You can order one of the burgers off the menu or you can create your own. & well... creating your own with almost everything being included & not charged extra sounds pretty good & makes you extra creative. They offer plenty of options on the burger style ( traditional angus patty, smash burger ) then a bunch of toppings from Mac and cheese, cowboy onions, jalapeños, egg, a variety of cheeses, bacon, etc. Surprisingly they did indeed get our orders correct ,but they also do provide you with a paper & pencil to jot it down. Was in on March 18th at lunch for my wifes birthday. Party of six. The food was awesome but the service was meh. Now she was busting her ass running around the restaurant. She was the only one taking orders and dealing with to go orders at the door. She was super busy. We were all watching. Four tables alone and runnin the door. And not one time the manager or assistant manager came out and said, " hey, I'll do the to go orders. Focus on the floor." My mother in law told her how we noticed that she was the only floor person working. Do better Bad Daddy's. Send help when your people need it. That is how you lose the good ones. Great spot for some greasy burgers and tasty appetizers! Not pictured were the unique and flavorful deep-fried deviled eggs we got as an appetizer which is a MUST try. Bad Daddy's has lots of space inside and outside as well on their patio. We found their patio to be a bit too hot today but the inside was great with the AC. The staff is kind, quick, and shows true Southern hospitality. I would highly recommend you try the deep-fried deviled eggs, the onion rings, and a side of their chipotle ranch for your fries. We ate a Bad Daddy's location in Fort Collins, Colorado and loved it. The food was delicious and the service was fantastic. We are finishing a road trip and saw a Bad Daddy's location in Chattanooga. It was 15 minutes out of our way but our kids begged us to stop. We decided to do an online Togo order. Arrived at the location to pick it up and the bartender let us know she would go back to check on it in a few minutes. She proceeded to mosey around the bar and about 10 minutes later someone else brought the order to us. I checked that the correct amount of items were in the bag. It was missing a kid drink but I didn't say anything as we didn't really need it. Got back to the RV to eat and noticed that one of the burgers was missing the tomato and bacon and was served lettuce wrapped on brown lettuce. An order of the house made potato chips looked like they were tripled fried sat in grease overnight. We ate 3 orders of the same chips in Colorado so we were very disappointed. We walked back into the restaurant and were told by the bartender that is how the chips always look. I asked if they could try to cook another order and she went back to the kitchen. We waited by the bar for 15 minutes and then she came back with two slices of tomato and some bacon. She also had the original container of chips in her hand and said they were unable to redo them as it would take 1 and 1/2 hours. She gave us a card for a free appetizer and $20 off. So first of all - kudos to me for picking this place. I was looking for a place both my hubby and his assistant coach would like - AND something I could eat, too. When I saw the basic offerings and specifically, the MILKSHAKE, I knew Sweetie would love it! He is a milkshake fiend and needed one after a long day. On top of that - we were HUNGRY! It ended up only being the two of us. I followed the GPS directions to the restaurant from the ball field - near to our hotel. The front of the building looked rather small - so I was very surprised when we stepped inside and I saw how BIG it was. We were seated right away - it being rather late - after the dinner rush I'm guessing. The waitress took our order and since it was late - and they didn't have caffeine free diet cola (didn't expect them too) - I just got a water. Sweetie got a lemonade AND a milkshake (although, is that a drink, a dessert, or an entree?) When the waitress brought our drinks (lemonade and water only), she took our orders. Sweetie built his own burger PLUS deviled eggs. I decided to build my own salad. The food came out in a fair amount of time - eggs, entrees and milkshake. Sweetie was very pleased with his eggs (saving about half the order to take to go) and his burger and fries. I was SUPER glad I DIY'd the salad. I absolutely loved everything in it - even though the items may not go well together. It was like the PERFECT salad. I really hope Bad Daddys comes to Central Ohio - OR - a local restaurant at home offers this DIY salad. And, of course, Sweetie was over the moon with his milkshake. A great way to end the day after a trying time on the softball fields. I normally would have picked up the bill (and Sweetie pays for the rest of our travel costs) - BUT he rather pigged out v my one entree so I let him pay. I'm sure it was NOT CHEAP. The order pick up system sucks. I was made to feel completely stupid when I didn't understand "just go all the way back and wait there". There's no to go counter. There's no to go ANYTHING. Then when I went back to the