Located downtown, the atmosphere is simple but cute. Staff were super friendly, unfortunately my Highlander's Grog latte tasted like black coffee (which is probably what it was) and it was so hot I couldn't hold it or drink it until 15 minutes later. When you are hardly greeted when you come in and then are told only a few things when you are trying to order after saying that you have never been to an establishment before. It's pretty bad. They have no pricing, and no menu. Flash cards for lattes is cute and all, but they have no actual menu. And when you look online they have items, like parfaits and panini's. When I tried to order a parfait I was told "I don't think we serve that." With an attitude I didn't appreciate. Well, since you don't have a menu I didn't know that. When you look online you see these beautiful salads and sandwiches. And the actual food, subpar. Barely worth it. No option for a large drink, at-least I wasn't offered one. Just a dinky little plastic cup. And the actual place? They sell prints for, I think the cheapest one I saw was 50 dollars, which that's nice for a little place. But when you feel unwelcome and that you need to get out, yeah no. You're not going to worry about looking at expensive prints. The workers were on their phones, hardly dressed, one had plaid pajama pants on, and the other had dirty looking sweatpants on. They didn't look like they wanted to be there at all. And had no want or care to do service. If your aiming for a little coffee shop for collage students to come and hang out, your a fair cry from there. Put a little more effort into what your shop looks like, and training your workers and perhaps you'll get there, but I can say that I won't be going back, for two dull drinks and food that taste like you bought it from a store, for 19 dollars, ridiculous. I've never managed a coffee shop but I'm sure I could do better. read more

Stopped in from out of town. Quaint and cozy coffee shop with a pleasant and friendly atmosphere. Didn't get a lot of direction for a breakfast menu. A pastry list is posted. But I was in the mood for a little more and chose the breakfast panini (on an everything bagel lol). The breakfast sandwich was perfect. Loaded w bacon, it was toasted with a light crispy crunch. I had a Peru cold brew, and again it was right on the $. The Mrs. had a bagel sandwich too, and she loved it, along with a pumpkin chai latte. Keep in mind she's very hard to please. I stopped in this charming local coffee shop while in town for friend's wedding. The staff is very friendly and helpful when making suggestions! I highly recommend sitting for a while, enjoying a piece of their amazing, homemade coffee cake and delicious pumpkin pecan flavored cold brew! After getting punched in the face with some physical labor. I deserved... no, needed an iced coffee to get my mind right. Since I'm rarely in Findlay I did a quick Yelp search and found this gem. The smell of tasty food greeted me when I walked in as well as the young lady working the counter. While I just really needed the coffee I also ended up buying some fresh strawberries. I enjoyed the fact that they weren't covered in sugar. That'll give them an extra star right there. The other reviews I read say that the profits from here go to local and global charities. This was reflected by the two tip jars. One for the staff the other for the cause. I can't recommend this place enough and I'll be refueling there the next time I swing through. read more

We attempted to go to Findlay Donuts but they had a crazy long line so we went over to this place and they did not disappoint. First breakfast out in a long time so we ordered a few things. We had the chocolate chip scone, blueberry muffin, coffee cake, an everything bagel with cream cheese, and the Nicaragua coffee blend. The blueberry muffin could have been sweeter but was tasty nonetheless. The chocolate chip scone had flaky salt on top and the chips were all melted for the perfect bite. Highly recommend that one. The coffee cake... that might be the best pastry we tried. So good! The coffee and bagel were solid too. They have a variety of coffees you can buy to take home too. Fast and friendly service! This is the only coffee shop in Findlay that I've tried. But I can say with confidence that it is the most discerning. They serve traditionally sized and proportioned coffees. You won't get some sugar monster of a caramel macchiato here, but you will get a better tasting cup of coffee if that is truly what you want. And the employees can quickly and easily guide you based on what you might normally get at a chain coffee shop. All of their coffee is locally and freshly roasted (within two weeks). This shows that the staff cares about the quality of the product they are giving you. They also have a surprisingly wide variety of blends and single origin coffees so you can spice things up. I had a Guatemalan pour over and it was spot on to what I would expect from a high quality cup of coffee. I also had a scone which was honestly one of the better scones I've had. Not too sweet, but just enough berries to keep it a little sweet. Soft, but not so soft it fell apart when dunked into the coffee. If you live here or are just passing through, this is where you go to get that third wave quality coffee without any of the haughtiness or austerity you might find elsewhere. The feel is comfortable, with cool (and cheap) local art on the walls. read more

