I have a shrimp allergy so I went with the fried fish and WOW! These tacos are the best I've had in the area of any kind! They are similar to having fish tacos the last time I was in Huntington Beach and had fish tacos on the beach! They might even be better! Everything was fresh! Came for brunch It wasn't that busy but took us 30 min to get a seat . Food took forever to come out. The fideo appetizer they give you was probably the best thing really good. After that the rest of the food was not great. The waiter checked on me after I received my meal to know if it was prepared like I ordered, and it definitely was! She gave me time to finish my meal. I appreciate this because I don't like being bothered when I'm trying to eat. I ordered the T-Bone steak with mashed potatoes and broccoli. The steak was PERFECT!!! Hi-five to Chef! The mashed potatoes were cooked just like I like them. And I didn't wait long to get my meal after ordering. The restaurant was clean, and the murals are so beautiful! If I could give less I would. Myself and my little family went my food was grease soaked my daughter's burger burnt and mac n cheese cold. I told there server we were stuck waiting to pay for 20 min so I had to get up and tell them well they were taking food off but not my daughters and I informed them it was so bad she couldn't eat it. Great servers ( old lady with curly hair outgoing, wonder character and outstanding customer service) ( there's one that was said to me the owner wife/ extremely rude, terrible attitude and seems to be very unhappy being there- the manager/ bartender ask her if she had put lime in a Michelada and she just rolled her eyes- very unprofessional, didn't answer and just walked away. That kills the outgoing vibe. The two male bartender/servers- Salvadorian was very professional with outgoing lively atmosphere, the other guy with long hair was very attentive, friendly and willing to explain the menus to the other customers that were coming in. Went here for the first time tonight. Patricia was our server as well as the bar tender, best service we have had in Midessa in a very long time. Offered the wife samples of some drink mixes before she ordered. She suggested some items off the menu. Layout and decor was pretty cool, plenty of TVs to watch what ever you are interested in. Service was fast and food was hot. I got a burger and the wife got a steak and surprisingly the steak was cooked to temp better than most of the " steak restaurants" in the area. Had the opportunity to eat here last night with a large group of people (14+). Their menu is varied, which was a bit concerning, but the food was great! I had the taco salad which came in a large flour tortilla and was shaped like a taco. It was yummy. Friends had the chicken fried steak and club sandwich with fries. Fries were awesome. Meh... Food wasn't bad, but was way overpriced for quality and quantity. The hamburger steak was more like a smash burger patty (very small), the cheeseburger had the same burger meat (very small). The pancakes were okay, but similar to fast food pancakes. The service was subpar and the hostess looked like we were a bother when we walked through the door.
