It was lunchtime and I was there so I went in. I later saw many bad reviews, but either I have lost my ability to see problems or management has given the place the housecleaning it apparently deserved. It was clean, employees were friendly and spoke to me, and service was fast. I had the $2 bacon cheeseburger and fries and they were hot and freshly cooked. The restroom was clean and someone was cleaning tables and sweeping while I was there. I like McDonald's food, especially the fries, so I am always willing to give them a chance. Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers, a mcchicken, 10 nuggets, a large fry and medium fry. We ordered sweet sour for the Nuggets and asked the gentleman at the window if we could get a bbq sauce, he said we would have to exchange a sweet sour to get a bbq and we declined, we got home and had no sauce at all! One of the cheeseburgers was a complete mess with the toppings on outside of bun, and the fried weren't salted and they were old. As a McDonald conseurhior, I was disappointed. For some reason, despite serving breakfast all day, sometime after 3 a.m., they basically close to get ready to serve breakfast - which they supposedly already serve all day. Sure, all their signs say 24 hours, and they leave everything lit up as if they are 24 hours, but they are not. Which is highly annoying if you are actually someone who was maybe coming back from working late or starting a day early, you swing in for a bite to eat, and get, "Sorry, we're not taking orders." "But you're 24 hours?" "Yes!" "But I can't order food?" "No, we have to reset the system every morning and quit serving." Hey, guess what? You aren't a 24 hour restaurant. Bad experience. I went through drive through to get a shake. Long lines but understandable. Got to first window and paid. Got to second window and received the shake. It was as fluid as water and didn't look right. I asked the window employee If was normal. She assured me it was. I asked for my money. She screamed pull forward. I asked if they needed my credit card, and she screams pull forward. I asked to talk to manager. She screams pull forward. I obeyed the orders. The manager came out and gave me cash. I never got a receipt so don't know what was charged. I asked the manager who was pleasant about the shake - she said the machine doesn't work. This is a bottom quartile McDonalds. This is consistently the poorest service of any McDonald's in the area. Don't bother asking to speak with a manager either. They will just tell you that your expectations are unrealistic (15 minutes for 2 sausage muffins and order made wrong the first time). Other unhappy customers also at the counter with similar issues. Head to Krystal, Wendy's, Zaxby's, Subway, or Firehouse instead. All are in the area and seem to appreciate the business. read more

Awful. Person on speaker at drive through would take 20 second pauses between everything. (There was only one other customer in the drive through, no one inside, was around 6:30 in the morning.) When it came time to get my order, the lady just held it out towards my car and shut her window after I had ahold of it, never said a word to me before I drove away. Got a breakfast bagel sandwich and the breakfast sauce was mixed very poorly. It had a foul smell to it, and was incredibly runny.
