I was in the area for a show and decided to give this place a try. I was one of the only customers in there when going in on a Friday around 6:00 p.m. So the service was really quick. I did have to make some alterations to my sandwich and salad but they were able to accommodate me. Personally, I'm not a big fan of toasted sandwiches so if I came back I would definitely ask for it not toasted. I didn't know they toasted all of their sandwiches. The salad was fresh and the portion sizes were good. Inside had a lot of seeding and looked clean. They had unique artwork on the walls. I would say it was worth the money. I definitely need to come back and try their banana pudding shake.

This location looks way better than another location I've seen in the area. The staff were friendly and helpful when suggesting menu items. Love the different sandwich sizes. The sandwich was 3/5. It was alright but nothing really stood out with the flavor or quality of the meat or bread. If I'm hungry and in the location I'll consider stopping by, but I won't go out my way to eat here again.

The Chicken Pot Pie soup was to die for! I ordered to-go but their inside has a charming personality and lots of seating. The Rib sandwich was nothing to complain about, very Philly cheesesteak style which I love. I genuinely really can't wait to come back for their soup again and try some other sandwich's!

They're pretty good so far as retail chain sub shops go. I guess they're somewhere near the top of the list not including Wawa or Publix opposite Subway. I really like the bread in all its crispy chewy warm glory and those hot peppers tho! Wowee!! ...the meats, however, tend to blend into the bread and symphony of condiments marginalizing their flavor. While you could double the meat, you shouldn't have to for the money and the sandwich doesn't really need it; just more than what's sufficiently sufficient. That's just the way of it now, though, unlike the way old school sub shops used to feed you.

First time trying them. Customer service was awesome. Sandwich was great. Nice selection on sandwich and drinks. Establishment very clean. Great price. I did the turkey combo and that was more than enough for me. Fresh condiments at no extra charge. I would definitely visit them again on my next trip to Orlando.

Weeknight. 8:45pm. Super quiet. We loved it. Hubs and I are the only patrons in restaurant. In a super huge plaza. Got the Five Below, Starbucks, Hobby lobby. Bunch of stores. Asked one of the guys that worked there what's a hit. He suggested some. We got something for us and a meatball sub to go. Can't comment on that, that one isn't for us. We've heard good things about the meatball sammie though. I had the roast beef on white. Hubs and the Build a Wreck on white also. He killed his sandwich. We got the Italian seasoning on the side as I didn't know if I liked it on the sandwich or not. We also got a garlic aioli on the side as well. Definitely enjoyed that. I even went back and asked for another to go as I couldn't finish my sandwich so I wanted some for lunch tmrw also. All the staff there is so nice, welcoming and understanding. First time there. Definitely won't be the last. The restaurant was decorated for Balentines day. Super cute. The crew that worked tonight definitely knew the menu and knew what to suggest and recommend. Appreciated that.

    Very sloppy chicken salad sandwich

Yuck. Sloppy. Boring. And overpriced for poor quality and portion. Bigger portions turns out not to be the problem cause it like the rest would likely end up in the trash. A coworker ordered a chicken salad sandwich. Sloppy! I ordered a turkey sandwich. Sloppy. Two sandwiches and two cups of soup with sparse toppings cost $53 and worth maybe $11.99 including tax.

Have you had the hot peppers?! No?! You're missing out. Then take a jar home. Also, get a milkshake. I'm so glad we finally have a potbelly here! Being from Chicago I have been familiar for ages and there just wasn't one here. The staff were really nice, there were a lot of them! I do love a toasted sub, and I'll take this over Jimmy John's, firehouse or subway any day!

Potbelly is one of those spots I keep coming back to when I want something fast, filling, but a step above typical fast food. I ordered the Mediterranean on multigrain, and it hit the spot. The bread was toasted just right--crispy edges with a soft inside--and the turkey was fresh, not the overly salty kind you sometimes get at sandwich chains. I added their famous hot peppers (a must!) which gave it just the right kick without being overwhelming. On the side, I went with the broccoli cheddar soup. Creamy, flavorful, and not watery at all. It paired perfectly with the sandwich. My friend got the A Wreck, which is their classic loaded sandwich, and it lived up to its reputation--meaty, cheesy, and satisfying. The staff here were friendly and quick even though it was the lunch rush. They kept the line moving, and our food came out hot and fresh in under 10 minutes. The shop itself was clean, with cozy little tables that make it feel more like a café than a sandwich chain. Overall, Potbelly is a solid choice when you want something comforting, quick, and consistently good. I'd give it 5 stars--reliable and tasty.

I feel like this place is a fictitious place in a Harry Potter movie or something. It has an old-timey vibe and the decor is a bit odd. The decor is interesting and I was just waiting for a magical creature to appear and offer me wooden nickels for my cookie bag full of lettuce (more on that later). They have a bunch of different sandwiches and I figured I'd start with "A Wreck" which had 4 meats and my choice of toppings. I was disappointed with the amount of meat on the sub based on the description. I was expecting something more gargantuan like, but it was like on layer of each. The sub was good but they forgot to put lettuce on it, so I had to ask for some from the counter, which they put in a bag used for cookies. They also put way too much mayo on the sub. My hands were covered in it... I joined their rewards club before I went in and with my first purchase, I earned a free sandwich. Pretty good deal to start off. I'll probably go back as it's right around the corner from Total Wine! Potbelly Stills go with Potbelly Sandwiches. I may try a meatball with my free sub.

I was out shopping and I decided to stop and try this place for a quick lunch. The food was mediocre. They serve Soups, salads and sandwiches. I tried the pick a pair deal and got the steakhouse beef sandwich and a side of chili. The sandwich lacked flavor. For $12 I expected more flavor depth for sure. This sandwich is made with a horseradish aïoli and bleu cheese crumbles however, I never tasted that on my sandwich. It just tasted like blue cheese. The service was great. The person who took my order was patient as I looked over the menu since it was my first time. Same with the cashier they were kind enough to explain to me the perks system and how I would receive a free sandwich on my next visit. The ambiance also was really nice. I really like the way the place was decorated and whoever designed the location did a great job. Plenty of people came in after me and seemed to enjoy their food. So I assume it's just me. I'm going to try this place again only because my next sandwich is free.
