Room temperature food on a regular basis, over years of visiting. Easily the worst McDonald's in Northwest Ohio.

Pick up some meals through the drive thru. One of the meals was a quarter pounder 2a. My daughter wasn't paying attention and it was pink from the inside. I called to reported manager didn't care and didn't even apologize. I even told him I took pictures of it in case my daughter gets sick and just blew me off with no care. read more

we had to order using the kiosk, got no receipt, asked for one three times and still no reciept, the food was cold, poor service at the counter and the floor and seats were very dirty, sticky and play area was terrible, so much noise and dirty seats and floor, the pop area was a mess and the garbage was over flowing in all trash cans. what is going on with good customer service. do you want this dirt reported to health dept? i can do that. you could be shut down for poor cleanliness. read more

I waited in a 45 minute line, got to order and their shake machine has been broken and they are getting a new one in a few weeks. So, I disappointedly thought I'd try the New Crispy Chicken sandwich, large fries and settled with a large fruit lunch. The sandwich was nothing to write home about and the tiny 2 pickles had no flavor. Where did they get tasteless pickles? Lol The fries were OK. It took me like 5 minutes to get the flimsy straw into the obviously much stronger plastic lid. Lol I will say the punch was pretty after the big effort it was to taste it. read more

The food is what you expect for a McDonalds I guess. The employees are sometimes rude when you try to use any coupons at all and I know this is 'common' but the Ice Cream machine always is never working. If you want good drinks or deserts go to Arbys or Wendys down the road. You may pay a few more dollars but the better quality and service is worth that few dollars read more

Every time my family orders anything, it is made wrong or they leave out 1/2 our order. I could see if it was once or twice but it is any time we order. I read the two previous reviews about this McDonald's and completely disagree. We live out of state, but I used to take my elderly mom to breakfast when we would visit. The lady at the counter (always the same person) is THE MOST pleasant, cheery McDonald's employee I've ever seen. I wish I'd gotten her name. She was always so patient when my mom was ordering. Now we visit my dad and we were there on Tuesday, January 3, 2017. She's still wonderful, the service was great and the food was perfect and fresh. The restaurant is very clean and they have nice crayons and coloring books for the kids. As McDonald's restaurants go, this is one of the best. read more

The food is decent for a McDonalds, but the service has went downhill a lot over the past few years. If you want a fast place to eat and don't like other fast food places in town, then go to McDonalds. ATTENTION LEWIS FAMILY: All the horrid reviews are spot on! Went there last night and ordered the new glazed tenders in the drive thru. After 20 minutes in line, paying and getting to the food window...I was told they dont have any and he will get a manager. This older lady with about zero personality, opens the window, hands me all my money back and then shuts the window and walks away. Serious? Not even a "Im sorry" or "Would you like to order something else?" Thinking this was a fluke, I stopped on my way to work the next morning. I pull up and not a single car in front of me. I waited 5 minutes without even a response. I start saying "Hello" as other cars pull up and order in the other lane. I finally get a response saying it will be a minute. After 4 cars ordered from the other lane and now filled the drive thru line in front of me....I said screw this and just drove off. Like the other reviews state, this place is horrid and obvious the Lewis family lost the pride of ownership to let this place deteriorate. read more

To start, I believe this restaurant does not even deserve one star. I was visiting with some friends one night some friends and we were exciting seeing that the Monopoly sweepstakes was going on. I being the smart business like teen I am got the most bang for my buck so I tried to get the most stickers. When I received my order, there were no stickers on any of the products. I was a little salty at this event. My friend and I went up to talk to them about this sweepstakes that was still supposed to be occurring. They said they were all out of the products that had stickers on them. Another time earlier in the year I was there with some more friends, and a man approached us and proceeded to threaten us with his supremacy over us. The same night of the sweepstakes, I went to go poop and the toilet seat was stained brown. I would highly suggest you never come to this restaurant. read more

well for starters the girl taking my order wasn't friendly and seemed like she hated to take my order i also said i needed 2 medium fries and she only put down one which i didn't realize till we got out order my boyfriends tomatoes on his chicken he said tasted like dish water he had to take them off my chicken nuggets were very stale could barely eat them the restaurant was clean and all but service and the food wasn't very good read more
