I ordered 2 chicken nugget happy meals, a cheese burger meal, and a Big Mac meal. I drove 2 miles back to the house after paying 32 dollars for the food. One happy meal didn't have any fries and the food was cold. I wish I could've rated it 0 stars. read more

I never had a bad experience with this mcdonalds, which is why i will drive out of my way just come to this location. Fries & food are always hot. Always puts the extra sauce i pay for in the bag. Never had a wrong order at this location & they are always very friendly! read more

I usually have a good experience with this location. Their customer service isn't terrible, although you can see the exhaustion in the cashier (we've had the same one every time & never really seems upbeat), they do keep it pretty clean, and the food usually tastes good. However, I went through the drive through for a hot fudge sundae earlier tonight and they put vanilla ice cream in a cup, and put a little fudge only on the top. Not even covered on top, just a small amount. We kindly asked them to remake it and told them how it's supposed to be made, to help them out for next time... and this is what I got. (There's less than what shows). At this point I was a little annoyed so we showed them a picture of how it usually looks when we get them, and he told us we'd have to pay him again to fix it. Food was ok, service was awful. You get 2 sauces with a 10 piece McNuggets. With a 20 piece, here you have to pay extra for any over 3 which doesn't add up. Anyway, we paid for the extra one. We were foolish for assuming such a simple order could not get messed up - of course it did. Not only did they not include the one we paid for, they only gave us 2 sauces. Come on, if you want to get a raise, do your job correctly. Workers here are definitely not worth whatever they are getting paid. read more

I love McDonald's. I constantly order from here just except once I saw a hair in my food and complained. It was in the m&m McFlurry so I won't be eating that again because then PTSD will be appearing lol. But ay I love McDonald's so i'm still getting food from here obviously read more

Drive thru lady was not understanding how to accept mobile payments and then ignored me when I ask questions and request about payments and my order. She acted as if I was not speaking at all. She closed window in my face. Then manager lady brought the food order and could not understand me to address my issues. I asked why and she says she didn't understand English very well. Store was a mess and 4 additional employees stared at me through drive thru window while I was on phone with someone the manager called to help because she could not understand. No resolution, and food was not hot and bread was hard around edges. Horrible customer service, rude employees and nobody at drive thru window could understand English enough to assist. Terrible service ... can't speak English and can't get an order right .. I used to be a daily customer but not anymore.. in the last 10 times I've been here maybe 2 times they've got an order right and that is no stretch ... you order a Mcgriddle and a coffee you'll get a biscuit and a sprite .. that's no joke! ALWAYS mess up our order. Gave us a biscuit instead of the sausage egg McMuffin we PAID for. the sprite was carbonated water. They didn't give us our hash brown. I will never go back. The one on Mustang Road is the best one. we are always told to come back. Why should we have to always drive back up there and waste our gas to fix THIER mistake? read more

I placed my order at 8:01 PM and waited. As I walked to the drink stand I noticed that the cook had a pony tail and her hair was being tousled as the fan hit it. I told the manager and her response was "she has a pony tail". I thought yeah, but it's not a secured bun. Manager on duty dismissed my concern. read more
