Flavor-wise, it exceeded expectations. When the dishes were correct, they were genuinely impressive and easily the highlight of the visit. However, service execution significantly undermined the experience. The kitchen ticket was entered incorrectly, which delayed the entire order. By the time the mistake was recognized, the process had to restart from scratch, resulting in a prolonged wait. More concerning, one crepe was served with bananas despite a stated banana allergy. That error should not occur in a restaurant environment, particularly when allergens are involved. After the correction, another friend's food was completely forgotten, even after the reordered items were sent back. Other than the delicious food, the whole experience was a mess. In summary, the food quality and atmosphere justify a visit, but operational and service issues need improvement. Strong product, weak execution. Overall: 3/5 stars.

I did not receive an answer so just stopped in Friday morning. They opened at 7 AM, however, the doors were still locked. I could see an employee sitting in the drive-through area in the store eating but the door was still locked. It was not opened until 7:07 AM. I ordered three dozen assorted donuts and bagels and ask if they had enough coffee for a box. They said yes, however, 15 minutes later after they brew it I got my coffee. Evidently they did not understand my question if they had enough coffee. Donuts and bagels were good And the coffee was so full when I opened it it squirted out onto the floor in my meeting room. Food is good. Service not so much.
