Ok everywhere I look it says u guys drive through is open til one but there is 2 caution cones on each side blocking the drive through. I'm pissed because the first time in 6 months I said what the hell can't have a bad experience with y'all again. I'm at work the only thing I brought was a McDonald's gift card to eat. So if it's some type of caution work or something it should say it online the only way to contact yall is online so there is no excuse for it. read more

Went tday 5/16 bout 11am..Very disappointed in the whole futuristic concept. NO signs it's actually McD's! NO Ronald McDonald for kids to take pics with, NO McD's colors. Yes the kiosk you order from is cool, the open concept in playroom is real nice you can see your kids better. The food well kinda stingy on the lettuce in my grilled chicken ranch wrap (doesn't come with bacon no mre!) The fountain drink is cool, kids can still mix up their drinks. Friendly service, very helpful young man but needs to be a tad more attentive to his elderly and not the hot girls. It's jst to generic and doesn't have that "Go back in time feel" there are large tables for big groups. In all it feels like someone bought the McD's building and opened up a serve yourself diner. At least they bring it to your table. read more

I've been here for like 15 minutes no one is in the lobby and no one in the drive thru. Super slow

I visited this location on Sunday, July 28. I ordered a PLAIN black iced coffee with NOTHING added to it. I waited over TEN minutes to receive my drink. Such a ridiculous wait time. Upon calling my order, I realized my iced coffee had creamer in it. I politely told the manager/assistant manager / shift lead (not sure which one) the iced coffee was just suppose to be black. She rolled her eyes and accused me of ordering my drink incorrectly, and said all iced coffees come with cream, blah, blah, blah. I politely told her that I specifically ordered a straight black iced coffee, with nothing added to it. She then went to replace the drink, and said with a very snotty attitude, here I fixed it for you. read more

7/21 We stopped here because it was listed as a "Rock N Roll" McDonalds and we thought it might be cool. It might have been like ten years ago. Today it was dirty and the statues and tables are in disrepair. I ordered a number three meal and for whatever reason, he only rang up the sandwich. I guess they gave me free fries and a drink, but that's what I asked for. My son ran into the play area and we couldn't find a clean table. The garbage cans were overflowing with trash. He played for a bit and then we hit the road. The food was fine, typical McDonalds 'hot food fast' fare. This restaurant and it's staff leave a lot to be desired. read more

This McDonald's has quite the unbeatable nostalgia that you're always wanting to look at every now and then. Cool light fixtures, comfy and cushy chairs and benches, famous statues and paintings and photographs of famous musicians of the 50s and 60s, and everything nice inside. The retro decor is one key to having food and dessert above quality. Always a nice place to stop at to treat yourself to a shake, one of the most popular desserts of the 50s and 60s. Not to mention, this one also contains some McDonaldland artifacts, too. read more

7/9/2018 Personally being a previous employee here I'm just shocked how horrible the service is now. It's got no one at the front counter. The main area is something that is just never watched and, the final piece that would honest make me never recommend it. It the employees and Managers(!) Don't care. They really don't. My food was suppose to be quick like 4-10 minutes with take out. I've seen better places and if your looking for a good lunch or dinner. Get Arby's, Hardee's, or even a small place called Wagner's. This is something I wouldn't wish on my worst enemy. This takes the Cake for being the absolute worst service in my area personally. Nothing should be remotely this awful. read more

Poor service a number of times, during peek hours and non peek hours. A bunch of kids running with no real skills of customer service. Poor attitudes, fries are always cold, happy meals never correct it's a hamburger with only ketchup shouldn't be difficult! read more

Went here for a midnight snack, it was my only option this time of night. The drive thru was slow and the person taking my order was either not listening or had no short term memory. I drove ALL the way home unpacked my food and BOOM! No damn honey mustard for my nuggets! What am I supposed to do with the nuggets now? I'll just eat them angrily I suppose... read more

This McDonalds is a cluster-%$*&. Getting in and out stinks. The entrance/exit is awkward with backups from the nearby light causing long lines to get out of the parking lot. The queue for the drive-thru is poorly laid-out and quite often cars will end up cutting into line just before the order boards. The process at the counter is disorganized and inefficient. Receipts are laid on the counter as a placeholder for meals. I stood waiting for my to-go order as several people behind me ordered and received their food. The manager-looking woman (who was busy talking with a couple of friends at the other end of the counter between orders) eventually came down to deliver another order when she proceeded to grab my receipt and throw it away. It took several minutes to get her attention and ask where my order was, and another several in order to remake my meal that had mysteriously disappeared. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place like the plague. If you're looking for McDonalds in the area, drive a few minutes north on I-35 and go to the one at the Medford exit. read more

They are usually pretty good here! Morning staff is WAYYYY nicer and quicker! Service has been slow since the remodel But I have few complaints over all. read more

One star because you can't go lower. Typical Mac, food tasteless and boring. I knew that going in. We went in with the idea that we would eat in the kids area so that our children could play. Every table was dirty, food, trays etc on all eating areas. The floor was actually in worse shape. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned all day. They were not busy while we were there. The manager was leaning against the back counter the entire time we were in the restaurant. By far the dirtiest Macs I have ever been in. I order from you every single day. I went there once and asked for a cheeseburger, instead, I got myself Chicken McNuggets, you could have at least put onions with the McNuggets!! Oh yeah, like that time when I ordered a large root beer, I got a small Mountain Dew, but this time it actually had onions in it!
