This is a very clean and neat location. I got a biscuit and coffee and both were delicious.

This is the best McDonald's I have ever been to. They have the friendliest staff. My food has always been right and I love how they take their time to make sure everyone gets the correct order. Today a man cut me off while I was pulling up to the speaker. I had a mobile order. I told the man he was wrong and needed to go around like everyone else. He refused I pulled up the window and the staff was apologizing. I'm letting them know it wasn't their fault. But they still made sure I got my order. Listen any other I would not have cared if I person jumped in front of me but I'm going through a lot and I had kid who was hungry in the backseat who refused to eat everything he was given today. The only thing he will definitely eat is McDonald's fries. This is not the only McDonald's in the area but it is the only one we go to. read more

Don't bother going inside. Nobody will even look in your direction. Took us 15 minutes after ordering in the kiosk to even have someone walk towards the front. They only work drive thru. Multiple families were waiting for food after ordering at the kiosk (because nobody was at the register). Multiple people walked out after waiting too long. Another guy even went out to his car to get his own cup, and helped himself to a soda. Nobody paid any attention. When we got our food, it was cold and the order was wrong. We had to ask for our drinks. We went back to get the order corrected and it took another 15 minutes for anyone to notice we were standing there. Also the manager was an absolute loser. Complaining constantly, yelling at her staff, frustrated that the work was done poorly when all she was doing was standing around and avoiding contact with customers. I'm not looking for top notch service at a McDonald's, but the food I paid for would be nice. read more

Took my grandkids there today, service was extremely slow and many customers were complaining. Looked in the kitchen and food and paper trash was scattered on floor and counters. All the trash bin in dining area and rest rooms were overflowing. No paper towels in men's restroom. The customer service was lacking to say the least. Starting with the person taking the order at the drive thru. Not only was she short to the point of almost being rude in her speech. After repeating our order still managed to ring up the order incorrectly. After the excessive wait time we finally arrived at the windows to receive and pay for our food. The guy at the windows gracielly accepted our money gave us our drinks and then hurriedly handed our food ou the windows. Almost throwing it in the drivers seat. After pulling away from the window we realized the food order was incorrect. It was cold and the only redeeming quality to this experience is that the fries were halfway decent. 7 people on shift only saw about 2 actually working. Won't take orders at counter only kiosk (family walked out because they wouldn't take order at counter). Placed my tent number on the table for dine in and they wouldn't bring it to the table. Lady cleaning the lobby was working nonstop with another employee following her around just talking. read more

Haven't ordered coffee from here in forever.... I got an iced hazelnut latte with an extra shot of espresso. Use to be great. Has went way down hill. I didn't even want to give them one star. Today at 2:20 pm I stop to grab a quick snack. Large coke and McDouble bundle. Simple enough. Sat in line for 15 min at drive thru. When I finally pulled forward to get my food I was handed my drink and the window was slammed. 2 min later I was told to pull to the third window. As I sat there four cars received their food and pulled off. The last having two large bags of food. I looked at the clock, 2:48 was the time. So I pulled around and parked. I stood with 6 other people waiting to order. Finally someone came to the front. Now from where I stood I could see 6 workers so I know they weren't short staffed. I told the supervisor that I had been waiting at the window for over 20 minutes. She went and ask the workers where the food for the window was. The young lady handed my food to her and was laughing about it. I rejected the food and asked for my money back. The people in line waiting, several left, said I should get my money and the food. We go to this McDonald's often because it's close. We become accustomed to dirty bathrooms, lack luster service and a dirty play ground area. We went there every Tuesday for about two months and the same streak of spilled catch-up was still there on the floor. Kinda became a running joke to see if it was still there each time we visited. Then one day we were there on a Friday and "corporate" was there. It was amazing that day!! They were so nice and friendly, there were table sanitizing wipes for the play ground tables and even plastic bibs. It was actually clean!! Even the bathrooms. Food was fresh and fast! Every 15 mins or so someone would come in and check on us and check the trash bins and wipe a table down... now we're extra let down because we experienced what it SHOULD be like and we are now extra disappointed because that's not the every day experience at all. Not even close. Oh and just today in the drive through they gave my two year old sprite that was ONLY carbonated water. When I called to ask WTF? (I was just at Walmart's parking lot...) the girl on the phone just said oh we're out of sprite... the drive through didn't know. She sort of apologized but didn't offer to replace our disgusting tasting sprite. Not. Cool. read more

The nastiest McDonald's I've ever been in. It is disgusting. The tops to the drinks were in self serve containers had days old filth oozing off, and this was at 7:00 am. The floors were so sticky that you could walk right out of your shoes - again, at 7:00 am. The tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned in days. The indoor donation stand for the Ronald McDonald House was disgusting. I thought McDonald's had higher standards than what I saw. It had a health department rating of 99 on the wall. This is the worse Mcdonalds I've ever been too. Don't bother to order a frappe because they must "clean" the machine all day long. That is the excuse we get EVERYTIME we go there and it does not matter what time we go there. The fries are always cold and the sandwiches are thrown together with the condiments all over the wrapper or box depending on which sandwich you get. The sandwiches are cold as well. This is what we get EVERYTIME we go through the drive thru. Some of the drive thru window people at night seem like they are on drugs and could care less about your order. We will never go back. First of all the place was filthy. There were napkins and french fries all over the floor. Many of the tables were in need of a good wiping down. There were flies all over the place, making the uncleanliness even more obvious. If that wasn't enough, as I am placing my order the young lady behind the counter suddenly stopped taking my order. She began talking to the previous customer without even offering an "excuse me" before she did. She was rude to that customer as she dealt with him. Ok. I come to this McDonald's THREE times a week to get bfast for my son, so I believe I qualify as a regular. And I have gotten to know several of the employees by name. But I would NEVER recommend this location to anyone. I don't know why, but the owners cannot keep it adequate staffed and they don't bother to keep the equipment in working order. Last week the drive-thru was opened but not the dining room AT 8:00 a.m. Why? Only 2 people had shown up. And they were not able to take orders at the drive-thru AND cook AND take payments AND man the counter in the dining room. And this is not the first time that has happened. Want a milk shake or cone? Go to Sonic, because their ice cream machine stays broken...or at least that's what they tell you if you order something.
