This is actually my first time ever leaving a review for McDonald's, and I'm only doing it because of Deja. I stopped by on a Friday night just minutes before closing, when most people are tired and ready to go home. Despite that, Deja greeted every customer with a genuine smile, incredible patience, and a positive attitude. It's obvious this location has to deal with its share of difficult customers, but she never let that affect the way she treated anyone. Deja is the kind of manager every company hopes to have. She leads by example, goes above and beyond, and delivers the kind of customer service that's becoming harder and harder to find. She made me feel genuinely welcome, even though I walked in right before closing. Employees like Deja deserve to be recognized and rewarded. Please give her a raise--she has absolutely earned it. Thank you, Deja, for reminding me that exceptional customer service still exists. You made such an impression that you inspired me to leave my very first McDonald's review. read more

This McDonalds is incredible. Came here for breakfast because I work down the street. Both times, they got my order wrong! This is like an Omakase restaurant where you pay $250 a person for a meal with no menu. Omakase is a chef curated dinner. This is an omakase McDonalds because you never get what you order. Next time I'm in the drive through, I'm just going to ask them to give me whatever. There's no use in ordering because it's always wrong. I emailed McDonalds corporate. They responded that I must take it up with the restaurant. I'm already late for work. I'm not returning my order. So buyer beware. Check your order before you drive off. Omakase! Ordered via the app along with some friends and the staff got none of our orders correct. Incorrect burger, none of our drinks, no ice cream, no fries. Staff gave attitude as well when we brought the problems up. Never had this bad of an experience at any other location. You're better off going to literally ANY other location. read more

Terrible customer service. At 8:15 on a Saturday morning they had both bathrooms locked. They said the bathrooms were out of order. Manager on duty was too busy looking at her cell phone and didn't engaged with my complaint. After several minutes of arguing they finally unlocked the bathrooms. Well, this place is a hot dumpster fire. The drive through has quite possibly the worst service known to man. You pull up and order and unless you're ordering a plastic spoon and a napkin, you're going to have to pull over into a spot to wait. While you wait, be entertained by the city bus stop where i watched a homeless argue with a stop sign as then spit at passing cars, greet entertainment. After sitting there for 17 minutes, I began to contemplate my decision of eating here. Aside from the slow wait times, lack of service and general disdain for anyone who orders food, it was an ok experience. I'm not quite sure why there is a drive through at this location. I'll be back when the robots have taken over your job and can accomplish a task. FYI it took 22 minutes to get my food. read more

They fail making a correct order every time. I ask for no onions and instead of making a fresh burger they just scrap the majority of them off. It shouldn't be hard to competently make a McDouble and if someone requests something not to be added on their food , you are 100% disrespecting them as a customer by cutting corners and slapping something together. If this happened once , maybe twice and there was a rush . I might be able to pass on the review but when I'm the only car ... and this happens at this location every time then it makes it hard to not say something. read more

Service here was good, seems like 2022 was the year they "fell out". Example 1: Order more than 1 hash brown in the drive thru, they'll ask you to pull forward...and wait 10-30mins. Example 2: Order something without cheese, 60% of the time they leave the cheese on it, but still wrap it in a "grill order" wrapper with the white slip attached that says "NO CHEESE". They do not care at all. Also, the homeless people will sit by the rear corner and pester drive thru customers to help them out with something to eat. You can tell when the district manager/general manager (someone high up) is visiting because the place is clean, people are happy, food is fast, hot, and correct. read more

The staff are absolute saints. Walked in after a concert down the road and they allowed me and a a couple other groups of teens/young adults to stay until 11:35 way after the dining hall closed. My uber was running late and the staff were courteous enough to let me stay inside until 11:45 when my ride came. My order was taken and they quickly remade my order and upgraded my drink! Say what you will about the area but the staff here deserve a raise! read more

If I could could zero stars I would. Awful customer service and this is coming from a restaurant worker. We get there only to not be greeted for about 5 minutes. A woman finally answers saying the system is going to be down for about ten minutes. We said we can wait the ten minutes when a man on the intercom comes on and says we can't wait in the drive through because they were closed. They're advertised as a 24 hour location. I'll just describe what I'm seeing right now. 1. A man hurling insults at the staff because his fries aren't fresh enough. 2. A man politely demanding another sweet tea because it "taste like shit." 3. A horde of shambling figures filtering in from the bus stop. 4. A bathroom door behind which two men share a stall, evidently one buying some commodity from another. One looked over the door and glared at me when I entered. Sorry fellas! 5. A middle aged woman walking with a severe limp, repeatedly entering, taking some soda from the fountain, and leaving. 6. Two men behind me talking unintelligibly. One sounds like Taz from loony tunes when he talks and like Krusty the Klown when he laughs. 7. My own sad sandwich, the order for which was taken with a lot of rudeness, considering I was the only person up there not insulting the staff. 8. A man just asked me for $2. 9. Toothless woman pleading with the staff, evidently for something free. 10. A whole family glaring at me furiously. Ok so this McDonald is horrible. Passed by with a coworker for a quick dessert. First they were trying to give us someone else's order. If I did not just eat lunch I probably would have just grabbed it and left (j/k :)). Then they tell us to pull forward....for two McFlurrys....wow. So we did. When the lady comes out she gave me the wrong topping!!! I want my m&ms!! What I ended up getting was vanilla ice cream with a bunch of m&ms on top. I could have sworn a McFlurrys had the toppings mixed IN with the ice cream, sorry if I was mistaken. In the end total let down. We were out looking at cars and stopped here for lunch, the inside was very clean and Bonnie the cashier was wonderful! She greeted us the moment we came in and gave our kids little avengers stickers and paper masks she was very friendly and told us about some of the better deals they had going on and she brought our food to our table for us. read more

When I got in my office I notice that the label said best if eaten by 10/16/2013 Mind you it was 10/17/2013 the other one said best if eaten by 10/17/2013 but I though well what the heck they look fresh! I like this one personally. They're usually pretty busy, some of the cashiers are a bit brusque, but they're nice to me. The best part, I get 4 big gorgeous pieces of bacon when I order it without any argument or worrying they're going to do something bad to it. I can't believe I am rating this place, but unfortunately is one of those fast foods that are close to work and I end up going a lot more often than I would like. Out of all McDonalds I have been to I want to say that this one is the worst! They never have the Fruit & Walnut salad and when they do they give an expire one. French Fries are not the same as everywhere else. They do taste different. And very often the drinks are not fill all the way to the top, so many times I have had to return and let them know about it. No one taking orders at intercom. It took 3 minutes for someone to notify me they were taking orders through the window. I waited 20 min to finally get to the window to give my order and the first thing I heard was "We ain't got no fries". I thought I misunderstood her and asked what she said and her response was "I said!!! We ain't got no fries!!" I then suggested that maybe they should write a note and place it on the intercom so no one wastes their time waiting. " don't matter, we still ain't got fries".
