Very slow service and the woman was talking too fast to understand and acted like she just didn't care.

Never got our food. It took about 10 minutes to order in the lobby because nobody was paying any attention to customers inside the store and I had to keep addressing the staff to get my order taken. After waiting another 15 minutes or so, asking several times how much longer until we would get our food, only to get excuses from the rude female employee about how they are trying to catch up and work the drive through and never receiving an answer while making us late for a reservation we had, we finally told them to cancel our order. This is supposed to be FAST food, not a 30 minute venture for two breakfast sandwiches. We received NO food and have received NO refund. Meanwhile all the cars that had been pulling in the drive thru AFTER I walked inside the store kept pulling out of the drive thru. Seems all they cared about were the ones in the drive thru and nobody else. So take note: If you want timely service, go through the drive thru or better yet, just don't eat here. Tried calling the store about my refund and it was busy the 15 times I tried to call. Finally I made a call to the customer service complaint line and they supposedly emailed this store. It's the next day, over 24 hours later and I have had zero response from the store. I called the complaint line back and left a message for Crystal and received no return call from there either. I called the store again and it finally rang. Rang, and rang, and rang, and rang some more. Nobody ever answered. I called the complaint line back several hours later after not received a call from them nor the store, but this time I blocked my number and Crystal answered. I got the same ol song and dance, she is sorry, this is unacceptable, she emailed and texted them again, blah, blah, blah. Looks like I'll be calling my credit card company to dispute the charges for the food I never received. read more

In the middle of the chaos, some random person walked up and grabbed food that wasn't even hers -- and the staff didn't notice or stop her. Then she came back later for her actual order. My first couple of reviews of this McDonald's got one star reviews, due to the slow service and forgetting my order when I got one item. The last three times I've been back to this McDonald since December have improved. Yesterday evening, I went here for my lunch break with my girlfriend. We both got the shamrock shake and it took less than 10 minutes the shakes to get to our table. I try not to be a Karen, but it shouldn't take an hour for one item and then forget about it. read more

What has happened with your decaf coffee. Notwithstanding, it's almost impossible to get a HOT cup of coffee at the Owens Crossroads McDonalds, now the coffee tastes like dishwater. Absolutely no flavor. You folks need to step it up if you want my continued patronage. This is the worst McDonald's. No matter what time of day or if you order in the app, they always pull you forward to wait the second you get to the second window. And the order is always wrong, which means you have to end up going inside to get it fixed anyway. And the employees acts like they hate everything about their jobs, not a smile in sight. read more

Long drive thru lines, the indoor is usually closed, they get your order wrong, charge you wrong and the last time I got 3 meals for the fam and the fries were cold and so salty none of us could finish them. Short and to the point: Ordered a 6-piece McNugget Happy Meal for my son. There was no line at the register and I ordered right away. Lots of upset customers, though, standing around waiting for their orders, and lots of upset customers walking in from the drive through to say their orders were wrong, and lots of upset customers dining in the restaurant returning their food because it was cold. It took nearly 30 minutes to get that happy meal, and the disaster I watched during that time would be enough to make the franchise owner have "the big one." The manager seemed to be hiding in the back; he only came out when I asked why the Play Place was closed (they forgot to unlock it). The front end supervisor looked like she could care less. Oh, but wait till you read what's next! When I finally got the happy meal, I opened it to be sure everything was in there. Missing 2 things. I opened the mcnugget box to be sure there were 6, and guess what was in it?!?!?! Squirted Big Mac sauce!!! That's it! Messy sauce and nothing else. Disgusting! I must say the last 5 times I have been there the cashier had issues entering the order, food took way longer than other McDonald's and rarely is the order checked and 4 out of 5 times the order has been incorrect. this place is amazing. the crew are very nice and very helpful. the general manager should be proud with the crew they have. the managers are kind and know what they're doing and how to do their job correctly. yes, they can be busy at times and it take a while but any place you go to will be the same way. theyre very efficient and i love this McDonald's and the people. thank you guys for a great experience everytime I come! read more
