The food is good but service is always an issue here. I noted short staffed as the issue. The drive thru is their priority, so walk in will wait. ZERO stars! Used the mobile app and went to pick up only to get the wrong order-twice! It wasnt a big order, 1/4 lb cheeseburger, lrg vanilla shake & a Daily Double. Went in to get a refund and the manager kept me waiting 18minutes! She was in the kitchen, kept looking at me, but refused to speak with me. Would have taken her 2 min to talk to me, apologize for their error & refund my money. I asked for the manager 3 times, once when I first walked in and the 2nd time after 12 min. The third time at the 15min mark I put the bag on the counter in front of the register & asked the cashier if she could just issue me a refund. She asked, cash or card? Gave her my card and she walked back to the kitchen with it. At that point I again asked if there was a manager, was told yes and said tell her to get her ass out here, please! Yeah I know, not real nice of me but I was angry! She comes out yelling at me, we have words, and customers are telling her to stop & just give me my refund. Worse fast food experience Ive ever had! Super rude workers. I order here a lot and they never get my order right but today was the last time I'm coming to this one, the experience was so bad I left before I even finished my order. I'm pregnant and simply asked "how much for three double cheeseburgers" in which she replied very rudely "I don't know I'm not a damn calculator" and proceed to call my mom a bitch and tell her to "pull up inside". Don't get me wrong the food is good... but the twins who work there very rude! Do not go there unless you want your day to be ruined.

The lady at the window took extra long and then held my card while she took another order after mine. So it was a tiny bit frustrating. As I pulled up to the door to get the food for my three-year old toddler, The first thing I hear from the male employee working the window is "man get off y'all periods!" I was completely shocked by the way that he spoke to his colleagues but also the fact that he would use that type of language while he's at work.
