My family and I visited this McDonald's location late Saturday evening around 11:30 P.M. It was one of the only restaurants open at the time, and we were hungry from our flight in from Las Vegas. The drive-thru had two lanes to place orders. The wait wasn't long, either. There were only two other vehicles ahead of us. We waited approximately 5 minutes after placing our order. Order: 20 McNuggets 2 McDoubles 2 Cheeseburgers (Plain with just cheese and pickles) French Fries After we picked up the order through the drive-thru, we made sure to check it. All the items we ordered were properly packaged inside the bag. We ended up eating at the hotel after checking in. The food was still warm! The Chicken McNuggets were crispy! Now This was our first time in Oklahoma and I have to say it wasn't that good though.Now I know I know I'm not a good parent for making my kids eat all of this fast food but it was a long day we went around 7pm and it was mot very crowed but still pretty jam packed It was also kinda dirty, and the the worker was nice but not too nice.Now I got a Big Mac with everything on it my wife got two Cheese burgers and Phillip and Scottie split the 15 peice chicken nugget and a medium sprite. they both loved it I love it my wife loved it and it was overall a great trip besides the cleanliness I would come back to Oklahoma And I also love these accent The perfect southern accent. read more

Look, I don't usually review national fast food chains, but I feel I need to for this location. We didn't actually eat any food here, but we stopped by 3 mornings while staying in OKC. Each time we ordered the same thing: a large vanilla iced coffee and a large unsweet tea. Now, I don't drink coffee, but my wife said they were the best prepared vanilla iced coffees she's ever had from any McDonald's. And I got the unsweet tea each time, when it's not uncommon to receive sweet tea by mistake. So...yeah. read more

This is by far the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. 3 weeks ago I had an incredibly bad bacon house burger. And they're good everywhere else. And now the worst chicken strips. These chicken strips made Tyson chicken nuggets look and taste better than I could have ever imagined. If I could go lower than one I would. Stop by after an event on Saturday night at 10:40 and there was a line of cars at the drive-through. All the sudden they stop taking orders nobody came out to tell us they were closed the drive-through area was still wet up and car stuck in the middle could not get out for 20 minutes I was so irate I went up to the window she looked at me and told me to go away waving me off we're not even open the window and answer a question. Avoid this McDonald's if you can. I have had bad experiences here. The food is not as good as McDonald's should be. Homeless crazy drunks blabbering violence walking through the parking lot at night threatening me for no reason while I eat inside my car. I just stopped by 3-10-2018 for a McFlurry and I was told the ice cream machine was BROKE. Being a large corporation like McDonald's is, they should be able to fix any problem right away and even implement preventative maintenance. read more

I came by to get my husband and I dinner because we have been staying in the hospital with our newborn. When I got back to the hospital, I noticed our order was wrong so I called the restaurant and they told me to go back with the receipt so they can correct my order. I gave my husband his sandwich and headed back to McDonald's to get my quarter pounder (they gave me a chicken sandwich instead). When I got there the manager told me she needed ALL of the food back. I explained the situation to her and that I just needed the quarter pounder. She said she had to charge me still for the sandwich. After going back and forth with her, I finally gave up and asked for my money back. She refused to correct my order or refund my money so that I could go somewhere and eat before my sons heart surgery. I tried calling the manager at the store and every time I called and asked for a manger they hung up on me. The food quality was very very disappointing. I added tomato's to my husbands chicken sandwich for $.40. The tomatoes had black spots on them. The manager Ana was very rude. My husband and I are restaurant managers and we would have NEVER treated our guests the way she treated me. Very unprofessional and very poor attitude. read more
