Absolutely the worst McDonalds franchise out there! If it didn't have the prime spot of intersecting highways, it would probably shut down. Special ordered my sandwich to ensure that it was made fresh. Instead they revamped an old sandwich that absolutely inedible. Their famous fries were stale as well. Tried to call and couldn't even get an answer. I live less than a mile from this one and I promise, will never return. read more

They had terrible service. Their cashier had an attitude and they made us order off the kiosk and it only had a credit card reader , I only had cash.... We waited 1 1/2 for 30 order outrageous! Never recommend to eat. Their Carmel Frappe was the only good thing on my order. read more

Slow service, sat in the drive thru with no one answering for five minutes and then after pulling up at he window I was trying to get their attention and I got straight up got ignored, afterwards we waited for our 10'minutes to get our food which was a small fry and 3 mcchickens, did not even get an apology I am very disappointed and will not come back. read more

This would have to be my favorite McDonalds in the area!!!! The gentleman who assists with the self-order, Dwight, is awesome to talk with. Due to a motorcycle accident he won't be the same again and probably would be able to work in other parts of the restaurant. People say the self-serve takes away jobs, here it is providing a job. I've gone here numerous times and not once have I had an exceptionally bad experience. Food comes in a timely manner and customer service is great. Every employee is polite and courteous and at least act like they enjoy their job (as a retail worker myself I pay special attention to qualities like that). Only bad thing, if you can even call it that, is some minor inconveniences from machines breaking and the like. But crap happens. I'll just have to wait another day for my McFlurry. No problem. It's also really nice that I work at the Walmart supermarket down the road so if I want to grab something quick before my shift it's no problem. Traffic in the area is iffy, especially if you plan on making a left turn onto Classen but that's not their fault. All-in-all, a very great place for a quick meal or snack. read more

This was the worst visit I've had in a very long time. Almost every time I go to that store something gets messed up. Well this time just crossed the line for me... It's 2:00am. This tall man was wearing a G-Unit hoodie(while he was working.. I don't know why)says the computers are down and if I wanted to order he could help me at the second window. That's fine, and I also expect that I will have to wait longer which is also no problem. This man looks either drunk or under the influence of drugs, he has lack of speed, motivation, no urgency, and no emotion of any kind. He just seemed like he truly didn't care. He writes down my order and it takes him about 7 minutes to come up with a total.. I see managers standing around not helping out or anything. Then they disappear. I give him exact change, then another 10 minutes go by and he hands me everything I check the bags and we are missing the sandwich for the number 6. I sit there waiting for another 10 minutes. The thing is, within that 10 minutes he had walked passed me and looked at me multiple times. Finally he opens the window and I tell him I'm missing a sandwich, he walks away for a second and comes back with my sandwich.. He doesn't say anything and closes the door.. This place is God-awful. We've been in the drive-thru for 25+ minutes WITHOUT having our order taken. We drove up to the cashier window because it's apparent they turned off their headsets and weren't taking orders. We're still sitting here now and the wait inside seems to be taking just as long. Well the average review of this location is 1-star and my last couple visits lived down to that reputation. Lines in the drive-thru are regularly 10-15 cars deep. For some locations this means they staff up. Not this one. Today I stepped into the lobby to bypass the wrap-around lines. Four staff working not as a team, but just standing in their area while the 1 person making food ran around trying to keep up. Took 10 minutes (nobody in line when i came in) to get served. Seeing the cluster-%&$ going on I decided to just order 1 sandwich. I had seen they already had burger patties in the tray, figured it would be 'quick' but no. After another 10 minutes the person who took my order asked the line cook if they would make my sandwich. 6 sandwich later mine was not made. So after 20 minutes I asked the guy if I could get my 1 sandwich. He said he would make it himself, would just be 'a few more minutes' and I told him to keep it. During this time I counted 3 cars that got food and left the line outside. Nearly 25 minutes and left empty handed. They seem to have plenty of customers. So if that $$$ they make is not spent on payroll where is it going? read more

Employee in the second window wearing a black north face jacket was rude as hell. He dropped my sauce proceeded to shrug and close the window on me. Then when I politely asked for another ranch sauce even thought he dropped it he gave me a sweet and sour. On top of that the fries were cold and my sundae was half filled. Literally the slowest fucking place to get food. It SHOULDN'T take 40 plus minutes to get a couple of cheeseburgers from a "fast food" restaurant. About half the time the orders are usually wrong sending me right back to wait even more time. read more

The worst McDonald's in the northern hemisphere. Extremely slow. You can expect a 10-15 minute wait for your food at a minimum. To top that, they almost always mess up my food. Light mayo on a McChicken is not a crazy request, and light mayo doesn't mean extra mayo. read more

2x 2 McSpicy Meal - Short version: Rude, incorrect order, shorted sandwiches AND told I was wrong (with receipt AND menu proof), fries soggy/cold, 11 minutes wait with short line (long time for their chain). Time was 22:57 on 17MAR13 for accuracy. Just to note the employee on the intercom was friendly and the person at the first window was friendly. I had ordered 2 of the TWO McSpicy meals (2 sandwiches advertised, 2 shown in the picture) for 4.58 ea. Firstly the McChickens, spicy or regular, are on the dollar menu. I mention this for what comes later. After receiving my drinks from the male employee (whose name I didn't catch, very rude tho). I received a SMALL bag from a female counterpart. After handing me the bag she tried to verify "you had the McChicken with cheese and... etc right?" I said, "No" and handed her the bag back stating I had ordered 2 of the 2 McSpicy McChicken meals. The male that gave me the drinks comes back with a LARGE bag (entirely dif. bag) and asks if they didn't put the right number of sandwiches in it. I said yes, but couldn't tell him what happened because he walked off. Once he came back he tells me I only get 1 McSpicy with each meal (TOTAL RIPOFF AND FALSE ADVERTISING) and I state the sign says otherwise, and it's even called the 2 McSpicy meal. I also told him the large bag he offered me was not what the female originally handed me, because this was obviously brushed off as my mistake. Deciding $2 of sandwiches wasn't worth arguing over, I left the establishment hurried and frustrated. The receipt verifies "2 McSpicy" along with the advert. $1 sandwich, $1 LARGE drink, $1-2 on fries is cheaper than $4.58, so why would a combo cost a dollar more? LOGIC FAILS THEM! I do not care that I lost $2, it's that I was rudely told I was the one that was wrong AND I received cold fries. The only wait you should have at a fully staffed McDonalds (it's a 24/7 one I believe, it wasn't a dead shift of 1-2 people) is for fries or pies. In addition to the wait, the food, the service, etc. the employees appeared to be engaged in conversation with 2 males standing at the front counter bs'ing in between my brief ordeal. I will drive a few extra miles for a different McDonalds, or any other fast food place after hours, before I ever return to this one.
