Never coming back here ever again I tried to be a good person and paid $20 for a $17.84 meal and received $12.16 back. I've then returned the $10 and told them they overpaid me just to wait another 20 minutes for my food just to receive stale McChicken patties, stale strip in my chicken wrap, and cold fries, not warm fries,not semi cooked, cold fries when I returned the bag and asked for new fries I then got double dropped fries. Then when I realize my McChicken's were wrong and made poorly, she took the McChicken's back and gave them back just with pickle. I waited 20 minutes, which is ridiculous. Given the fact that I was the first car in. The worst part about all of this is after i asked for the food to be made correctly I got an eye roll from the manager. A tricky location to get in and out of on foot and not the friendliest staff but the food is what you'd expect. And they have all the condiments you could want. We walked from the gas station across the street and the girl at the front just made you feel rushed and she felt unfriendly, the manager or so was having a super loud convo with her kid about how she barely graduated (me too lady but this felt a bit odd in front of customers) as if she was talking to everyone but the kid. but i give it a zero. they messed up my coffee twice. they dropped our fries they put onions on my cheeseburger, which was supposed to be plane. I made a mobile order at 930 for this location since they close at 11PM. Upon arriving I waited 5 minutes before anyone even said anything. Finally some high school kid spoke and said "We ain't taking orders, we closing." Then at the same time they black out the whole parking lot and signs on the building. Even pulling in and out of this location is a nightmare. Lost my business at this location, will drive to Oak Grove for now on. Even with them going through a remodel, they're more professional than the Odessa location. read more

Ordered two McChicken's. Both were wrapped tightly and neatly placed into the bag with sufficient amount of napkins. The McChicken's were hot and delicious with the perfect amount of mayonnaise and lettuce. The staff was nice location seemed clean. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that it took a little longer then I feel it should've to get my food. read more

I love the staff there awesome. The food is good an 95 percent on point. Also they are pretty faster than some McDonald's I have been at. It's always clean. The only thing I feel could be changed is that they make you get your own cups. read more

We stopped at this McDonalds at 7:00 on a Sunday evening during a blizzard that shut down hiways and had accidents blocking most local roads through town. They were telling teenage customers to leave as they were closing due to the storm. They wouldn't let us sit even while they were finishing up. If the owner was concerned for his employees' safety he would have closed hours earlier. This store jeopardized the safety of their employees and of the community that has counted on places like McDonalds in emergencies. read more

This place is like any other McDonalds you have been to except they can't manage to get orders right. The food is standard McD's as you'd expect, just don't ask for them not to put something on your food. A good majority of the time I go there I have to take my food back or call in and complain because they can't manage to do the simplest of things. If it's not a specialty order, IE just a #2 with a coke, I'll get it no problem. If I ask for no pickles, it's like I'm asking for their first born child. The people who take your order inside and through drive through are amazing people and you can really hear the smiles on their faces. Last time I came through I talked to the newest member of their crew and was surprised at how happy she was. Really made my experience all the better. In the past this was never the case there but it seems the management has really stepped up their game to improve this place. For the most part if you make an order you can expect somewhat reliable accuracy in it, but the more changes you make to it by either adding or removing stuff from it you can expect the accuracy to drop dramatically. When you go through drive through and you are waiting for your food at the second window expect them to ignore you. Even if it will take three to five minutes they will look at you through the window and walk off. Not very professional in my opinion. I know Taco John's in town will at least open the window and let you know it will be a few moments. McD's here can't even be bothered to let you know you even exist. Apart from the few major flaws I'd say the place is A-Ok in my book. Nothing to write home about, but not bad enough to avoid if you need a quick snack. Just be sure to go inside if you want a more personable experience. read more

Had to stop here halfway between KC and Columbia for a quick pickmeup. I usually go for the iced coffee I get in CA, but here they had iced latte's. Not bad. I got an iced sugarfree vanilla latte and it hit the spot. Ok, I had to top it off with some fries, but hey, it's McD's. read more

It's McDonald's. Standard stamp out the food fare. It's the service that could use some improvement. If it happens once, i forget it. If it happens twice, make you wonder. When a drive-through bag gets tossed out the window AT you the third time and the person throwing it says nothing and turns their back on you to finish their obviously fascinating chat with a co-worker... it's a pattern. You're never going to win me over with your food. The people working there need to understand that a smile and a thanks go a long way. read more

zero stars if I could. Absolutely horrible! Very defeated from dinner not thawing so figured quick trip to Mcdonalds would be easy. busy of course, but waited and explained I had a big order. Started off random things added to the order that we did not ask for. after everything we said, even the very first thing, we got "is that all?" Which we then said it's a big order.... Very aggravating but hey probably how they train people. Not off to a good start. Then comes time to pick it up, drinks were not right, 1 Dr Pepper, 2 cokes, 1 sweet tea and 1 hi-c fruit punch, along with apple juice for two happy meals... got 4 cokes and the sweet tea and hi-c... okay whatever they can't handle pressure. then food, missing fries, missing a whole QP and when we said as such they were confused but asked inside and found the sandwhich. At this time I'm done, completely, asked for our sauces so we could go... they gave buffalo and ranch, asked for bbq with kids meals and sweet and sour with other nuggets.... Got home to realize that and no juice in happy meal box. called them up and of course first thing stated was the person on the phone wasn't in charge of bagging. Really? Spent $60 and had to still try to situate dinner for my family. Very disappointed. They don't care cause everyone will still go there for cheap crap fast food but I am good. sonic will be this family go to. Very disappointed. Always chit chatting with each other. Every time I come in the morning I have to wait at least 5 min. One time it was "we are out of sausage" several mornings they have no fruit and yogurt parfaits. I only come cause my kids like the yogurt and ask but this place is ridiculous. The morning manager is a joke always standing around gossiping, probably because she's barely 18 herself I would guess. Not once have I gone in there and paid and got my food like every other McDonald's I've been to. Most unorganized McDonald's I've ever seen! read more
