonald's has some of the slowest service of any McDonalds I have ever been to. They also state they are open 24/7 and there are always workers there but a lot of times they lock the doors so nobody can get in. We were by the door and someone was knocking so we let them in because they are open and one of the workers gave us the nastiest look ever. Overall a very unpleasant experience. read more

This location is the worst. Just got home, and they once again completely screwed up our meal. All we ordered was a kids cheeseburger happy meal and a cheeseburger/nugget package meal. They forgot a fry, and sauces, kids burger had pickles and onions and no ketchup (I ordered a kids cheeseburger with ketchup only). My son and I have eaten at this McDonald's for 5+ years and I don't think I've ever been able to get any kind of ice cream at this location. I don't know if the equipment is so crappy that it is constantly broken or if the employees use that excuse so they don't have to mess with it but something should be done to help resolve whatever the issue is. Got a mcchicken, the bun was ROCK hard so I drive 10 minutes back and tell them my buns rock hard, I don't even want a mcchicken anymore I want a fish filet and the manager then says I can't do that so I get frustrated and let her know I'll be calling corporate and then she says I can but you'll have to pay the difference it's $3.60 that's complete crap first of all, second I give the lady the difference to get the fish filet and I get no receipt so for all I know she put that money in her pocket.
