I've never had a more perfect sausage McMuffin with egg. Seriously, this one was amazing. My coffee was also fresh and piping hot. I went through the drive thru, then sat in the well lit parking lot with my dog, quickly eating my McMuffin B4 hitting the highway back home to Houston. It was super early. I was worried they wouldn't be open but they were. The gentlemen in the driveway was polite and professional. The service was swift. Service is horrible I work for door dash and I ALWAYS have problems with the orders. I had to talk to the manager which she was pretending she was worried about the situation when she saw me the whole time waiting for an order. I waited for about 30 minutes. the manager is a completely incompetent lady who doesn't know how to give a simple service. BAD BAD place for door dashing. read more

This place is a hot mess. Waited in line with 3 cars in front of me for like 15-20 min. Complete BS. They don't know how to run a fast food restaurant. The car two in front of me sat there waiting for order to be taken for at least 7 min (meanwhile I'm looking inside and see them all talking to each other and multiple people evidently trying to figure out how to deliver one order to someone they had pull forward). The lines can be long during breakfast hour inside the lobby so your best bet is to go in the drive thru. Unfortunately for me I have to come inside to order so my daughter can play on the playground. There is a family restroom in the play area. The playground could use some cleaning and sanitize the area . read more

I give this location a negative score. Drive thru is slows and man if u go thru it at night when they say its 24 hr. Wrong they let u sit there and wait. Like wait like a fool. This place has no sense of customer service or how to even properly communicate to people. I waited at the drive thru menu to order for about 20/30 minutes then got yelled at because after waiting for a long period of time because I asked if they were ready to take my order because the cars had been moving ahead of me and there was a line behind me starting to form very long. So, instead of being civil about it I was yelled at and cut off any time I tried to speak and then the manager had the nerve to come out and yell at me and use profanity as she did. Then I patiently waited longer after being yelled at for asking a question, then was told to pull up to the second window after not ordering my food still. Waited longer again, then when I pulled up as I was instructed to they told me they called the police on me, for simply just trying to order my food. Bathroom is a disgusting mess. Someone just camping in one of the stalls for over 30 minutes. Trash on the tables. Lobby not clean. Food smeared throughout the play area. Totally unusable. The equipment is gross with smashed burgers and fries. Order was wrong and had to be remade. Glad I am just passing through. This place is horrible!!! The last 4-5 times I've come through this drive through the line has moved at a snails pace and not in an exaggerated way at all. Do not come to this McDonald unless you want to wait for 30-40 minutes. One time they weren't even taking orders but still had the line open and were just making people wait until they gave up. read more

I was just there. Normally I never had a problem with this place and I had good service. NOT TODAY! It was my first time going through the drive through. When I first spoke I was asked by the person attending the driver through to speak louder. I am pregnant, and this kid keeps pushing up into my diaphragm, so as one can understand it gets hard to project my voice. When I did get louder I was told, "Ma'am, you need to calm down!" Nope! Only trying to get loud enough for you to hear me. "well it hurts my ears on the headset!" Sorry lady, you have a volume knob on that headset of yours! I will never EVER be back to this location ever again! I don't deal with rude people. After 20 years in customer service, I would personally would have written her up if she worked for me for being disrespectful to a guest!! I could not have someone so brash working for me! BUT WAIT! There's more!!! I didn't pull around right away as I thought I was supposed to sit and wait on the lady. For some reason her body language didn't say that we were finished or there was information she needed to give me. I flagged another lady down and asked if it was okay to pull up yet. "Yes, ma'am, please pull around to the other window" And did so with a smile! That kind of customer service I can live with. The young man at the second window made sure my 9 year old had what she wanted in her happy meal as she hates fries. He smiled and wished us a great day.