Being that it was a chilly rainy morning I stopped at my favorite coffee shop. The Sumatra coffee was hot and spot on perfectly brewed. Jack (the owner) suggested a new muffin they were trying out. Pawpaw muffins with coconut and pecans. This muffin was moist, flavorful and the slight crackle of the topping went so well with the coffee. This little coffee shop is a comfort stop. Whether I am here for breakfast, lunch or a late afternoon coffee, We Serve doesn't disappoint. read more

Today was my first time here. They have really good food and the prices are decent. I'm sure I will be heading here more now that I know it exists. I ordered the California panini and a cup of potato soup. Both were delicious. There were five of us that went today. Everyone had high praise for the food. This place is AWESOME. A few weeks back, we called We Serve Coffee toward the end of an hours-long drive to my cousin's wedding to put in a to-go order since we were in a rush and cutting it close to the wedding start time. We asked if they had a bathroom where we could change into our dress clothes while we stopped in briefly, and they confirmed they did. When we arrived, they treated us like absolute royalty. They had prepared both bathrooms for us to be able to change into our dress clothes (complete with stools/chairs for easy dressing), had our food packed and ready to go, continually asked us how they could help us, and the manager/owner even carried my shoes out to the car for me since my hands were full with our infant daughter/clothes/etc. Can't say enough about the stellar service we received, and the food/drink were great as well! If only we hadn't left the cookies behind in our rush (oops!) since those looked like they would've been amazing too! :P read more

Finally was able to try this jewel in Findlay. First of all, 100 percent of their profits go to charity for example the City Mission or Century Health. I am very impressed by the fair trade items and their tea, which rather than using tea bags use loose tea and give you the whole tea pot! I was able to try a nice variety of soups and sandwiches as well as some specialty drinks that was very good. They use unique spreads, vegetables, and fruits on their sandwiches and they have two soups each day that vary depending on the day of the week. If you want to eat something about the same cost as a similar place but want to feel "warm and fuzzy" inside because it's all going to charity... this place is for you. staff are absolutely wonderful and allowed me to to some free samples and I understand they will let anyone sample the soups. We serve coffee also has some wonderful seasonal coffees that I was able to try such as peppermint and gingerbread. Check this place out it's very nice! Its on sandusky st in downtown findlay. A nice find in Findlay. I am always passing through on my way to Columbus, Dayton or Cincinnati and always try to find good coffee and not gas station production coffee. Nice little place! I had the luau panini and a house salad that were both very good. I took my food to go and sat at the little park around the corner. The house salad was beautiful mixed greens, tomatoes, red onions, provolone crumbles and some nice thick cut bacon and a balsamic vinaigrette. My panini was unusual, and had a little kick from the red pepper flakes but it suited me. I had an 8 oz cappuccino with my lunch and it was well made, nice rich crema on top. They also have a nice selection of sweeter concoctions if that is more your style. I would definitely recommend We Serve. We Serve. Coffee is, in my opinion, the best place for coffee in Findlay. The staff is always friendly and greet you when you walk up to the counter. They have a nice selection of sandwiches, soups, and salads, and are comparable to prices such as Panera. However, where this place really shines is the coffee. Granted, it can take a little longer for them to make your latte, but it is well worth the wait. Beans are always ground fresh and served with a smile. I would argue that their coffee drinks rival, and surpass, the likes of Starbucks. The fact that their profits are donated to charity is an added bonus.
