This is the best McDonald's experience every single time. I have had one rougher experience with having to use the robot drive thru but that was it. I work nights and every time I come in my fries are hot and fresh, my food is hot and fresh. Even if they are close to closing or are understaffed my food is hot and fresh. The lack of any urgency and customer service from this fast food location is absolutely awful. Usually a mostly automated food spot is fairly quick, it this location especially, is poor at best. Nobody seems to care about any sort of speed in getting orders out. Watching staff on cell phones while drive thru is piled up about 20 deep and a line inside literally waiting almost 30 minutes for food is extremely awful. McDonalds, so better. 30 minutes to receive food (fast food) is pathetic. read more

We all have uttered this at some point. "I wish there was a zero stars selection." Ladies and gentlemen, today I am requesting a -10 star option. This has to be the absolute worst McDonlald's I have ever encountered. To say it should be reduced to a smoldering hole is WAY too good for this place. Up until my last three visits, they were doing okay, but after my last three visits? Abysmal is a complete understatement. Let's discuss my last three visits: Visit 1 (Breakfast about 9:30 AM): The restaurant was busy and they may have been training a new person. I got to the window, and the read me an order not mine, then they read me my order and charged me accordingly. Before I pulled off, I noticed my order was wrong and it wasn't even the order they quoted me. They corrected it, but they behaved like I needed a Papal dispensation to get my correct order. Bad move. Visit 2 (After work at 11:15 PM): Wanted to use by BOGO Sandwich coupon on the app. Had to argue with the idiot at the window who said what I ordered was not eligible. I showed her the terms and she said she didn't understand the app. TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE!! Visit 3 (After work at 11:20 PM): The drive thru was packed, so packed, a couple of cars almost wrecked trying to be the first into the line. After a 15 minute wait, I placed my order an again, tried to use the BOGO and this time the girl said "We can only process it at the window so we can verify it is valid." WTF?! OK, my coupon expired at midnight, but I had 30 minutes. I should be OK, right? WRONG. I get to the window at 12:03 AM and I'm told the code doesn't work. I argue is it my fault you kept me in the line for over 45 minutes? Seething, I drove away without my food. Needless to say if I was starving to death, I would crawl past this hell hole and risk dying. Never will these morons see another ed cent from me. Every time I think I'm just going to quickly grab something to eat, and make the unfortunate decision to go to this McDonald's, I end up waiting way too long in the drive thru. Tonight was no exception. When I pulled up the 3 cars that were in line were already at the windows waiting to pay and get their food, and there were no cars waiting to order. I still spent 10 minutes in the drive thru. It was my first time ordering a #8, 4 piece chicken strip dinner. I could not believe it cost me $8+ when I got my food. The chicken strips were tiny (about the size of 1 1/2-2 chicken nuggets stuck together) and they were so tough that I could barely saw through them with my teeth. I'll never order them again. My fries were only moderately warm, and already starting to get rubbery. The one positive thing that I can say is that the drive thru attendant seemed to be working alone (hence the long wait) but she was very nice. read more

I usually come at times when they've just cooked a fresh batch of fries and it must be often because 8/10 I will hit that time. I have been in the drive thru 15 minutes waiting. They haven't pulled a single car to reserved spots to keep the line moving and it's not even 12am on a Saturday it's only Going to get busier. What is going on? Just go to freaking Burger King across the street. My receipt says I ordered at 11:27 and got it at 11:49. My fries were cold when I specifically requested fresh one so I immediately had to hand them back for the window and then wait for new fresh fries. Horrible. I must say this is probably one of the worst McDonald's if not the worst I have ever been at. One star is too much. The owners the Bells should be ashamed to have thier names attached to this place. The customer service is terrible. They never greet you with any common courtesy or just plain humanity. They give you change with no " thank You" or see you next time. I travel with my job and end up in the neighborhood of so many McDonald's that it's hard to keep count. But I can honestly say that this McDonald's is the worst McDonald's that I have ever walked into. I started out in the drive-through and after waiting for 25 minutes because nothing was moving I figured something was broke so I went inside the lobby is disgusting the counter where they take your order is dirty and disgusting and the people that work there act like they have no idea what they're doing which would make you think this was true because my order was wrong twice. The overall attitude of the people working here is completely lacking in any type of professional manner. I have fairly low standards when it comes to fast food drive thrus, but the crew here couldn't even live up to them. They forgot the chocolate milk on all 5 of the happy meals for my kids, half of the fries were upside down in the HM boxes. All of the fries that we got were cold before we got home. The place is a disaster. Worst McDonalds on the planet. They do not monitor the call box appropriately and when you do get their attention, they make it clear that your visit to this establishment is nothing more than a annoyance. Then you get the privilege of waiting in line forever, to the point that you, and others in the line, are forced to take your business elsewhere. After ten minutes and no movement, I left for the BK across the street. Better off stopping at 7-11 for that hot dog that has been on the warmer for 3 days. Tonight will be the last time and I should have learned my lesson long before this. Fries are always cold and I have come to accept this, they end up on the highway after 2. Tonight the nuggets were cold also, and I don't mean they "weren't hot", I mean they were cooked two hours ago and someone forgot to turn the heat lamp on kind of cold. I get a sweet tea that apparently doesn't need a straw. I'm not even upset at this point but just blame myself because I should know better. I call to tell them they need to hand out straws and their food is cold. I get the straw part out and the guy says "ya" and hangs up, so now I'm mad, I call back and they won't answer.