back as instructed and all that was in front of me was an empty kitchen and no one to help me. So I go back to the receptionist and she points me again to the kitchen in the back and an empty wire metal rack is just sitting there. Then she has the audacity to act annoyed when I was again confused. I go back again to check if anything is on the rack and it's not so I just assumed I should go wait in my car?? I really hate to leave bad reviews... but this place was horrible. Our food took forever and they weren't terribly busy. I asked for my young daughters drink to be put into a kids cup with a lid.she was served an adult sized open cup and it was massive. The kids cup never arrived. Our buns were burned. Badly. I scraped mine but my husband couldn't be a use his had ketchup. Neither of our hamburgers were how we ordered them which was medium rare... they were rare. My bacon add on wasn't added to my burger and we never saw the waitress again to mention it those issues. The fries were overcooked. The waitress was nice and apologized... but said that's just how their fries are. It was really a disappointing experience. We won't be back. We usually have a decent experience at Bad Daddy's Burger Bar but usually there was always a particular server there that was absolutely amazing. Until recently she worked the lunch shift but now works the evening shift. Since then, the experience has been pretty bad. This visit was extra interesting (not in a good way). I have recently had to do a diet change and have lots of restrictions now. Unfortunately, this also means I have to ask questions about the prepared food so I can know what is in them. Evidently a member of the staff though that was ridiculous and proceeded to very rudely start talking about the situation. She loudly said, "Who is asking all these questions?" She was very thoughtless and inconsiderate of others and what they have to do for their health. After talking with our server about what happened, we decided it was best to go somewhere else where customers were not ridiculed for asking questions about the food...questions other places have very politely and kindly answered. I can't honestly say I would recommend coming here anytime soon. There is a new manager that is attempting to transform the restaurant but she has a lot of work ahead of her and it is going to take lots of time. read more

So being a past resident of Chattanooga, more closely I lived about 5 minutes from this restaurant. I'm in from Florida and thought I'd have lunch here. Walked in and sat at the bar. I think there were a couple of people sitting at a booth, I really don't pay attention. I sat down, no bartender, she shows up and asks what I want to drink. I stated I didn't know. Thoughts maybe leave bc the music was so loud. She said I can maybe turn it down a little. I get my water, filled out my build your own salad form as that is what I really wanted. No change in music. Now, bring in the food industry years ago, I know the psychology in restaurants, mostly chain. Keep it cold and music loud to turn tables. Well this time the music was way too loud and only having three people in house didn't call for music so loud. All the times I've been in there I've never had the music that loud and I really don't mind louder music. I get it, however, this was too much so I lead and went to Harry's. Do better Bad Daddy's. I have been twice but this is my first time at this location. I got my food to go so not sure what the dine in experience is like. I ordered a Turkey burger with tater tats. It was good and flavorful. Not sure why I like tots more, I think they keep better with to go orders verses fries. Last night my son and I went to Bad Daddys for a burger. It was our first time there. Despite the restaurant only being about 1/3 full (at best) we had a wait time to get seated. Our server came to us pretty quickly and took our order. That's when it all went downhill. It should have been a relatively quick order (2 basic burgers and an order of fries). After 30 minutes of waiting I started to notice the table that arrived after us getting all their food so I flagged down a sever passing by our table. (Note: our server never once came to check on us in the 30 minutes we were waiting). I asked her if she knew how long our order would be. The poor girl said it was her first night there and would find our server. She walked to the back, went up to our server, and huddled for a good minute. During their conversation our server glanced over at our table twice before making her way over. When she came to our table she asked, "Do you need something?" Not in a is-there something-I -can-get-you manner, rather in a what-do-you-want kind of tone. I replied, "Yes our food. Do you know how much longer it might be?" She said I don't know maybe 5 or 10 more minutes. Really?! For two burgers? At that point I couldn't justify giving this establishment any of my money let alone tip this server anything more than advice on how to better treat your customers. I asked that she cancel our order and took my son to Five Guys instead. We were in and out in less than 10 minutes despite the line. read more
