After some brunch, we decided to try Quincy's since they moved to a new location. First, just so you know when looking for Quincy's, it's in a small strip of businesses next to each other without much signage. The most signage was a piece of paper that said Quincy's so keep an eye out. Their choices were pretty slim. They might have had at most 8 different choices, which is fine, but only one of each for a few items. This was about 10am. Their specialty chocolate pastry was really good. It had a good chocolate flavor without being too indulgent. Their blueberry lemon scone was not good at all. Super dry, the flavor was more of flour if anything. I also bought a sugar cookie which my daughter loved, but I just couldn't get over paying $6 for the scone my husband and I didn't care for. Otherwise the other two items were good. No seating, so don't plan to hang around. They also don't have any coffee either at this location. read more

I love this place! This is one of my top 3 places in the City to study, do work, or even chat up with friends. It's inside the Bradford house. The environment is beautiful and peaceful. I love their coffee & pastries! If I could help you choose one pastry their chocolate babka I couldn't recommend more. I'll attach photos! Coffee would be their Dulce miel or ask about their seasonal drinks! Keep in mind It is an open space so people will host meetings or people gather but nothing some headphones can't solve. They also have a patio where you can sit with tables. There's a restaurant and bar also located within the premises would definitely check those out. Absolutely the best people to work with for customs. Got a funny cake for my divorce and was so pleasantly surprised by the enthusiasm on the phone with my request. The cake was delicious and I also ordered 2 dozen cupcakes. The peach lavender ones were incredibly popular and not overwhelming with the lavender and you could TASTE how everything was handmade. Quincy's is nice, but I felt way out of place for just stopping in to grab some baked goods. It feels like you should have business casual on before even considering going inside. I don't know if we caught them at a bad time or something, but they were mostly sold int of their own product but had cookies from Harvey Bakery, which I adore, so kudos to that. The staff was polite, but not super warm or welcoming. I will say a friend of mine said they had their baby shower there and there was a baby shower going on when we were perusing the confectioneries, so I think it is probably a great place to host a party. This review is being posted because Quincy Bake Shop failed to deliver on a clearly agreed-upon custom order, and handled it in the worst possible way. A cake was ordered well in advance with very specific instructions... the inside layers were to be pink, blue, and purple for a meaningful surprise reveal. This was not a decorative preference, it was the entire purpose of the cake and tied to something deeply personal. Instead of communicating any issue ahead of time, they waited until the DAY OF to call and say they simply didn't do it. No solution. No urgency. Just an offer of $20 off, as if that somehow replaces a moment that cannot be recreated. Let's be clear... this wasn't a mistake caught early and corrected. This was a complete failure to execute a custom order, followed by a dismissive response when it mattered most. A bakery that takes custom orders should understand that these moments are often tied to once in a lifetime events. You don't get a redo. At this point, a partial discount is not acceptable. This situation warrants a full refund and accountability for dropping the ball on something that clearly mattered. If you're considering placing a custom or meaningful order here, I would strongly reconsider. read more

We came in to the bakery, later in the day, and they still had some wonderful desserts and pastries available. All of the pastries that we bought tasted incredible although the donuts tasted a little aged from being made earlier in the day. The Service, from the owner and her mom, was exceptional. The bakery needs a little more ambience like soft leather chairs or something to make it more cozy and not just a bakery. A great place in a small town that everybody should visit. read more

Located inside the Bradford House hotel, the location is interesting and quaint. I got my order to go as I didn't have time to stay to enjoy the atmosphere but there seemed to be many "lady's who lunch" enjoying the space. The pastry options all look pretty delicious. I chose a classic oatmeal creme pie, a lemon apricot scone and a chocolate babka. I enjoyed them all but certainly not the best pastries I've ever had. The creme pie was very crumbly and a bit difficult to eat as the cookies were falling apart. The scone was rather biscuity and I wish the babka was flakier. The gentleman checking me out was not the friendliest. He did not make any suggestions or describe any of the offerings. This was disappointing. Exquisite King cake. I asked for a King cake for an epiphany party for 15 to 20 people. It was perfect. Essentially it was a series of giant cinnamon rolls twisted to look like a king cake and iced in Mardi Gras colors. It was moist, gooey and had lots of cinnamon. You really don't realize it's not really a cake. I have been craving more of it, since I had it. I will definitely have Quincy Bakery do all of my baking in the future. This is an adorable little bakery inside of Bradford House. The bakery is small, but makes some yummy sweet treats. We ordered assorted pastries and a couple of the wrapped sugar cookies. The cookies could have been a little softer, but the royal icing was a good texture, and they were super cute. The rest of the pastries were good, but not blow your mind amazing. I stopped in for a chocolate croissant the place was completely empty around 4pm which i was lucky because all that was left in the case were chocolate croissants and one Rice Krispies treat. The croissant was flaky chocolatey yet not small or tasted like frozen baked goods that often times most places in Oklahoma do. You could tell us was fresh and authentic!
